Wyndham Corporate Office: Headquarters, Address and Phone

🗨  Comments

Many people search for the Wyndham corporate office when a hotel stay complaint, refund issue, reservation problem, Wyndham Rewards concern, deposit hold, franchise hotel complaint, lost-and-found issue, cleanliness concern, employee question, or customer service problem has not been resolved through normal support. This page provides Wyndham Hotels & Resorts headquarters information, the corporate office address, corporate phone number guidance, customer care routes, complaint escalation tips, review themes, and related hotel corporate office resources.

Wyndham Corporate Office and Headquarters

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. is headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey. Many people search for Wyndham corporate office, Wyndham Hotels corporate office, Wyndham headquarters, Wyndham Hotels headquarters, Wyndham corporate, Wyndham head office, Wyndham hotel corporate office, Wyndham corporate office address, Days Inn corporate office, or Wyndham corp office when they need help beyond a hotel front desk or reservation line.

Corporate Address and Phone Update

The Wyndham headquarters address remains 22 Sylvan Way, Parsippany, NJ 07054. The Wyndham corporate phone number is 1-973-753-6000.

The old page listed 1-973-428-9700, 1-800-347-7559, and vacation ownership phone numbers. Those should be de-emphasized or removed unless you have a current official source for that specific use. For current hotel reservations, Wyndham lists 1-800-407-9832. For Customer Care / Help, Wyndham lists 1-800-466-1589.

The old page also mixed Wyndham Hotels & Resorts with Wyndham Vacation Ownership. That can confuse readers. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is the hotel franchising company based in Parsippany, New Jersey. Club Wyndham, Wyndham Destinations, WorldMark, and many vacation ownership issues are generally handled through Travel + Leisure Co. and Club Wyndham support, not the Wyndham Hotels corporate office.

Choose the Correct Wyndham Support Route

Before contacting Wyndham headquarters, choose the route that best matches your issue. A hotel reservation problem, hotel-stay complaint, Wyndham Rewards issue, deposit hold, franchise hotel complaint, lost-and-found concern, accessibility issue, timeshare complaint, or employment question may need a different route.

  • Hotel reservation help: Call 1-800-407-9832 or use Wyndham’s official reservation tools.
  • Customer Care / hotel stay complaint: Call 1-800-466-1589 or use Wyndham’s official contact form.
  • About My Stay complaint: Use Wyndham’s contact form and include the hotel brand, location, stay dates, confirmation number, and issue details.
  • Wyndham Rewards issue: Use the Wyndham Rewards Help Center or call Wyndham support for account, points, redemption, or login issues.
  • Franchise or hotel development inquiry: Use Wyndham’s franchise development site or call 1-800-889-9710.
  • Wyndham Business account: Use Wyndham Business support or contact your account manager if you already have a business account.
  • Club Wyndham or timeshare issue: Use Club Wyndham / Travel + Leisure Co. owner support, not Wyndham Hotels customer care.
  • Employment or HR question: Use Wyndham Hotels careers, internal employee resources, or the hotel’s local management route.
  • Investor inquiry: Use Wyndham Hotels Investor Relations at **@*****am.com.
  • Customer service number details: Visit the related CSN page for Wyndham customer service numbers.

What to Have Before Contacting Wyndham Corporate Office

Whether you are calling Wyndham Customer Care, contacting a hotel manager, using the Wyndham contact form, reaching Wyndham Rewards, or writing to the Wyndham corporate office, your issue is easier to review when you provide clear records. Do not post private reservation, payment, rewards, employee, or personal information in the public review section below.

  • The Wyndham brand involved, such as Days Inn, Super 8, La Quinta, Ramada, Baymont, AmericInn, Travelodge, Wingate, Microtel, Howard Johnson, Wyndham Garden, or Wyndham Grand
  • The hotel name, city, state, street address, and property phone number
  • Stay dates, reservation number, confirmation number, folio, receipt, cancellation number, or case number
  • Whether the booking was made through Wyndham, the hotel directly, a travel agency, Expedia, Booking.com, Priceline, a corporate travel portal, or another third-party site
  • Photos of the room, receipt, damage, cleanliness issue, missing amenity, parking issue, or safety concern when relevant
  • Names of hotel managers, front desk employees, customer care agents, franchise contacts, or corporate representatives involved, if known
  • Wyndham Rewards account details, payment information, or ID details shared only through secure official channels
  • Emails, app messages, call notes, screenshots, refund promises, and written follow-up attempts
  • A short timeline explaining what happened and the resolution you are requesting

How to Escalate a Wyndham Complaint

If a hotel, front desk, property manager, reservation agent, or customer care route does not resolve your issue, escalate the complaint in a documented way. A clear message with the hotel location, confirmation number, stay dates, photos, receipts, and requested resolution is usually more effective than repeated calls without records.

