Wyndham Hotel Issues

Wyndham, dirty hotel. Had to change rooms due to A/C sounding like it was throwing a rod. Smoke detector kept going off(hotel took it out, how legal is that) mattress disgusting, stained. Vent in bathroom clogged. Frig freezing food. Had to go down to front desk for towels even though we called to bring up.

Ramada, Low quality hotels. I am an independent hotel inspector. Companies hire me to inspect the quality and service of their franchise locations. I recently visited your Ramada at 6303 Chef Menteur Hwy location in New Orleans, LA. The condition at this location needs drastic improvement. The staff was great and helpful however, there were several misleading amenities and cosmetic issues. The paint is chipping on several units (hazard). There were stains (blood) on the window shades. The bed covering smelled like ashes and smoke, although this is a non-smoking hotel. There was no breakfast as advertised. The nook where the microwave, vending, and ice machine is located was very hot with no air circulating. Lastly the gated entry does not keep out unwanted guests as no verification was performed or a keyless entry provided at the gate. The attendants simply opened the gate for every car. The artwork was lovely. I would rate this hotel a 4 on a 10 scale. Budget friendly does not mean skip on the quality. Please forward this message to your corporate office.

Wyndham Super 8 Biloxi MS Disappointing

Wyndham, Super 8 in D’iberville/Biloxi, MS- date of event 12/12/2024. I recently bought a home in the D’Iberville MS and its currently undergoing some renovations. Unfortunately, the heater was not working, and I had to take refuge at a hotel to escape the freezing temperatures (35 F) little after noon. unfortunately, being a Floridian I was not fully attired for the surprise dip in temperatures. Anna, unbelievably refused to let me in the hotel and took my reservations outside the hotel while I stood there in the freezing temperatures. I was shocked but distracted by the bone freezing cold. she literally had no level of sympathy, and I had to run back to my vehicle several times to get warmth while she unhurriedly made the appointment. Hypothermia is a life-threatening event; this level of customer service should not be tolerated.

Wyndham Disappointing Experience

Wydham, Remote was taped together, room was not clean, shampoo canister was empty. I would not recommend this location to anyone. We paid cash upon arrival, we were asked for an additional $50.00 for any incident that may occur. We refused. Approved by management. We travelled with a 20 lb dog. We were told $20.00 per nite which is really too high. But we agreed and put it on our card. My statement shows $103.00 charged. Try to reach someone on the phone, all the help they provide is reservations. I will never recommend or stay with this franchise again. Bad experience getting worse.

Wyndham Middletown OH Disappointing Experience

Wyndham, I recently stayed at a Wyndham property for a week while on business and had a very unpleasant experience. A staff member entered the room unannounced, making unfounded accusations, which was extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable. Additionally, there were maintenance issues, including a non-working sink, and a safety hazard due to wet steps without proper signage, which caused me to fall. This stay was disappointing, and the lack of professionalism and care needs to be addressed.
