Wingstop Frustrating Order Issue

Wingstop, My husband and I visited Wingstop for the first time on New Year’s Eve and had a very frustrating experience. Placing an order through the automated phone system took 10 minutes, and upon arriving, the cashier couldn’t find our order because the system misheard our name. After paying, we waited 40 minutes, only to discover that the order sitting there was incorrect. The cashier offered no assistance, and the staff seemed disengaged, with loud music playing in the kitchen. The store was unclean, and when a supposed manager offered to remake our order the next day, she wasn’t there when we returned, wasting another trip. Overall, the lack of organization and poor customer service ensured we won’t return.

Wingstop Dalton GA Disappointing

Wingstop, I went into the WIngstop in Dalton, Georgia and asked to purchase a large fountain drink. The girl handed me a small cup and then said nothing. I told her I asked her for a large drink, and then she said nothing and walked away.. I have also witnessed this same girl give out the wrong orders to DoorDash, and when the customer called to tell them, She told the customer that they would remake his order and that he would need to come pick it up self. His was a doordash order. Really, come get your own order because you handed the wrong orders to the dashers.

Wingstop Crestwood IL Disappointing

Wingstop, Poor service. I took my grand kids for wing stop and when I returned home I only had their wings. I was missing three large French fries with extra seasoning. When returning to the store I think the manager of the store ask the five young employees that have no concern of customers. This was the Crestwood Illinois store. Order was on 12/5 at 4:30 pm. I am very disappointed in Wingstop service .

Wingstop Disappointing Customer Service

Wingstop, First, let me say we are long time customers and love the wings. However, on our latest visit, the customer service was Horrible! Apparently customer service and taking care of your customers is a thing of the past, at least at this store! On Saturday, November 30, 2024, at 6:32pm we called to place an order and was asked if we would like our usual order of 20 mild flats with a large ranch dressing, and I replied yes, we would. I was told it would take about 31 minutes, that it would cost $29 and some change, and that the order would be under my name. My girlfriend arrived just after 7pm and found about 25 people there waiting for their orders. She went up to the pickup desk 3 times checking for our order over the next 30 minutes and they indicated it wasn’t ready. Once everyone else had received their order, she went up again and they then claimed they didn’t have an order for us (WHY, with her standing there for 45 minutes and checking for our order on 3 separate occasions, was she not told they “didn’t have our order???). After more discussion and a further search, they finally found our order (20 mild flats and a large ranch) but claimed there was no name on it (how is that even possible???) so they didn’t process the order. My girlfriend then called me and I confirmed all the information I was given when I placed the order. They told her despite my confirmation on the order, that the order had not been filled. Having now been there almost 45 minutes, my girlfriend asked for the manager … and was told that she was taking to the manager, a guy named DeAngelo. She asked him to make this right, fill the order and that, considering their error and the wasted hour of her time, that they should fill the order for free. She was told he “couldn’t do that”. So, after waiting another 15 minutes, she finally got our order, paid for it, and came home. When she got home, we discovered the order wasn’t even filled correctly … as they gave us a Small Ranch, barely enough for a couple of wings … Not the Large Ranch we had ordered. We’ve been to this store at least 40 times … and I can’t believe we were treated So poorly and No effort was made to make this right!!!

Wingstop DIsappointing Customer Service

Wingstop, Fried corn! If one wishes to define gross is then all you have to do is go to your local Wingstop and order their fried corn!! When you order it for a party be prepared to watch your guests throw the item out! Not only that but when you are ordering, be prepared to argue with the person who is taking your order as you try to explain as to why you do not want the fries with your meal, and you cannot have this or that! The boneless wings are terrible. You can do better at a local hamburger place or better yet go to a local food club and get the frozen chicken wings for a much better price and no argument! Never Again will I darken the door of a Wingstop.