  1. Start with the hotel. For same-day room, cleanliness, deposit, lost-and-found, parking, noise, safety, or service issues, ask for the manager on duty.
  2. Use Wyndham Customer Care. Call 1-800-466-1589 or use the official Wyndham contact form for post-stay complaints.
  3. Document the issue. Save receipts, confirmation numbers, folios, photos, app screenshots, emails, and manager names.
  4. Ask who owns or manages the hotel. Many Wyndham-branded hotels are independently owned and operated, so the local property owner or franchisee may control refunds, staff, maintenance, and day-to-day guest service.
  5. Request escalation. Ask for review by a Customer Care supervisor, hotel general manager, franchise operations contact, district contact, or brand support contact depending on the issue.
  6. Use written correspondence if needed. For unresolved corporate-level concerns, send correspondence to Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc., 22 Sylvan Way, Parsippany, NJ 07054.
  7. Use outside routes when appropriate. For card disputes, contact your card issuer. For safety, health, or sanitation issues, contact the local agency with jurisdiction. For travel insurance or third-party bookings, contact the booking platform or insurer.

Hotel Stay, Cleanliness and Room Quality Complaints

Hotel stay complaints are a common reason people search for Wyndham corporate office or Wyndham Hotels corporate office. These complaints may involve dirty rooms, broken fixtures, missing towels, no soap, poor Wi-Fi, smoke odors, bugs, safety concerns, bad front desk service, no manager follow-up, or a room that did not match the listing.

When reporting a room quality complaint, include the hotel brand, property location, room number shared only through official support channels, stay dates, photos, receipt, and the name of the manager or front desk associate involved. If the issue is serious, report it to the hotel immediately while still on property so the hotel has a chance to inspect or move you to another room.

Reservations, Cancellations and Refund Complaints

Reservation and refund problems may involve cancelled stays, no-show fees, non-refundable rates, duplicate bookings, wrong dates, overbooking, third-party booking confusion, Best Rate Claim issues, group bookings, or trouble getting a refund after a hotel problem.

Before escalating, confirm whether the reservation was made directly with Wyndham, the hotel, a corporate travel program, or a third-party booking site. Keep the confirmation number, cancellation record, rate terms, receipt, email confirmation, screenshots, and any refund promises. If a third-party booking site collected the money, that company may control part of the refund process.

Deposit Holds, Incidental Charges and Credit Card Disputes

Deposit and billing complaints may involve incidental holds, double charges, damage fees, resort fees, parking charges, pet fees, authorization holds, prepaid reservations, currency conversion, or charges that appear after checkout.

Ask the hotel for an itemized folio and written explanation. Save your receipt, card statement, authorization hold details, checkout folio, emails, and hotel manager response. If the hotel or Wyndham support does not correct an improper charge, contact your card issuer before any dispute deadline passes.

Lost and Found Complaints

Lost-and-found issues can be especially frustrating because they often depend on local housekeeping, front desk, and management follow-up. Current reader comments include a complaint about a missing item after checkout and difficulty getting a callback from the hotel.

If you left an item behind, contact the hotel immediately with the room number, checkout date, item description, photos if available, and your contact details through official hotel channels. Ask for a written record of the lost-and-found request and follow up with Wyndham Customer Care if the hotel does not respond.

Wyndham Rewards, Points and Account Issues

Wyndham Rewards complaints may involve missing points, denied points, free night redemption issues, account login problems, account lockouts, member rate problems, status questions, expired rewards, app errors, or stays not posting correctly.

Keep your Wyndham Rewards account number private and share it only through official Wyndham support channels. Save the hotel folio, confirmation number, stay dates, member rate screenshot, points history, and support case number. If your account appears compromised, secure your email and Wyndham account immediately.

Days Inn Corporate Office and Wyndham Brand Complaints

People often search for Days Inn corporate office, Ramada corporate office, Super 8 corporate office, La Quinta corporate office, AmericInn corporate office, Baymont corporate office, Travelodge corporate office, Wingate corporate office, or Microtel corporate office because those brands are part of the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand family.

For a complaint involving a specific Wyndham brand, start with the hotel property and then escalate through Wyndham Customer Care. Include the exact brand name and property location because many hotels are independently owned and operated even though they use a Wyndham brand flag.

Franchise Hotel, Owner and Management Complaints

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is primarily a hotel franchising company. Many hotels using Wyndham brand names are independently owned and operated, except for certain hotels managed or owned by Wyndham subsidiaries.

This matters for complaints because the local hotel owner or franchisee may control staffing, maintenance, refunds, deposits, room assignments, lost-and-found procedures, and local manager follow-up. If you believe a property is violating brand standards, document the issue and ask Wyndham Customer Care to route the complaint to the appropriate brand or franchise operations team.

