Your location at Baymont by Wyndham in Loveland, Colorado at 1639 East Eisenhower Blvd is running a brothel out of the hotel. At 11:15pm my family and I after a 12 hour day on the road traveling cross country stopped there to get a room. My expectations of Wyndham locations were dashed by witnessing open prostitution and drug attics running amok. The room was filthy. The were prostitutes and John’s walking around the lobby and halls. There was screaming kids in the same room as adult who were participating in adult activities. This is unacceptable behavior from staff and patrons. I’m lodging a formal complaint and looking to contact the BBB and State Attorney General. I will recommend law enforcement intervention as this was a disgusting display of debauchery, lawlessness and mayhem. We left no less than 5 minutes after making the reservation with Dorian at the front desk. I asked to have my reward points refunded back to my account to no avail. I am flabbergasted that Wyndham allows this to go on. I expect a call from supervision from Wyndham Corporate to discuss the nature of this incident in detail.

Our room had stains all over the counters. The floors were not swept, went to use the iron. It ruined $129 Harley Davidson white shirt. Last time we stayed there everything was in tiptop shape. That’s why we went back this time. It was just so disappointing. The front desk said there’;s nothing they can do about it that time so we were out to stay we had to. I had a grandson graduating basic training.

I am embarrassed to say I am a rewards member and I am thinking about jumping ship because of the terrible customer service of so many different instances of unknowledgeable and untrained people. shame on Wyndham!

Wyndham La Quinta Inn Filthy Eugene OR

Poor example of “exceptional”! We checked into the La Quinta Inn in Eugene, OR 1/14/24 and asked about a possible TWO night stay. The desk clerk informed us 

that it would be best to reserve the 2nd night at the time of check-in and also said that the 2nd night would be a better rate. On 1/15/24 while away from the room, we were contacted by phone and told that they were wondering why we had not checked out? I explained that we were told that we had the room for TWO nights. The “manager” said that was NOT the 

case and got the previous evening desk clerk on the phone who stated that he “talked to a lot of people last night and did not remember telling us

that. It was a crazy night” I said, we were one of those people whom he had advised to reserve the room for two nights at the time of registration and he said he was doing that. I asked, what are we supposed to do now? 

There were no other “guests” in the lobby at the time of registration, the phone was not ringing. How could he not remember telling us that! 

He put the manager back on

the phone and she told us that our bags were being packed by the hotel staff and we could get them upon arrival.

The hotel was fully booked for other guests.

As I’m sure you can guess by now, that is TOTALLY unacceptable behavior and we were put out on the street during an ice stom

with no power at our home and a hole in the roof from falling trees.

Incompetent staff and a filthy hotel.

Marks On Bottom Sheet at Windham Hotel

Apparently, the sheets aren’t changed between guests, nor the pillowcases. Disgusting. Reported to the day manager ( contact number is) and also did a survey and haven’t responded. This is a health issue. It appears this is normal practice. We paid $191.74 to sleep in filth.
