This information is useful for readers searching for Microtel corporate phone number, Microtel Inn corporate office, Microtel corporate office, Microtel phone number, Microtel customer service, Microtel number, Microtel telephone number, phone number for Microtel, or Microtel by Wyndham contact number.

Hotel and Property-Specific Complaint Note

Many Microtel complaints are tied to a specific hotel property, reservation, room, stay date, manager, housekeeping issue, renovation project, accessibility request, billing record, Wyndham Rewards account, or third-party booking. A corporate office contact can be useful for documentation, but most hotel issues need property-specific details.

Start with the hotel front desk or manager if the issue happens during your stay. If the hotel does not resolve the issue, use Microtel Customer Care, Wyndham Customer Care, or the Wyndham “About My Stay” form and include the exact hotel name and address.

Choose the Correct Microtel Support Route

Use Microtel reservations for new bookings, reservation changes, hotel availability, and rate questions. Use the hotel directly for same-day arrival questions, room assignments, early check-in, late checkout, local parking, pet policy, lost and found, accessible-room details, renovation impacts, and immediate guest concerns.

Use Microtel Customer Care or Wyndham Customer Care for unresolved stay complaints, billing concerns, refund requests, service or quality concerns, missing stay credit, Wyndham Rewards questions, or general feedback.

Use Wyndham corporate or investor resources for shareholder, media, development, franchise, corporate travel, vendor, or formal company matters. Use Wyndham Careers for job applications and employment opportunities rather than unverified HR numbers found on third-party websites.

What to Have Before Contacting Microtel or Wyndham

Before contacting Microtel, Wyndham Customer Care, or a hotel manager, gather:

  • The exact Microtel hotel name, city, and address
  • Your confirmation number, reservation number, or Wyndham Rewards number
  • Stay dates, room number, rate details, payment records, receipts, and folio
  • Photos of room conditions, remodeling issues, cleanliness concerns, billing documents, or damaged property if relevant
  • Names of hotel employees, managers, or Wyndham representatives already contacted
  • A short timeline and the specific resolution you are requesting

How to Escalate a Microtel Complaint

Start with the front desk or hotel manager while you are still on property if possible. Explain the issue clearly and ask for the problem to be documented. For billing, deposits, cancellation fees, room-condition problems, cleanliness concerns, renovation issues, accessibility concerns, or refund problems, ask for an updated folio or written explanation.

If the hotel does not resolve the issue, contact Microtel Customer Care or use Wyndham’s “About My Stay” form. Include the hotel name, reservation number, stay dates, folio, receipts, photos, names of employees or managers involved, and the resolution you are requesting.

For bookings made through third-party travel sites, travel agents, discount booking platforms, or group-booking organizers, Microtel and Wyndham may have limited control over prepaid rates, cancellation rules, refunds, or booking changes. You may need to contact the third-party booking company as well.

Billing, Reservations, Refunds, and Wyndham Rewards

For billing problems, review your folio, deposit, taxes, fees, incidental hold, pet fee, parking charge, cancellation charge, and any third-party booking terms. Ask the hotel or Wyndham Customer Care to identify the charge and explain whether the hotel, Wyndham, or the booking platform controls the refund.

For reservation problems, keep the confirmation email, cancellation terms, rate rules, screenshots, and any chat or call notes. If a representative quoted a rate, refund, room type, accessibility accommodation, breakfast, pet policy, or cancellation term, document the time, date, and exact details.

For Wyndham Rewards issues, keep your member number, stay dates, hotel name, folio, and confirmation number. Missing points, missing stay credit, account access, and promotion questions should go through Wyndham Rewards Member Services or Wyndham’s rewards help route.

Accessibility, Remodeling, and Room-Condition Concerns

For accessibility-related complaints, document what you requested, what was confirmed, the room type assigned, and what happened at check-in. If the issue involves an accessible room, mobility equipment, elevator access, uneven flooring, construction, or injury, keep photos, staff names, dates, and any written communications.

For remodeling or construction complaints, document the areas affected, signs posted, safety concerns, noise, dust, closed amenities, room changes, and whether the hotel disclosed renovation work before arrival. Ask the hotel manager to document the issue and provide a written response if you need to escalate to Wyndham.

Scam and Fake Microtel Support Number Warning

Be careful when searching online for a Microtel phone number, Microtel corporate office phone number, Microtel customer service number, Wyndham refund number, hotel complaint line, or Microtel email address. Hotel guests can be targeted by fake booking sites, phishing emails, fraudulent reservation calls, fake refund notices, and unofficial support numbers.

Use WyndhamHotels.com, the Wyndham Hotels app, your official confirmation email, the hotel’s Wyndham property page, or Wyndham’s official contact pages before sharing payment, account, or identity information. Do not provide passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers, bank login information, or Wyndham Rewards credentials through unofficial websites, text messages, social media comments, or unexpected calls.

Microtel Kearney NE Disappointing Remodel Issues

March 1, 2025

Microtel remodeling in Kearney NE is a Huge mistake and a Big down grade of that facility. There is No clothes hanging bar for coats, etc. No bath room towel bars for wash clothes/hand towels/bath towels. NO bathroom hooks. The new hangar bar (about 4 inches long) in the bathroom is so low that shirts drag the floor. The “shelves” that are new are big enough for a tissue box: nothing more. The left/right area around the sink is about 3 inches wide: therefore no suitable resting place for more than a single item. We have utilized this Kearney Microtel for 2 stops per trip IL – WY for more than 20 years. The employees there are very pleasant. There are many competitors to Microtel close by in Kearney. We decided that our recent Microtel stay would be our last due to the degrading of that facility. If Microtel’s plan is to do the same to all the other Microtels then you have lost a customer.

Microtel Hotel Being Remodeled

December 6, 2023

Not very satisfied with the stay. I booked and requested a handicap room on the first floor ahead of time for my wife. I did not get one. They put us in room on the third floor. It was a queen room with regular bathroom. not only that but the floor going out the elevator was being work on with wet concrete. We had to walk through it and messed up my wife’s walker and shoes and mine as well. We were late to a wedding we were going to. And to add more, my wife tripped while getting into the elevator and hurting her knee because the floor was wet and uneven. It ruined the whole evening.