Accessibility, Safety and Health Complaints

Accessibility and safety complaints may involve ADA room availability, elevators, parking, service animals, unsafe conditions, broken locks, poor lighting, fire safety concerns, sanitation problems, pests, water issues, or a hotel not addressing a safety complaint.

For urgent safety concerns, contact hotel management and local authorities if needed. For sanitation, mold, pests, or health concerns, document the issue with photos and consider contacting the local health department or lodging regulator. For accessibility complaints, save the reservation details, room type promised, photos, and any hotel response.

Club Wyndham, Timeshare and Vacation Ownership Complaints

Some reviews and complaints about “Wyndham” actually involve Club Wyndham, WorldMark, vacation ownership, RCI, Wyndham Destinations, or Travel + Leisure Co. Those issues are different from Wyndham Hotels & Resorts hotel-stay complaints.

Club Wyndham and vacation ownership complaints may involve maintenance fees, owner reservations, points, sales presentations, title changes, financing, timeshare contracts, resort management, or owner services. For those issues, use Club Wyndham / Travel + Leisure Co. owner support rather than Wyndham Hotels customer care.

Business Travel, Group Bookings and Corporate Accounts

Wyndham Business supports companies, project travel, groups, travel advisors, and managed travel programs. Business travel complaints may involve corporate account discounts, room blocks, project crew stays, group billing, long-term stay issues, or company travel codes.

For Wyndham Business account help, use Wyndham Business support, your account manager, or the business contact form. Keep the corporate account name, booking dates, hotel location, group code, billing details, and written rate agreement private and share them only through official channels.

Franchise Development, Real Estate and Vendor Questions

Franchise, development, owner, real estate, hotel conversion, construction, supplier, and brand-development questions should not usually go through regular guest customer care. Wyndham’s franchise development route is the better starting point for hotel owners, developers, and business inquiries.

For development opportunities, call 1-800-889-9710 or use Wyndham’s development site. Be prepared to provide property details, market information, ownership details, contact information, and brand interest through official Wyndham channels.

Employment, Careers and HR Questions

People may search for Wyndham head office, Wyndham headquarters, Wyndham corporate office, or Wyndham corp office because they need help with job applications, payroll, benefits, W-2 forms, former employee records, employment verification, workplace concerns, or HR questions.

The correct HR route depends on whether the role is at Wyndham Hotels corporate, a Wyndham call center, a managed hotel, an independently owned franchise hotel, Club Wyndham, Travel + Leisure Co., or another Wyndham-related business. For hotel property jobs, contact the hotel employer. For Wyndham Hotels corporate roles, use Wyndham Hotels careers. Do not post employee IDs, payroll records, Social Security numbers, medical information, internal documents, or manager accusations with identifying personal details in public comments.

Scam, Fake Booking and Gift Card Warnings

Be cautious with fake Wyndham booking sites, fake customer service numbers, fake cancellation messages, fake refund emails, phishing texts, fake rewards offers, fraudulent hotel confirmations, and suspicious links asking for your Wyndham Rewards login or credit card details.

Go directly to WyndhamHotels.com, the Wyndham Hotels app, or the official hotel website instead of clicking suspicious links. For fake booking sites, travel scams, hotel refund scams, phishing emails, and fake support numbers, visit ThinkItsAScam.com.

If you see an unfamiliar Wyndham, Days Inn, Super 8, La Quinta, Ramada, Travelodge, Baymont, AmericInn, hotel deposit, booking site, resort fee, or travel charge on your statement, compare it with your recent reservations, hotel stays, third-party bookings, and card authorizations. You can also use ChargeOnMyCard.com to research confusing hotel, travel, deposit, resort fee, and booking charges.

Wyndham Reviews and Complaints

Current review themes on CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com include timeshare or Club Wyndham complaints, lost-and-found frustration, difficulty getting hotel follow-up, front desk and staff conduct complaints, room quality concerns, missing amenities, and cleanliness issues at specific Wyndham-branded hotels.

There is also positive feedback for an AmericInn Denver employee who helped a stranded traveler during a stressful airport delay. Some reviews appear to involve Club Wyndham or vacation ownership rather than Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, so readers should confirm whether their issue belongs with Wyndham Hotels Customer Care or with Travel + Leisure Co. / Club Wyndham owner support.

These reviews are individual guest, owner, traveler, and employee experiences and may not represent every Wyndham-branded hotel, franchise owner, manager, employee, customer care agent, Club Wyndham resort, or corporate response. When sharing a review, describe the general issue and outcome, but do not post reservation numbers, rewards account numbers, payment card details, room numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, employee records, home addresses, or private personal information.

