Sprouts Farmers Market Corporate Office Headquarters & Phone

🗨  Comments

Sprouts Farmers Market corporate office and headquarters are located at 5455 East High Street, Suite 111, in Phoenix, Arizona. Sprouts refers to this location as its Corporate Support Office.

Customers commonly search for the Sprouts corporate address, headquarters phone number, Customer Care, complaint department, store manager, return policy, raincheck rules, delivery support, Rewards assistance, product recalls, or Human Resources. This page explains which Sprouts, store, Instacart, or employment contact is appropriate for each type of concern.

Sprouts Farmers Market Corporate Office and Headquarters

Telephone clarification: The number 1-480-814-8016 is Sprouts Farmers Market’s corporate telephone number. For ordinary customer complaints, returns, store feedback, Rewards questions, and consumer assistance, use Customer Care at 1-888-577-7688 or the official contact form.

Facility clarification: The Phoenix headquarters is a corporate workplace. It is not a public Sprouts grocery store, product-return counter, pickup location, distribution center, supplier receiving facility, catering counter, or guaranteed walk-in complaint department. Contact the store involved for most transaction-specific issues.

How to Contact Sprouts Customer Care

Sprouts Customer Care handles general consumer feedback, store complaints, product questions, return concerns, Rewards issues, website or app problems, and concerns that could not be resolved by a local store.

The contact form asks customers to identify the topic, reason for contact, state, city, and store location. It also allows the customer to provide product details and upload supporting photographs.

Include the store, approximate date and time, department involved, receipt information, previous contacts, and the reasonable resolution requested. Do not submit the same complaint repeatedly through multiple categories unless Sprouts directs you to do so.

How to Escalate a Sprouts Store Complaint

  1. Start with the department or manager on duty. Immediate store problems are often easiest to correct while the transaction or condition can still be reviewed.
  2. Ask for the store manager. Explain the issue calmly and identify the requested resolution.
  3. Keep supporting information. Save the receipt, sale advertisement, coupon, product packaging, photographs, order record, and names or roles of people contacted.
  4. Submit the official Customer Care form. Select the exact state, city, and store involved.
  5. Call Customer Care. Contact 1-888-577-7688 and ask whether a reference number can be provided.
  6. Request review above the store level. Ask for appropriate district, regional, or corporate follow-up when the store has not resolved the matter.
  7. Send concise written correspondence when necessary. Address it to Sprouts Farmers Market Corporate Support Office, 5455 East High Street, Suite 111, Phoenix, AZ 85054.

Use copies rather than original receipts or irreplaceable records. Mailing a complaint to headquarters does not guarantee a particular refund, disciplinary action, pricing change, product decision, or other outcome.

Store-Specific Complaints

Start with the local Sprouts store when the complaint involves:

  • Checkout or self-checkout problems
  • An incorrect scanned price
  • A missing sale price or discount
  • A cashier, department employee, or manager interaction
  • Cleanliness, restrooms, spills, or sanitation
  • Produce, meat, seafood, bakery, deli, bulk, or prepared-food quality
  • Product availability
  • A return, exchange, or refund
  • A coupon or raincheck
  • Store accessibility
  • A lost item
  • Local catering pickup

Use the official Sprouts store locator to find the store’s direct telephone number, address, and current hours.

Incorrect Price, Promotion, or Checkout Complaint

For an incorrect price or promotion, keep:

  • The receipt
  • A photograph of the shelf tag or display
  • The Weekly Ad or digital offer
  • The product name, size, and UPC
  • The date and store location
  • A screenshot showing that a digital coupon was clipped

Ask the cashier or manager to review the issue before leaving the store when possible. If the problem is discovered later, contact the store and provide the transaction details through a private channel.

A temporary register, scanner, or self-checkout problem does not justify abusive conduct by either a customer or employee. Describe observable behavior accurately and avoid personal attacks, threats, or unsupported accusations.

Sprouts Return and Refund Policy

Sprouts generally provides refunds for eligible purchases according to the original payment method and available documentation.

  • Cash, debit, or electronic check: A qualifying refund is made in cash when the required receipt is available.
  • Credit card or EBT: A qualifying refund is returned to the original card when the receipt and card are available.
  • Gift card, manually deposited check, or no receipt: An eligible refund is generally issued as a Sprouts gift card.

Return limits, identification requirements, exclusions, and fraud-prevention procedures may apply. Review the current Sprouts store policies before relying on an older receipt, sign, or third-party summary.

