  1. I recently stayed in the Fairfield in Albany Ga, 3011 Kensington Court, Albany, GA 31721 and left my hearing aids in my room. I realized I left the hearing aids when I was at the airport getting ready to board. I immediately called the hotel and the staff went and got the hearing aids from my room. The staff did all they could to get me information to try and get the hearing aids shipped but all the companies (3 in total) would not do pickups given my situation not being at the pick up location . All of this was being done via text while I traveled back to my home. In the end the staff took the hearing aids to the post office and had them expressed mailed to me which I received on Monday. I failed to mention this all started on Friday morning and with the delays of the shipping companies they still were able to get the hearing aids out in time for me to receive them on Monday.

Please award LaTina Jones, Customer Service Manager, Alicia Ecker and Delaina Hancock for going well over above and beyond in their effort and actions so I could get my hearing aids. All deserve my gratitude and humble thanks. They truly deserve the highest level recognition.

  2. We are staying at the Fairfield in Cleveland tn and was put in room 308 and the tv wouldn’t work. We called front desk over and over and no one would pick up. My husband walked down to the desk and told them about the tv she told us to unplug the tv and and plug it back in. The tv still wouldn’t work. So she moved us to room 326. Again the tv and we went to call down there and the phone won’t didn’t work. And the room number on the phone was the wrong room number. Also in room 326 there was no toliet paper and no doors on the closets. And the plugs in the walls don’t work.

  3. Stayed at Fairfield Inn 10 SW 4th Street, Oklahoma City, Okla. on Friday May 12th 2023. Room 327 was booked under the last name Marshall.

  4. I recently stayed at the Wichita Falls, Texas Fairfield Inn & Suites from 3/26/2023-4/14/2023 checking out early morning 4/15/2023. I work for the US NAVY and was at Sheppard Air Force Base for 3 weeks of training. Upon Checking In I provided the Manager (Sue?) the “Texas Hotel Occupancy Tax Exemption Certificate” and had the box checked for “United States Federal Agencies..”. My receipt for the stay is even marked “Military”, however I was charged “Occupancy Sales Tax”($8.82) and “State Occupancy Tax” ($5.88) per night for all 20 nights.
When I questioned the front desk clerk upon checkout, she said she didn’t know how to fix it and that I needed to call the Manager. Understand, Government Travel Vouchers must be Reconciled immediately upon returning from training. This is a huge inconvenience to have to rectify before prior to completing a Travel Voucher. Furthermore, this hotel has consistent guest stays from the Government and Military due to its proximity to Sheppard Air Force Base so this procedure should be seamless. Other than this issue the stay was great, however having a negative experience at checkout is not a good business model. I would appreciate a response and not an auto-generated one at that.

  5. My 18-year-old daughter and her 19-year-old friend got off work and got stranded in Weirton West Virginia in an ice storm at 2 am on December 18th. They stopped in the hotel looking for shelter. They were prepared to pay for a room and were told they couldn’t stay there because they weren’t 21. They were young girls stuck with nowhere to go. They were stuck, and two police officers had to push their car off the road. I don’t give a shoot about policy. These two kids needed a place to go to get out of an ice storm and they were turned away by your hotel staff. I will make it known to anyone who will listen to me what your hotel did and I promise you, I will never stay at one of your hotels again.

  6. Was kicked out of our room. Had booked for 2 nights, wass told the next day that I had to vacate the room as I had no reservation for the 2nd day. I guess I pulled those reservation confirmation numbers out of the air. On top of that, I was charged twice for room. One charge for $190 and another charge for $130. Was told the $130 charge would be reversed and I would get my money back. Here it is 6 weeks after the event and I still have not received my money. Room was great, bed excellent. But I WILL NEVER STAY AT FAIRFIELD INN AND SUITES AGAIN. I've been telling all my friends, church members, school personnel about this.

  7. I stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suite Palm Coast Fl. MY credit card was charged for 3 payments. I've tried to contact the manager but never gotten a return call back. My bill and two other pre hold charges which one has already came out of my account. The other one is still pending.

  8. How can the GM at the Fair field inn and suites let one staff off every weekend and make the other staff work every weekend and also plays favoritism toward one staff talking about the other staff member to her and everyone else.when the staff they are talking about comes to work faithfully to replace the other staff who resigned and came back from being gone for a week or two but now saying she's the best worker making the other staff member feeling like she not does her job.

  9. On April 16, 2019 I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Cordele, GA and I have to say it will be my last time I ever stay there again. Whenever I stay over night in Cordele I normally stay at a hotel across the street. But I decided to stay at the Fairfield Inn due to one of my peers recommending the hotel. It all started with the front desk clerk in which I found to be rude and unpleasant. In my profile it clearly states that I prefer to be on the highest floor and away from the elevator due to me being a lite sleeper. Immediately as I step off the elevator on the second floor, my room is immediately to the left next to the elevator. As I step in the room, I notice a musky odor. So, I turn on the AC thinking that would clear out the odor. Later that evening, when I entered the restroom, I noticed 2 different types of bugs on the floor which were dead.

Throughout the night I was repeatedly being bitten by something which was later found to be bed bugs. So, the next morning I checked out and later shared my concerns when I received the email asking how my stay was. Not asking for anything nor was I expecting a call, on April 21, 2019 I received an email from the General Manager Erica Reehal apologizing for my bad experience and asking if I would give her a call which I did. When I called Erica, she explained that she was busy and took my number so that she could call me back. After not hearing back from Erica 4 days later, I decided to email her just in case I missed her call. It is now May 18, 2019 and I have yet to hear back from Erica. Now remind you, Erica asked me to call her. If she wasn’t going to do anything to fix the issue as she stated in her email, why bother messaging customers.

Not happy at all. Because of this bad experience I now secure all my clothes in a sealed bag.

  10.
