Planet Fitness, Poor customer service. I had to leave my class to come in to cancel my membership. I only used the gym twice, and did not even have the membership for 90 days. It was not made clear when I signed up about the annual fee, and now you have over drafted my bank account even though I canceled the membership! And you should also be paying me for having to clean your equipment before and after I used it! that is not my job, that is the job of your employees!!! I would not recommend you to a rat or my worst enemy!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Planet Fitness, I’ve asked employees to address the filth to no avail. I contacted Planet Fitness via their website and via email to no avail. Perhaps a little public humiliation will help?

Planet Fitness: Frustrating Cancellation Process and Facility Issues

I’ve made multiple attempts to cancel my membership, but the process is unnecessarily complicated. Being required to visit the “home” location in person to cancel—when signing up online is so easy—is absurd. I’ve never encountered another company with such a restrictive policy. Despite informing them to cancel, they’ve continued charging me for four months. I shouldn’t have to spend money on a certified letter, and now I’m left with no choice but to close my bank account to stop the charges. This is unacceptable, and I’m considering reaching out to federal agencies to investigate. Policies like this likely explain why there have been or could be class action lawsuits. Additionally, the facilities are often unsafe and unclean. Hot water issues are common, with showers fluctuating between freezing and scalding. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing.

Love the Planet Fitness but when it opened it was 24/7(Bessemer) now it’s not and I have to drive to another county 45 miles away if I want to go after their hours. What can be done? Like I said I love Planet Fitness gyms are great the best buy for your money, but it would be great if they would stick to there 24/7 ads everywhere there are so many like me. So many of my friends now swapping to other places opened 24/7.

Planet Fitness, App usage. Planet Fitness needs to use the App for closing and opening times during holidays. Should be able to see those hours on the App.
