I’ve had the worst experience with the company in Lancaster California I paid for an insured motorist just in case someone hits me without the proper insurance well someone backed into my truck and I called the claims department the adjuster called me and said that there was that they can do about it and that the other person’s insurance company should pay for it but for the last 6 months I’ve been paying for my insurance plus unless your motors so I and he gets into it I’m filing in a lawsuit on this negative company pronto insurance

I was in an accident on December 10 which falls on a Saturday out of town, no one could help me with claims even though the automated system stated they are open they never answered my call , I was stuck having to walk to get a hotel, I have been trying to speak to my adjuster since Monday 12,2022 and today being Wednesday Dec 14, 2022 she finally called me back while I was driving, she stated we couldn’t talk even thou I had her on Bluetooth I stated that was fine she told me to call her as soon as I could I called her back 30 minutes later now it’s passed noon time and she has yet to call me back …. now I remember why I left Pronto , came back thinking MAYBE their customer service had improved, boy was I wrong will be going back to Allstate in 6 months
