Which Rouses Address Should You Use?

Rouses’ official contact page currently directs corporate correspondence to its P.O. Box in Thibodaux. The physical address at 179 Rouses Drive in Schriever continues to be associated with Rouse’s Enterprises in business records.

For a written complaint, use the official Thibodaux mailing address unless Rouses gives you a different department-specific address. Do not mail original receipts, payment cards, medical records, employment records or other irreplaceable documents.

Choose the Correct Rouses Support Route

Selecting the right contact route may produce a faster response than beginning with the Rouses main office.

  • Store complaint: Ask for the department manager or store director at the location involved.
  • Pricing, coupon or checkout concern: Bring the receipt and relevant shelf tag, advertisement or coupon to the store’s customer-service desk.
  • Return or refund: Start with the store where the purchase or attempted return occurred and review the official return policy.
  • Prepared food or product-quality complaint: Contact the store and retain the receipt, packaging, product label and photographs when appropriate.
  • Delivery or pickup problem: Review the order confirmation to identify the store and service that processed the order.
  • Product recall: Review Rouses’ official product-recall page and follow the instructions provided for the affected item.
  • Employment application: Use the official Rouses careers page or speak with management at the location where you applied.
  • Corporate or unresolved complaint: Use the official contact form, email in**@****es.com, call 1-985-447-5998 or send a written complaint to the official corporate mailing address.

Rouses HR and Employment Questions

Rouses does not publish one universal public HR phone number for every applicant, employee, former employee, payroll question, benefits matter or workplace complaint.

Applicants should use the official Rouses careers page or contact the store associated with the position. Current employees should use their manager, established internal employee resources or the appropriate company HR channel. The general corporate office number may be able to route a legitimate corporate inquiry, but it is not identified as a dedicated Rouses HR number.

Never post employee identification numbers, Social Security numbers, payroll records, disciplinary documents, private manager information or other confidential employment details in a public review.

Rouses Reviews and Complaints

Visible reviews submitted to CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com describe individual experiences involving checkout treatment, prepared-food quality, delivery interactions and employee workplace concerns. These comments reflect the experiences of individual readers and should not be treated as findings about every Rouses store or employee.

A helpful review should identify the store’s city or location, the approximate date, the department involved, whether a manager was contacted and whether Rouses responded. Avoid naming individual employees unless necessary, and do not publish private or sensitive information.

Rouses Disappointing Checkout Experience

December 1, 2024

On Sunday, December 1st, around noon, I was doing my regular shopping at my neighborhood Rouses while wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat. When I approached a cashier with a bald head to check out, she told me her lane was closed. I thought nothing of it and moved to the next lane. However, while waiting, I noticed her lane was open, and she was serving other customers. I shop at this location at least twice a week and have never encountered this kind of treatment before. I expected better from my local Rouses.

Attn Rouses Corporate Office

December 13, 2022

No employee reviews or pay increases are ever given at the store in Covington, Louisiana on Highway 1085. Rouses has to realize how most of us live paycheck to paycheck. Our jobs are backbreaking standing on our feet sometimes 10 hours in a shift. The moral is horrible at this store. There are no incentives to boost our hard work such as giving employees 5% Off and during the holidays 10% off for goodness sakes even Winn Dixie does this for their workers. Every single one of us are having trouble meeting bills, but yet we stay. I truly wish Rouses would reboot employee incentives and then just maybe the departments would have such a shortage. I do not wish to disclose the area I work in nor my real email or name for fear of retaliation.

Rouses Crawfish

December 13, 2022

Today Thursday May 11,2023 I bought 20LBs. Of crawfish and potatoes well, the crawfish had no good taste and some tasted old they were breaking apart, gritty, and mushy the corn in it was so spicy I took one bite and threw it away my mouth and my lips were on fire with one bite of my corn . The crawfish break apart because ya’ll leave in the ice chest with the lid closed while they’re hot they keep cooking with the steam so that’s why they break apart I ate very little of it I couldn’t eat any more I’m very disgusted and very disappointed I had to stop eating .