Bring the product, packaging, receipt, and original payment card when available. Do not publish payment-card details, an EBT number, gift-card number, or unredacted receipt in a public review.

Sprouts Raincheck Policy

Sprouts’ published raincheck policy applies when a Weekly Ad item is out of stock.

  • A raincheck may be redeemed within 30 days of the issue date.
  • It may be redeemed at any Sprouts location.
  • There is generally no purchase limit unless the original advertisement states one.
  • The raincheck should be presented at checkout.

A coupon is not necessarily the same as a raincheck. Sprouts’ coupon policy states that adjustments or rainchecks are not provided later for coupons that were not properly presented or redeemed.

If a store declines a current raincheck, ask the manager to review the issue and retain a photograph of both sides of the raincheck and the applicable advertisement.

Sprouts Pickup and Delivery Support

Instacart manages Sprouts online orders, delivery, and payment processing. Order-specific concerns should normally begin through the order history or Instacart support.

Keep the order date, telephone number associated with the account, order number, item list, substitutions, photographs, delivery messages, and payment information available through a private support channel.

Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Online-Order Items

Use the order-history reporting process to identify each missing, incorrect, spoiled, or damaged item. Do not assume the store can issue a refund for an order paid through Instacart.

When reporting an item problem, state:

  • The item ordered
  • The item received
  • Whether a substitution was approved
  • Whether the item was missing, damaged, spoiled, or incorrectly charged
  • The requested credit, refund, or other correction

Canceling a Pickup or Delivery Order

An order can generally be canceled through the order details before shopping begins. If the cancellation option is no longer available, contact Instacart support. A fee may apply depending on the timing and order status.

Sprouts Rewards Help

Sprouts Rewards members may need help with missing points, account access, clipped offers, point redemption, receipt credit, duplicate accounts, or an incorrect telephone number.

  • Sprouts Rewards information: Sprouts Rewards
  • Customer Care: 1-888-577-7688
  • Missing-points request: Use the link provided through the official Sprouts contact form or Rewards account.

Keep the receipt and locate the point-of-sale ID, transaction ID, date, store, and telephone number associated with the Rewards account. Do not publish the complete account information in a public comment.

Sprouts App and Website Problems

For an app, website, login, coupon, Rewards, or ordering error:

  • Update the app or browser
  • Restart the device
  • Check the registered email address and telephone number
  • Try the password-reset option
  • Record the exact error message
  • Take a screenshot
  • Note the device, operating system, browser, and app version

Use the technical-feedback option on the official Customer Care form. Sprouts indicates that some technical issues may require three to five business days to resolve, depending on the circumstances.

Product Quality and Food-Safety Complaints

For a spoiled, contaminated, mislabeled, damaged, improperly sealed, or otherwise questionable food product, stop consuming it and contact the store or Customer Care promptly.

Keep the following when safe:

  • The product and packaging
  • The receipt
  • The 12-digit UPC
  • The lot or production code
  • The use-by, sell-by, or best-by date
  • Photographs of the product and label
  • The store and purchase date
  • Information about how the product was stored

Do not consume a product that may present an allergy, contamination, spoilage, or other safety risk merely to document the complaint.

Sprouts Product Recalls

Sprouts maintains a current page for product recalls and withdrawals:

Review current Sprouts product recalls

Compare the product name, package size, UPC, lot number, and date code with the recall notice. Follow the disposal or return instructions stated in the notice.

Affected products may generally be taken to a local Sprouts store for refund or replacement assistance. When the product is no longer available, bring the receipt and recall details to the store.

Vitamin and Dietary-Supplement Questions

Sprouts sells vitamins, minerals, herbs, and other dietary supplements. Store employees may help customers locate products or understand label information, but an employee’s suggestion should not replace individualized advice from a physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional.

Dietary supplements may interact with prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, other supplements, medical conditions, laboratory tests, or surgery. Do not stop, start, or replace prescribed treatment solely because of advice received in a retail store or public review.

For a supplement product complaint, keep the package, Supplement Facts label, UPC, lot number, expiration date, receipt, and description of the issue. Report a serious reaction to an appropriate healthcare professional and government safety-reporting resource.

Employee or Manager Complaints

A complaint involving an employee or manager should identify:

  • The store location
  • The approximate date and time
  • The department or register
  • The employee’s role or name when known
  • What was said or done
  • Whether the manager on duty was contacted
  • The resolution requested

Describe firsthand conduct without publishing an employee’s private contact information, schedule, home address, social-media account, medical information, or unsupported allegation of criminal activity.

