Hampton Raliegh NC Disappointing

Hampton, Disgusting Bathroom issues in Raliegh NC. We spent two nights at the Hampton Inn at 3621 Spring Forest Road (Capital Blvd North) in Raliegh NC for a wedding and was totally grossed out by the conditions of the bathroom. We drove all the way from NH! As you can see from my pictures the bathtub was Extremely slow to drain, the tub looked like a murder scene due to the rust coming from the metal pieces, there was mold at the tub of the tub where it meets the wall, and when I tried to change the shower head it just spun. I would like to be compensated for both nights, even if it is available for me to book two nights I need when I travel to the Wilmington area for a family Thanksgiving. You have a 100% guarantee policy, and I think we deserve it! I would like a quick answer please as the holiday is upon us and I will book elsewhere if necessary.

Hampton Inn Thomasville GA Dog Issues

Dog problems! As a frequent customer with my wife at the Hampton Inn at Thomasville Georgia, I have noticed a serious issue regarding dogs at the facility. ADA requirements allow for “service animals” which does not mean that all dogs should be allowed. The rooms are smelling like dog dander which are making my stays unacceptable. I also take issue with dogs allowed at the breakfast facility which is unsanitary to say the least. There have been times when dogs eliminated their waste in the rooms and other areas. I have voiced my concerns numerous times and was told that the hotel was bound by company policy and is aware that many others have also complained. Staff is not at fault here. Once dander gets into the A/C unit and carpet there’s not much that can be done other than replacing them. My suggestion is to limit dogs only for “service animals” or designate and limit pet friendly rooms to the first floor only so that at least the elevator and upper floors can remain free from dog waste.

Hampton Inn Disappointing Customer Service

Hampton Inn, I had a reservation for 1 night. Prepaid, had used Hampton Inn business before. I came into San Angelo, asked front desk clerk for an early check in to shower prior to the mtg. She indicated check-in was at 3. clearly she was not the mgr. She said it was at 3, and no exceptions. I had a mtg. at 3. I called 800 # customer service twice, on hold 20 each minutes each time, apparently timed out or they hung up on me. I missed the mtg, drove 120 miles back home. I will Never use a Hampton Inn ever again. Plus I write for 2 magazines, and will spread the word.

Hampton Inn, Double charged. We was at a bowling tourament in Springfield Missouri in Oct. and I booked 4 rooms for 1 night. When we left the next day everyone paid for there room. When I got home a couple of days later I checked my credit card and had been charged for two rooms that had been paid for and I had all the receipts. So I called the hotel and talked a person and told them that the rooms were paid for by the people who had the rooms and I had all the receipts. He asked me for the confirmation numbers for the rooms which I gave him. He said he was busy and would get back to me. I waited and called him back and which time he told me I was charged because they was two rooms that was no shows, I told him I had receipt for all the rooms and he asked me again the the confirmation numbers again which this time I told him the confiramation number and how each room was paid by. He said he would look in to it and get back to me. A week has passed and I havent heard from him again but I have called my credit card company about it. I Will Not Be Staying At Another Hampton Inn Again!!!
