Red Robin Disappointing Bonus Bucks Issue

Red Robin Reneged on Bonus Bucks. Red Robin sold us 4 $50 Red Robin Gift Cards (5301, 6062, 2945, and 6783) on the 29th of November 2024. As part of the contract for which we paid at purchase Red Robin provided the four gift cards plus four $10 Bonus Bucks cards With The Promise That Four Double Bonus E-Bucks Cards Would Be Forthcoming (early in 2025). Red Robin has not performed on the Double Bonus Bucks promise. Contact with Red Robin Guest Services (Briahna) revealed “CashStar, the gift card company, i s currently backed up at the moment, however you will receive your gift cards as soon as possible.” Further, Guest Relations advised they could not help and sent instructions to contact CashStar, select option 4, ask for a supervisor and recite the “CND followed by numbers and or letters” order number sent in the promised e-mail. Neither Red Robin Nor Cash Star has provided the needed number. Red Robin expects us to take our time to correct their error. Red Robin is guilty of “bait and switch”.

Red Robin HQ - Horrible Service

Spent over $60 on 2 regular cheeseburgers and onion rings. Was charged extra for 5 onion rings. Got a small pizza that was burnt and so hard it couldn’t be chewed. Didn’t even soften up in my mouth. Had to throw it away. I had a $10 off of $40 in my phone and when I ordered online I did it wrong. I told the girl at the bar and she checked with the manager and came back to say sorry. I asked why my order couldn’t have been voided and rang up again using my $10. I was told sorry. Bad enough I couldn’t use my coupon but the food was not great! Very disappointed. Tried to get through to the restaurant with no luck. I will try again tomorrow.

Red Robin Disappointing Customer Service

Red Robin, Poor service. Daughters party of 6, looking forward to the experience and we pulled in and Everything went downhill from there. Pulled into the handicap parking spot, got out of the vehicle and then did the human splits on the parking lot with complete ice. I alerted the remaining of the party and still slipped. Got inside we were sat quickly, I asked for the manager and explained what happened. The manager responded with “that side of the building doesn’t see sun, so ice melt is never put down”. Five minutes later she came back to insult me even more by saying there was no ice on the ground. Then came back to tell me they put ice melt down. Then service went downhill. We eat at this Red Robin many times in the month, now I don’t think I will go back. The way I was treated and talked down too and played like a fool. I do have pictures of the grounds when we came in and after, they both are the same. No weather prevention was involved to take care of the customers at all.

Red Robin Disappointing Experience

Red Robin, To whom it concerns: Our granddaughter gave us a gift card to Red Robin for Christmas. It wasn’t much but we have no problem with flipping the rest of the bill. We got dressed up and went in for dinner at 4:45pm. and stood at the hostess station for 10 minutes with no sight of anyone working there at all. I had just had knee shots and needed to sit down, so we went into the bar area and sat ourselves at a table. There was one bartender but her back was toward us for 5 minutes until my husband decided to go up to the bar to give a drink order politely. She told him, she would send a waitress to our table and turned around to ignore him. Seriously? We can’t ask for a drink at the bar? A waitress came and we did get good service from her. As we were waiting for our food, the hostess had arrived and came past us with a couple to seat, a few tables away but we were hit with the overwhelming fumes of a very overpowering perfume she was wearing. It was so strong, I went into a serious coughing fit. I have COPD and I had trouble catching my breath. It was offensive to my husband too. While we tried to enjoy our food, which was very good btw, this hostess passed us 3 more times with the same affect on us. It made our food less and less desirable to finish. We did not take advantage of endless fries or dessert because of this girl. This gal was very short, dark complexion, curly hair. Anyway, as we were finishing, I had to step out of the building quickly to get some fresh air while my husband paid. The tightness in my chest was hurting very much while I stood by the front door, and just then I saw these two women approaching the restaurant. As they got closer, I was appalled at how they looked. Their hair was messy, uncombed, as if they just woke up. They had old dirty pajamas on for attire. I felt sick to my stomach! What kind of place is this Red Robin? Is this the reputation you really want? When people ask me about Red Robin, what is going to be my answer? I just thought you should know. P. S. There were a few other minor disturbances but you get the idea. We weren’t impressed. And you should tell staff to not be on the phone when there are customers in view of.

Red Robin Custoemr Service Issue

Red Robin, My mom and I stopped in on Nov. 25th in the early evening. $50. bucks for 2 burgers. Menu plainly says one bottomless side with entree’, cheeseburger, sweet potato fries is what my meal was. Sweet potatoes being one of the bottomless sides, cost me $2.99 for the fries, lettuce on the burger I had to take off, had a funny taste being bagged chopped lettuce (preservative), about made me sick. I haven’t been to a Red Robin in about 20+ yrs. since the last time. And I can say with pleasure like I told the waiter Noah and the manager I will never set foot in another Red Robin for as long as I live and will always when asked talk about Red Robin as it is terrible. I told my mom, we could have ate cheaper at Texas Roadhouse and I could have had a sirloin baked potato, nice salad and bread and her meal the same and tip included for what I paid at Red Robin. Sorry you only got one star but that is the lowest that your scale will allow. I wanted to put 0 stars.