Wyndham The Falls at Bronson MO Disappointing Experience

May 29, 2025

Wyndham, Disappointed and Targeted at The Falls in Branson, Missouri. From May 21–28, 2025, I stayed at The Falls in Branson, Missouri, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing Wyndham experiences I’ve had in over 40 years as a loyal timeshare owner. The trouble began right away. The exterior light on my unit stayed on 24/7 for the entire week—day and night—while no other units had their lights on continuously. This unusual attention made me feel singled out. To make matters worse, other VIP owners mentioned that they were told by resort staff that my guests and I were “trouble.” I haven’t been to Branson in over a decade, so I’m shocked at where this misinformation came from. I’ve invested over $120,000 in maintenance fees and have been a dedicated Wyndham owner for decades. I take pride in being respectful and following all resort rules. So, to be treated this way—with no factual basis—is both disheartening and unacceptable. I’m especially disturbed that my guests and I were targeted, while others who were actually involved in behavior issues were not held accountable. There was a moment during my stay when extended family members visited as part of a reunion. As soon as I noticed inappropriate behavior, I immediately addressed it and ensured it didn’t happen again. Yet, despite taking corrective action, security and staff chose to focus scrutiny on me, not those actually responsible. My guests left and did not return after that, and the issue was resolved quickly. I’ve never had an experience like this at any other Wyndham resort. Something has clearly changed, and it’s deeply upsetting to feel like I’m being unfairly profiled and disrespected after years of loyal membership. I’m asking Wyndham to look into this situation thoroughly and address how guests—especially long-term owners—are treated. Communication, professionalism, and fairness must be restored at this location. I would also appreciate a follow-up from a Wyndham representative who can help make this right and ensure future visits are handled with the respect all owners deserve. Thank you.

Wyndham Disappointing Lost & Found Experience

May 23, 2025

Wyndham, No provision for negative feedback! Does anyone actually read these besides other digruntled patrons? Last Saturday we checked out of Club Wyndham Sedona and soon realized that we had left something behind. Called right away. They wouldn’t send a staff person to the suite to retrieve it. Said that they would have to wait until the cleaning staff had finished their shift and turned in any lost objects. They would call us back. 14 hours later they hadn’t called so we called them. nothing had been turned in. On Monday I called to speak to the manager thinking that they would want to know that they might have a dishonest employee and an uncaring phone person. Got shunted into someone’s secretary’s voice mail. No callback. Left message on Thursday for Eric Noble. Still no callback! Tried to call head office to leave a complaint. I couldn’t without setting up an account for that purpose. This seems to be Wyndham’s policy. Ignore complaints!

Wyndham Days Inn Delta UT Suggestions

May 22, 2025

Wyndham, Changes should be made. Hello, I am currently entry staying at Days Inn Delta UT. My husband is here for work. We have been here since January. There is a front desk employee that goes by the name of Bobby. He is rude and lazy. My husband has had encounters with him and I have witnessed how he treats customers. I ask myself why he still has a job? There is a couch in front office as you walk in and many days he lays watching TV or is sound asleep. When I go in for something he is on his phone, on the computer, or on the couch..or stepped away. He always has an attitude. I would like to commend Karen who also works at front desk. She is a lovely lady…and Tasha head of housekeeping who is amazing. She goes above and beyond. I am a Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Drury reward member. We travel 90% of the time and are in hotels. The experience thus far has definitely been unfortunate. Sincerely.

Wyndham AmericInn Denver CO Excellent Experience

May 11, 2025

Wyndham, Good Employee Skills! I stayed at AmericInn in Denver, CO on Tower Rd. The young lady that helped me on May 3, 2025 at the reception was Excellent. She really was a professional, so nice and most of all very helpful in my time of need. I was stranded at the airport, because of storms in Atlanta. She quoted me a reasonable price for a room. She did not pressure me into getting the room right away. I call other hotels and AmericInn was the right price for my budget. She told me a shuttle would be at the airport in 15 mins, and thankfully it was. I was extremely tired by this time, it was 2am in the morning. When I got to your hotel, she was so sweet and thoughtful. She handed me my room key in 10 mins and told me about the amenities of the hotel including breakfast and what time shuttles returned to the airport, so that I could pick up my car rental. AmericInn now has a new client! Thank you Cindani for being such a Nice, Sweet, Professional young lady. You were the Best person to deal with my situation and I Appreciate your Service so very much on that stressful day! Please congratulate on Cindani on her wonderful customer service skills. Cindani is a very welcome Employee to your establishment and it’s a rare quality in today’s society….Sincerely.

Wyndham Ramada Henderson NV Disappointing

May 10, 2025

Wyndham, No Soap and Decaf Only. Railroad Pass Ramada Hotel, Henderson, NV. Old, smokey but clean – that is until you go to wash your hands in the bathroom. No soap! Reception stated soap for both buildings was on back order and neither had soap. Holiday Inn Express told me they had liquid soap and they don’t use bars anymore. Stay at Holiday Inn, yes it’s about $20 more but you get soap to wash your hands after morning constitutional, regular coffee and secure WiFi.