Compliments can also be submitted through the Customer Care form. Include the store, department, date, and a concise explanation of how the employee was helpful.

Sprouts Employment and Human Resources

Sprouts does not prominently publish a general public Human Resources number for customer complaints.

  • Careers: Sprouts careers
  • Online-application assistance: 1-844-577-7688, option 2
  • Current team members: Use the internal manager, HR, payroll, benefits, or employee-relations resources provided by Sprouts.
  • Corporate routing: Call 1-480-814-8016 and ask whether the corporate switchboard can identify the appropriate department.

The corporate telephone number should not be described as a verified direct HR line. Applicants should confirm that a position appears on an official Sprouts careers page before submitting sensitive information.

Do not provide a Social Security number, banking information, identification document, password, or payment to an unverified recruiter.

Sprouts Disappointing Check Out Experience

May 19, 2025

Sprouts, Self pay register had problems over & over for 10 to 15 minutes. No employee could get it into “suspend mode” including a man that showed up from the back, perhaps a manager & said my order had to be rescanned at another register. Instead or appologizing for the inconvenience, he started calling me names, saying I was acting like a baby and he “couldn’t have that” because he didn’t like how I unbagged my items for re-scanning. Over and over he called me a baby & that I was “behaving badly” claiming that there were 4 people “helping me” over and over. There were 2 women behind the register rescanning. I was bagging. That’s 2. The “manager” was escalating and harassing me, certainly not “helping.” I don’t know what the 4th person was supposedly doing to “help.” Blaming customers & calling them names, lying about having 4 people “helping” when there were only 2 women at the register; never admitting or caring that this was Sprouts computer error and Not the customer’s fault – constantly escalating with more name calling. This man should be fired immediately. He had no right to talk to anyone that way, especially a customer. I’m sure a review of the video will show that I did not deserve his abuse and harassment. What a despicable man.

Sprouts Port St Lucie FL Excellent Service

February 17, 2025

Sprouts, A Great Employee! I live in Port St Lucie FL and shop in your store on St Lucie West Boulevard. All of the employees are friendly and helpful but one in particular stands out. I believe her name is Eliana. Several weeks ago I was looking for a particular item that I couldn’t find. I asked Eliana about it – she went back and brought one to me. I realized that I could use still another and asked her if could possibly get me one more – she said not a problem – and went back and got yet another. She was friendly, helpful, obviously happy to please. I have seen her since and she always has a smile and a pleasant word. Eliana goes out of her way to be a helpful employee. I know many people complain about lack of service in retail these days but I believe here’s an employee who deserves recognition for service above and beyond what’s required. I hope that, if Sprouts has an employee recognition program, Eliana is included. She certainly deserves it!

Sprouts Rain Check Question

February 3, 2025

Sprouts, Rain Check Policy. Sprouts, Vista the Grand Prairie store and there aren’t any Essentia water 50.7L cases. It’s buy on get one. I am leaving town, so, I order online via Instacart from the New México store where I’m headed. After texts comfirming my order, and saying your order isn’t ready yet, I receive a text saying g they don’t have enough any either. I go nt the store and as for a raincheck which I receive. Then I get bac to Grand Prairie and they still don’t have enough cases. I call Mansfield/Cedar Hill and Cory (I believe) checks with a manager who states they will not honor the raincheck because the never ran out. I don’t think that’s how a raincheck works. So, I’m asking, what is the raincheck policy for Sprouts? There’s nothing regarding limitations except expires after 30 days. There aren’t any Location restrictions listed. What is the policy? No one can answer the query. If it weren’t for John in the Grand Prairie location, I would not have been able to purchase my 12 cases on the bogo.

