Reach Fairfield Inn 

Fairfield Inn, mold in the bathroom. I recently stayed in Alexandra Virginia. I went into the bathroom and there was a lot of molds on the ceiling. I called the front desk, and they sent someone to inspect. He said housekeeping should have seen it/reported it.

I was recently staying an extended time at Fairfield Inn in Rockford Illinois, awaiting the birth of my first grandchild. The staff took such good care of me as it was during a big snowstorm. Asking for updates. Helping ease the stress. Then, after I arrived back to my room, after my granddaughter was born, there in my room was a bouquet of pink roses and a pink balloon from The Fairfield Inn Family 💝. Seriously. How special is that?!!

Fairfield Inn, On Nov 14 I checked in to the Fairfield Inn Hotel in Exeter, NH. I was traveling with my daughter and there was supposed to be 2 beds but there was only one. My daughter bought her own room using her Am Ex card. I had my room on my Visa debit card. When we checked out my daughter put both rooms on her card. The charges for my room were showing on my statement as a credit. One charge was $307.00 and the other was $42.00. Here we are 3 weeks later and 4 phone calls to the manager and I still don’t have my money. Rest assured that I will never stay at a Fairfield Inn hotel again and will think twice about dealing with Marriott hotels in general. When I called customer care at corporate, ha they told me they couldn’t do anything, it was totally up to the manager who doesn’t return my calls.

Fairfield Inn, Booked a room for myself and wife due to hurricane, checked in 07/10/2024, three hours later had to check out due to lack of power at hotel. Still to pay for day I was there but this had been rejected. Poor Management, due to charging for day’s, when not there.

Fairfield Inn, Broken window. I live adjacent to the Fairfield Inn, in Northfield MN 55057. There has been a broken window on the front northwest corner of the building for several months (perhaps a year+). It is not an attractive look for a quality hotel. In my opinion it does not look professional.
