Speedway, I was injured in a fall at a Speedway. Their “Shift Leader” insisted I go by ambulance to the local hospital. She assured me that all would be taken care of. A few weeks later I received a $3300.00 ambulance bill. I’ve returned to the same store every Monday (6) total to request to talk to a regional/division manager about all bills associated with the fall. I’m always told “he will call you” I’ve left my # each time with no call back.

Speedway, Customer Service Line. I’ve tried reaching someone at the customer service line for days. I’ve waited on hold for extended periods of time. No one answers the line. Over 5000 rewards points were deducted in error. Please rectify.

Speedway, Will Speedway enlarge the store at the Old Hwy 27/Whittmore St. Saint Johns, MI location (across the street from the Kroger supermarket store) with a ‘Food Bar’, with attendant coffee services & ‘fresh’ sandwich making service, (its really needed & would update the store)? It’s a very cramped space to stand and make coffee & sandwiches are always dried out from sitting in the heated machine.

Speedway, Lack of clerks at 5pm on a Monday. Only one clerk on shift and a line of 20 or more people. Was bad enough that people were leaving the store. Store 9118 in Rio Rancho. The manager should have been there taking up the slack if they couldn’t get anyone to work. Customer service is terrible.

Speedway, I was terminated today by my General Manager for being six minutes late and was advised to contact Customer Service. I feel this decision was unfair, especially considering the lack of enforcement of video training and the apparent favoritism within the store. Some employees seem to have the freedom to dictate their schedules and hours without consequence, highlighting insufficient oversight from upper management. This inconsistent approach undermines fairness and accountability.
