Like Family!

I was recently staying an extended time at Fairfield Inn in Rockford Illinois, awaiting the birth of my first grandchild. The staff took such good care of me as it was during a big snowstorm. Asking for updates. Helping ease the stress. Then, after I arrived back to my room, after my granddaughter was born, there in my room was a bouquet of pink roses and a pink balloon from The Fairfield Inn Family 💝. Seriously. How special is that?!!

Not what I paid for!

I stayed at the Fairfield in Anchorage Alaska. When we checked in early Thursday morning I was charged $50 that I was told we be placed back in my account after we checked out and the room was inspected. I understand that. I bought 4 items from the corner store and placed that on my card as well that was $15 I understand that one. What I don’t understand is the $10 charge on my card? What was that on for and when will it be put back into my account along with the $50? On to the next disappointment. When I book my trips I’m looking for certain things. They are the following, a pool and hot tub and a hot breakfast. This is why I picked your hotel. You had neither for me. I was told I could pick up our grab-and-go bag after 6am till 9. The bag had nothing in it that I could eat. I had to spend money on food which I hadn’t counted for. I’m coming from Florida and was looking forward to getting in a hot tub after being out in the cold but wasn’t able to do that either. Your site should have all of those updates on it. That people are not getting what they are paying for. I also asked for a 2 Am wake-up call and no one did that either. I feel you all should have to refund some of my money back or offer a free room at my choice of location for 4 nights. Your site had it been correct I would have stayed somewhere else. This trip was so important for me. It had been 1 year ago that I lost my husband and I didn’t want to be home. What was already a tough time you all made it worse. I expect someone to reply to this.

Fairfield Inn Home Office - Rip off

My bank has been charged twice for a one-night stay and once for talking to the general manager. He was very rude and when I talked to the front desk people that I was told could take care of this they said it’ll fall off in a couple of days well in the meantime, my credit card has been charged twice and I’m not able to use it for the upcoming charge that I need to use it for and they’re telling me the bank Has to call them to reverse that.

Fair Field Marriott Corporate - Lost items in Baraboo Wisconsin

I stayed at the Fair Field Marriott in Baraboo Wisconsin. On the 6-9th of October, I had forgotten my hearing aids which were very expensive and important for me to be able to hear anything and I was 4 hours away I called the motel letting them know that I had forgotten something and they said they would check for me. I’ve been given the runaround. I called them the next day and I was told to go to the lost and found the website to let them know what happened. Amazingly, I and the motel staff can get in the room. So that means the staff are thieves!! The motel has only been open for 3 weeks and this is how visitors are treated.

My 18-year-old daughter and her 19-year-old friend got off work and got stranded in Weirton West Virginia in an ice storm at 2 am on December 18th. They stopped in the hotel looking for shelter. They were prepared to pay for a room and were told they couldn’t stay there because they weren’t 21. They were young girls stuck with nowhere to go. They were stuck, and two police officers had to push their car off the road. I don’t give a shoot about policy. These two kids needed a place to go to get out of an ice storm and they were turned away by your hotel staff. I will make it known to anyone who will listen to me what your hotel did and I promise you, I will never stay at one of your hotels again.
