Edible Arrangements, Ad on computer misleading. I ordered the Ultimate Fruit Platter that advertised it was $10. off It also said it comes in one size. I see on my confermation the one they took $10 off was a mini platter. I also was unable to use your Christmas promo on the others becuse I was sending to my whole family. It cost over $402. and I don”t mind that but I guess I was suppose to send each one out on a seperate order. This is the point that was not advertised and even more that misleading. This order will be my last year with Edible Arrangements.

Edible Arrangements Columbia SC Disappointing

Edible Arrangements, Not delivered In Columbia Sc. So, I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my boyfriend on Valentines Day. The order was placed 02-12-2025. The order was never delivered on Valentines Day and I also paid extra money for it to be delivered on that day for that occasion. So, then I placed a call on Saturday at 9 am and was told it would be re delivered that same day. Around 7pm I received an email that stated it was delivered, and it had not been. I called back again today only to be told I will be issued a refund. This did not satisfy my request as I’m not a SC Resident and was having sent to my BF. I don’t reside in the same state hence the reason for the delivery. I Would not recommend as it was not fixed the first time.

Edible Arrangements, If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered what looked like a beautiful fruit arrangement for my sister for Christmas. She received it and posted a picture on social media and I was shocked to see how small and thrown together it looked. I spent $114.00 and expected much better. You guarantee a wow factor in your advertisement and believe me there was no wow factor here. I called the store and complained and all I got was a manager that told me she was sorry I didn’t like the arrangement. I sent an e-mail that was never acknowledged. I usually order twice a year, I probably won’t be ordering any more.

Edible Arrangements, No Delivery. Ordered a fruit basket from Edible Arrangement 3222 Silas Creek Parkway Winston Salem NC 27103 to be delivered to Care Center Wake Forest Baptiste. Fruit basket was not delivered to recipient and for 3 days I was assured it would be rescheduled., Finally, I was told the hospital had to receive permission from me before accepting an order. I called the hospital, and this was not a policy. I asked for a refund, and I was refused. No one would accept responsibility. This is a dishonest way to run a business. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. The seller would not even respond.

Edible Arrangements, Did not match decription. I ordered the Autumn tray as a gift for my sis in law after CA treatments. The pineapple leaves gave it the autumn look, none of those were placed on the tray. As well, the grapes were turning brown and the tray was a cheap plastic tray vs the wooden one shown in the pic. The whole thing looked very thrown together and not like the $100 gift that we purchased. Super disappointing.
