What Happened to Bank of the West?
BMO completed its acquisition of Bank of the West from BNP Paribas on February 1, 2023. The conversion to BMO’s systems occurred over Labor Day weekend in September 2023. Bank of the West should therefore no longer be described as a current BNP Paribas subsidiary.
