Applebees Shakopee MN

Applebees unprofessional manager. I was in the Applebees in Shakopee, MN yesterday (Sat. Aug 24) and witnessed the most unprofessional interchange I have seen in a very long time. A young waitress (I think her name was Beth) who was obviously taking care of her tables, was yelled at by a manager in front of customers. She was obviously embarrassed and appeared to not know what he was yelling at her for. To her credit, she didn’t react and simply let him rant and then continued with her work. As someone who has managed employees, I was horrified at his behavior and felt very bad for the waitress. It’s sad that this manager has either not been trained to manage or is just unwilling to behave in a professional manner.

Applebees Very Poor Service Tulsa OK

Very poor service! Worst service I’ve ever seen in Tulsa! We actually ate half of our meals without a drink. Not even a water! We waited and waited to be seated-there was just a handful of customers eating so we finally went to the bar area. My mother is disabled and wasn`t able to get onto the barstools around the bar or the ones at the tables. Had to take her back around to be seated outside the bar………We never ever complain like this but this was very bad. The steaks had a good flavor but the drinks threw all of that off. We`ll never go back!
