I stayed across the street from Baymont Inn last night and left my hotel early because while I was walking my dog I witnessed an altercation in their parking lot and a few moments later I heard gunshots. I was terrified and hid in the bathroom for a little while until I felt all was safe. Upon checking out of my room I found out that kind of thing takes place all the time over there. That is surprising to me that it is allowed to continue on that way and makes me feel sorry for the neighboring hotels that have guests disturbed/victimized by the negligence.

Stayed at Baymont Inn in Kalamazoo, MI on 11th Street. Paid for 2 nights. The first night was ok, even though no hot water, the next morning went out and got breakfast. We ate and the husband gets in the shower cause water was finally hot, I got in the shower after him. While in the shower it is beating on the door, husband answers the door. Asked him who it was when got out and he says the front desk talking about smoking which we were not. As I am trying to get dressed there was a beating on the door again this time security asked me to step into the room even though my husband was in underwear and I am also. We let security come in anyway. Less than 10 minutes later another knock on the door and we let them in front desk lady come back saying we have 20 minutes to vacate the premises or they will call the police. I asked for a refund since we only stayed 1 night and she said it was not happening, and repeated will call the police. Have stayed at this location multiple times, but will not be returning.

I had reserved a room through book.com to stay at Baymont Inn & Suites Johnson City, TN for one night May 19th-20th, 2023. When arriving to my room #202 I was shocked the room was nothing like any the pictures online. It was run down and smelled bad. The room was very dirty and the TV and other things in room didn’t work. We where harassed by a group of men that was on the second floor and did not feel safe staying there. We went to the front desk and asked for our money back and they told us we would have to talk to manager the next day. So the next day I talked to management and they would not help and told me I had to call book.com. So I contacted them and now I can’t get my money back. Please look into the place because I do not want anyone to have the same experience we did. I wish now that I had took pictures but was so upset I just wanted to leave. The experience has definitely made an impression on my mind to never book a room at Baymont Inn & Suites.

Your location at 2230 Armory Drive, Murfreesboro,

TN 37126 has by far the worst front desk representative I’ve ever dealt with. This hotel was a last resort and will never be an option again. The clientele here are meth heads, heroin addicts, and possible prostitution. They are charging the same price as higher end hotels without the amenities. I asked for a room with a kitchen, they said it has 2 burners. No cooking utensils, pots or pans. The female at the front desk had teeth that looked like she was a meth head at one point. I went and found a hotel with what I needed, went back to return the room keys, asked if there would be a refund and she says “ohhhh no”. I looked at her, she raised her eyebrows and said “have a nice day” very snide. She must be used to talking to druggies with the way she was talking to customers on the phone as well. She really needs to humble herself. I’m sure she was gifted a second and third chance at life and has the audacity to be rude. 10/10 would NEVER recommend this hotel chain. Absolutely rundown. She told me no smoking in the room but when you enter, it smelled of heavy smoke.

This entire hotel chain needs to be shutdown or hire a new CEO that cares about the look and clientele of the hotels that have his/ her name on it.