Sprouts San Diego CA Excellent Customer Service

January 31, 2025

Sprouts, High Compliment for Kim Weaver at Sprouts on Pomorado Road San Diego California 92128. I have the Highest Compliment for Kim Weaver at the store on Pomorado Road San Diego California 92128. Kim works in the vitamin supplement area of this store. I used to go to the Sprouts on Carmel Mountain Road. I have even sent in a very detailed complement for woman who works in the vitamin section of that store. It was when “she” secretly passed her telephone number to me as an overt attempt to flirt with me that I decided to find another location, (Unprofessional! Unacceptable!) That is when I went to the location on Pomorado Road 92128 and I met Kim Weaver. Kim is not only approachable and professional. She is completely up to date on All Of The Products In Her Section. She comes from a background of working at at least two other vitamin store prior to working at Sprouts. She has been with Sprouts when it was called Henry’s. I have reason to trust her and this is why I am writing. In the time I began to shop at both of these locations my health became very challenged due to complications that having had Covid 19 led to. I had a mild heart attack as a non-smoker and I was only 59! I am now coming up to 61 years old and I have great news! My labs came back last week and my doctor reviewed an extensive blood panel that reflected all of my vital organs, blood condition and my heart condition. They all came back in her words: “Perfect”! I also reviewed them myself online via my healthcare organization. She was right! In my multiple conversations with Kim Weaver while looking for the correct vitamin supplements to help lower my blood pressure and how to get my whole body to start getting better, she gave me directions on what would help me. When I say that she gave me direction, I want to make clear that she Understood Exactly what these vitamins do and how they interact with one another. She Did Not Product Push Like That Other Person At The Other Location, (I’m talking about the woman who pushed her telephone number on me at the Carmel Mountain location.) Kim Weaver has been helping her own mother with her health challenges which involve a heart condition like me. Her mother has been truly helped by the knowledge and experience that Kim Weaver has amassed. Her mother’s condition has been improved greatly, because of what Kim Weaver has brought to light regarding vitamins and eating the right foods. That is why Kim Weaver was able to direct me to the right products for my needs. At the same time, I knew I would have to simply trust and try them to see if what she said would work for me. Guess what? Every supplement Kim Weaver suggested not only worked for me, but they actually replaced my need for a statin from my doctor! Within the time I began to used specific vitamins along with actively juicing beets, carrots, ginger and apples from Sprouts, my doctor prescribed a statin that actually made my condition worsen. I stopped taking her statin after two days of even higher blood pressure and increased pain in my chest. At the same time my doctor ordered my latest lab tests and I continued to seek more information from Kim Weaver about specific vitamins for my health challenges. As I stated above, Kim Weaver’s depth of understanding of All of the Supplements in her department led me to receive an amazingly perfect set of results from my doctor. My doctor said: “Whatever you are doing….Keep Doing It!” I am. At this juncture, I want to ask Sprouts Corporate to stop and do something that will show your appreciation for persons like Kim Weaver. What am I suggesting? I would like to know that your organization will Do More Than Give Kim Weaver A “Great Job” with a cupcake! Kim Weaver has actually affected my life personally in that my health has completely improved without having to take medications. She has also helped countless others who I have seen and heard approach her for direction while I’ve been in that store. She deserved a special recognition from her managers and directly from Sprouts Corporate Offices. My recommendation is that Sprouts Corporate come up with a rewards program for those who go above and beyond their job description as Kim Weaver has in my case. She and others should be offered a day or two a month off the floor where they are paid while gathering more in depth information on Sprouts products that help the public. They should be given a certificate of completion of continued education on Sprouts products and practices that benefit loyal customers like me who only shop at Sprouts now. What will this do for persons like Kim Weaver? It will dignify Kim Weaver and those who do the same. It is an honorable way of building employee appreciation and retention of talent under the Sprouts Brand. Why not keep these employees happy with their jobs, increased opportunity to grow and a way to increase their value to your Sprouts Culture and Brand?? It makes sense. Here’s what’s in it for you…. Sprouts will keep clients like me spending as much as I do and more. (I spend nearly three hundred dollars to replace my supplements each time I go through them. That is a lot of profit for Sprouts!) Beyond that, it is important for Sprouts Corporate to understand that persons like Kim Weaver are truly sought after by other retail and wholesale companies, because she is more than a working employee. Kim Weaver has made it her business to become expert at what she knows and how to use that knowledge to help others in a measurable way. Please Consider My Suggestion And Keep Persons Like Kim Weaver Under Your Brand. We Need Her Help! I want to thank you for reading and recognizing Kim Weaver. She has helped my life and I have not felt this great in a long, long time! Kim Weaver should be promoted and used to train others to do as she is doing. I am seeking recognition of this incredibly selfless person who goes out of her way to give the proper direction to those of us who trust Sprouts’ products and product for our lives. Kim Weaver has never acted arrogant nor has she been condescending. She is humble and truly grounded. My family will always be indebted to her!! Thank You!
