Not Been Received-re: Wyndham Customer Care Re: Refund From Stay Has Not Been Return To Me Property Location: 641 N Interstate 35 E Rd, Desoto, Tx 75115 · (972) 920-6539 Date: 11/05/2024 Time5:18 Pm (44 Minutes Ago) To Wyndham, Booking.Com Hello, As Of 11/5/2024, Was Advised That David The Property Manager, Declined My Refund On Today After Speaking With Booking.Com On Friday As Nov 1, 2024, Spoke With David In Person At Property Was Advise That My Refund Was Return On 10/25/2024 For The Amount Of $90.77 Sent Back To The Virtual Card To Booking.Com. Then He Stays Due To The Inconvenience Of The Time Frame, Can I Give You A Stay At Discounted Rate. I Confirmed That I Would Still Receive My Refund From Sept 2, 2024, To Sept 4, 2024, In Which I Paid For 2Nights And Only Stayed 1. He Said Yes, The Refund Has Already Been Sent To Booking.Com. Then He Authorizes The Lady At The Front Desk To Discount The Rates From Nov 1. 2024 Thru Nov 3, For The Amount $35 A Night Due To The Amount Of Time This Issue Has Been Unresolved By Him (David Brown And Booking.Com), So I Pay For The 2 Nights With The Agreement Of My Still Receiving My Refund From Sept Stay. I Basically Paid For 4Nights At This Hotel, And Only Received 3. How Does That Math Add Up. So, I Still Have Not Got My Refund From The Original Stay And Now Need Another Refund From Nov 1 Thru Nov 3, 2024. There Was A Roach In My Room # 101. The Point It Took Him Until 10/25/2024 To Process A Refund, The Turn Around And Keep It. This Is Poorly Running Business. Stolen Items! Ramada by Wyndham 260 Chapman Rd Newark, DE 19702 [302] 738-3400. arrived 5/25/24 – 5-30-24. On dressing 5/30/24 noticed ne bag which had makeup and various items was missing. Immediately went to front desk to submit claim. I was notified had to wait for Manager who was due at 9am. I went back to front desk manager was in meeting had to wait till 10am. to speak with GM. in speaking with Lauren front manager, I was made to feel I was lying and I might be mistaken and packed my makeup bag due to checking out. My husband Richard, our son Richard 2nd and daughter-in-law Jennifer all have seen my bag which was way up under the counter which had various makeup and lip sticks, plus, eye liner, eye shadow, hair spray, oil sheen, body wash, lotion. new packages of polydent and new eye lashes in addition to box with 8 unused eye lashes. I have to replace all these items as well as being treated like i don’t know what I’m talking about. My daughter-in-law spoke with Lauren and we both were very upset and unhappy with treatment.

I stayed across the street from Baymont Inn last night and left my hotel early because while I was walking my dog I witnessed an altercation in their parking lot and a few moments later I heard gunshots. I was terrified and hid in the bathroom for a little while until I felt all was safe. Upon checking out of my room I found out that kind of thing takes place all the time over there. That is surprising to me that it is allowed to continue on that way and makes me feel sorry for the neighboring hotels that have guests disturbed/victimized by the negligence.

Stayed at Baymont Inn in Kalamazoo, MI on 11th Street. Paid for 2 nights. The first night was ok, even though no hot water, the next morning went out and got breakfast. We ate and the husband gets in the shower cause water was finally hot, I got in the shower after him. While in the shower it is beating on the door, husband answers the door. Asked him who it was when got out and he says the front desk talking about smoking which we were not. As I am trying to get dressed there was a beating on the door again this time security asked me to step into the room even though my husband was in underwear and I am also. We let security come in anyway. Less than 10 minutes later another knock on the door and we let them in front desk lady come back saying we have 20 minutes to vacate the premises or they will call the police. I asked for a refund since we only stayed 1 night and she said it was not happening, and repeated will call the police. Have stayed at this location multiple times, but will not be returning.

I had reserved a room through book.com to stay at Baymont Inn & Suites Johnson City, TN for one night May 19th-20th, 2023. When arriving to my room #202 I was shocked the room was nothing like any the pictures online. It was run down and smelled bad. The room was very dirty and the TV and other things in room didn’t work. We where harassed by a group of men that was on the second floor and did not feel safe staying there. We went to the front desk and asked for our money back and they told us we would have to talk to manager the next day. So the next day I talked to management and they would not help and told me I had to call book.com. So I contacted them and now I can’t get my money back. Please look into the place because I do not want anyone to have the same experience we did. I wish now that I had took pictures but was so upset I just wanted to leave. The experience has definitely made an impression on my mind to never book a room at Baymont Inn & Suites.
