Reach Trader Joe’s Corporate Office Headquarters 

Trader Joe’s, Mad Magazine Redux. I was kind of shocked when I opened the package of Joe Joes cookies to discover that almost 1/3 of the contents was air. At least in the Mad Magazine spoof in the 60’s they used card board to fill the space. What’s up with this?

I have been going to Trader Joe’s on 14th and 3rd Ave in Manhattan NY. I use a pretty large bike to get around. The staff there has let me bring my bike there for the last 4-5 years. I park it out of the way ensuring other people can shop. I hear my bike going off(the alarm) and the security is touching my bike instead of asking me to move it. This is a 2000-dollar bike that I use to transport my food home. All I asked is to let me know if there is a problem you see now it’s my bike. well, that guard disrespected me to the fullest ready to fight. Talked to the manager she told me to put it in another place out of the way, I complied. When I come back the next time park it in the location set for me by the manager. This tyrannical worker grabbed my bike which was locked with a disc lock so no one cant take it. So he grabs my bike causing damage to my front disc. Now I am upset. $30 for the parts. breaks have to be changed and labor. I am so disappointed with how this store treats there customers. I feared for my life because this guy was big, the worker TY.and he threatened me. I’m looking to have these repairs done by TY or Trader Joe’s as now I don’t feel comfortable going in that store even though it’s the closest.

Trader Joe’s, It would be great if you built another Trader Joe’s on the Mesa area, Santa Barbara, where I live.

Trader Joe’s, Shampoo Bar Peppermint & Tea Tree! Hello, I live 1.5 hours away from the closest Trader Joe’s store. I would drive and stock up on this Shampoo Bar, I just ran out and went up to the store to find out you discontinued it. This is very upsetting. This product was wonderful if you could tell me who makes this product. I will reach out to them to continue to purchase. I Love this product and am very sadden that it is no longer available.

Trader Joe’s, Humanity still exists. I came into your Huntsville, Alabama store, yes, I am from California, Glendale actually.. and came in to shop.. I had just found out my best friend from childhood has breast cancer and just watched earlier that day my favorite weenie dog at the vet.. on a group zoom meeting taking her lasts breaths. This day sucked. Your employee Teiara M. from the Trader Joe’s in Huntsville rang the bell, whispered something into a mangers ear and he came back with a beautiful, delicate bouquet for me.. Nobody has ever been so tender, sweet, generous nor kind… I was in shock. This small gesture of random kindness made me realize in a world so mixed that Humanity still exists. For Heaven’s sake do something for this young lady, as she deserves so much.. you have a star employee that is selfless and kind, and is so rare.
