Hampton Inn Bainbridge GA Disappointing Experience

Hampton Inn, Unacceptable Room and Staff actions. My recent stay at the Hampton Inn Bainbridge was regrettably disappointing. The room was so dimly lit that I was forced to use my cell phone flashlight to navigate. Adding to the frustration, our room keys failed to work consistently, even after being reprogrammed twice. The most significant issue arose around 2 AM when, after a six-hour drive from Charlotte, NC, we found ourselves locked out. With no staff at the front desk, my family waited outside for 45 minutes before my wife and I had to get redressed and go downstairs, only to find the front desk still empty for an additional two hours, with another staff member reportedly asleep in the back. While the day staff was wonderful and pleasant, the night staff’s lack of availability and assistance was unacceptable. This experience has made me seriously reconsider staying there again; next time, I’ll be looking at the Holiday Inn Express. Save yourself the time and money and find another place to stay – this was a complete waste of time and effort.

Hampton Cottonwood AZ DIsappointing Experience

Hampton, Poor service. I traveled to Cottonwood, Arizona to officiate at a wedding. All of the wedding party stayed at the Hampton Inn. When I attempted to enter my room (April 26, 2025) that the family had reserved for me, the woman at the front desk, Vinisha, refused to allow me access to my room, and was also very rude. The phone in my room did not work, and I was unable to contact the front desk from my room. The next day the key to my room did not work. All of this added un-necessary strain to an occasion that should have been without additional stress. The wedding party put a great deal of planning and effort into making sure that accommodations were available in Cottonwood. The person at the desk on the morning of April 27 was extremely professional and helpful. Vinisha is not an attribute to your company or your company’s image.

Hampton Frustrating Reservation Issue

Hampton, Instant room refusal. I asked the lady at the front desk what was the earliest I could get a room since I was a bus driver. She said 2:00 without hesitation. She said that they were busy and the rooms were all dirty. I never had that experience at a Holiday Inn Express. I’ve stayed there 3 times and asked the same question and not only they all got me in a room before 2 but gave me a late check out as well. Their service is by far better than Hampton Inn and I will call them first from now on.

Hampton Inn Boston/Woburn Disappointing

Hampton Inn, Very disappointing the way I was treated refusing to give me a room that my company had reserved for me. I had the confirmation number and the room was in my name. They would not take my company’s business credit card that was on file with them. And she was also nasty about it.

Hampton Jacksonville FL Excellent Customer Service

Hampton, 4415 Southside Blvd Jacksonville FL. I want to commend the person(s) responsible for making Tamara part of your Hampton Inn Team. She is an absolute joy to do business with. I called in a pure panic to book a room for my son and his wife (on 3/21/25), after they had first been through a horrific experience at a different Jacksonville hotel. They had driven 7 hours only to arrive at a terribly dangerous location. Being in South Carolina, I had no idea where to guide them, so I said, “Look for the closest Hampton Inn, and give me the number…” Thankfully Tamara answered the phone and put my mind at ease. She guided me through booking their room, emailed the credit card authorization form to me, and they were all set by the time they entered the Hampton Inn. What a huge relief! I had to bother Tamara again for the hotel address, as my brother was also headed to Jacksonville, to arrive very late in the night. Tamara was so very helpful to them when they called to book their room. I cannot thank Tamara enough for her gracious help, and for her sweet, comforting voice.
