  • I hate this company. Terrible customer service. Have been waiting for shipment of an item for two weeks. They said it is in stock but cannot provide a ship date. Cust Service reps keep telling different stories. One even tried to say that FedEx was closed on Monday. Now yesterday was Monday, and according to the news it was FedEx's largest shipping day of the year. This will not let me cancel the order, and they can't say when they will ship. I will never shop here again.

  • I quit buying A&F; I buy American Eagle Cargos. Better fit/designs. A&F has become so arrogant, it's time to turn the tables on them, and let them see their "bottom line" suffer…and it will! I hear NOTHING but complaints about them.

  • I can't believe how unprofessional this company (ie store) has gotten. I have tried to find a phone number for the corporate office with no luck The music is so loud you have to scream to be heard and when you ask a question to the employees they look at you like they are on something I was in the Houston store (Memorial City) there was over 8 -10 people in line when I asked someone if they could open more than 1 register they looked at me and said no Mean while they have over 4-5 employees working Can I get a job like that and do nothing but walk around My kids love the clothes but for your customer service is horrible I am sure there are other companies that would take care of me better and I will be using them

  • I purchased my grandson clothes from Abercrombie and Fitch for Christmas. He lost, I believe 2 receipts. The store would not even exchange them without a receipt even though the clothes still have the tags attached. I then went to the web site and printed the receipt which included the date, price, amount paid and discounts. That would be everything that's neded for an exchange, however, the store will not exchange without the original receipt. Sound strange? When you have a receipt that includes everything you need for an exchange why will you not exchange? A prompt reply would be appreciated.
