Western Dental, Terrible Service. The Treatment That I Have Received At Western Dental In Cathedral City Has Been Atrocious. I Have Lodged A Complaint With Care Credit, The Company That Has Provided A Loan For My Dental Work And They Have Started An Investigation On This Matter. Until This Problem (S) Is Investigated And Resolved, All Payments Are Suspended. 1. I Have Had 2 Implants Surgically Placed In My Lower Gum And 4 In My Upper Gum. I Have Been Going To This Office For The Past 3 Years And It Has Been A Very Terrible Experience For Me. 2. The Lower Implants (2) Have A Denture That Fits Into “Place”, But Never Stays In Place Properly. I Have Been In The Clinic 6 0R 7 Times And Dr. Hadid Files The Denture Where It Digs Into My Gums, But When I Return Home, I Continue To Have Trouble Eating Properly Because Of The Pain. This Process Continues On And On, But I Am Still Left With Pain And Not Able To Eat Properly. 3. After Continuous Pain And Inability To Eat, Dr. Hadid Made A Cast For A New Denture. 4. It Has Been Over A Month Now And I Have Not Heard From The Clinic Regarding The New Denture. 5. I Have Been Calling Regularly, But Can Never Reach The Office For An Appointment. 6. About 2 Months Ago, I Had 4 Implants Placed In My Upper Jaw. Two Of These Implants Give Me Pain And I Have Difficulty Placing The Present Denture With Adhesive (Fixodent) And After I Try To Eat, I Cannot Eat Properly Because Of The Pain. 7. I Have Been Wait1Ng For The New Denture For About A Month And A Half Now But Have Received No Word From The Clinic (Office) Again, When I Call, I Cannot Get Through To The Office. 8. Meanwhile, Dr. Hadid Has Been Re-assigned To Another Location And Is There At The Cathedral City Clinic, Only Once A Week. Can Something Please Be Done About This Situation? I Am An 80 Year Old Veteran And Am In Need Of Help. I Have Suffered Long Enough And Wish Nothing Better Than To Be Able To Eat Properly And Without Pain.

Western Dental on Western Ave and Venice Blvd has been a nightmare. Over three years, my dental issues have only worsened, and there’s been no progress. They blame me for delays, but I’ve documented everything, including recordings (all done with notification). Here are just some of the problems I’ve faced: Implants falling out and ill-fitting temporary dentures. Crooked lower teeth needing removal and extensive bone grafting again. Persistent throat problems from prolonged use of adhesive. A horrifying incident where a dentist, struggling to remove glued dentures, used excessive force, bruising my leg and shoulder. I’ve already seen two specialists at a high cost to assess the damage. I’ve started connecting with others who’ve had similar or worse experiences at this location to explore legal action. If you’ve also had issues, know you’re not alone, and there are steps you can take.

This level of negligence and mistreatment is unacceptable. Western Dental needs to be held accountable.

Don’t Get A Partial Done At Western Dental. If You Don’t Mind Waiting 6 Months To Get Your Teeth Fixed Properly Go To Western Dental, But You Want It Sooner Go Somewhere Else. I Paid The Full Amount Up Front But Still I Had To Wait More Than 6 Months Then Said That They Either Lost My Partial Or They Made Out Of Cut My Gums But They Kept Making It Out Of Metal. You Don’t Have To Worry About Delaying Your Dental Care Because Western Dental Will Delay It For You. After More Than Six Months I Am Still Waiting For My Partial.
