Checked into motel in Cameron Park CA on 7/24. Room was awful—carpet stained, filthy, and torn in places; window shear curtains shredded and outer ones off the track; fridge/freezer dirty and barely working; bathroom window propped open by a piece of plastic and no screen; linens dingy and stained; moved nightstand to plug in phone charger and there was no backing on it and had nails protruding! Had book for 2 nights with possibility of 3, but after complainant checked out after one night. Was billed incorrectly and have not been able to resolve with customer service. Asked for supervisor and info not forthcoming. Have a case number and offered to provide photos which haven’t been accepted. Filed Better Business Bureau complaint. Trying to post pix, but not all posted and some that did are incorrect and I can’t delete. Contact me to resend, please.

Quality Inn Main Office - Disappointed

We checked in on Monday of last week. The carpet was dirty. The bed was ripped. We got up early to go to the airport. There was nothing offered for breakfast or even coffee. We got back to the hotel yesterday we called and they said the shuttle was 45 minutes which was fine. One hour later we were still waiting we phoned again and were told the shuttle was stuck in traffic. Next call we were told the shuttle broke down and we were to hire a taxi to bring us over to the hotel at 57.00. When we went to get reimbursed the girl offered 30.00. they ended up giving us Forty dollars we want our full refund. The girl behind the desk was yelling at us and we took our forty dollars and left. In summary, this hotel is dirty and they do not stand behind what they sell. I would not let my dog stay in this dump. I will never stay at any quality Inn again.

We checked in to the hotel yesterday, The rooms we brought were cleaned, but even after cleaning, the carpets are old and dirty and smell. Curtains were degraded and breaking down. The hair dryer did not work, no replacement option for another dryer. Had to go to another room to dry hair. Breakfast is a poor standard. The breakfast room was unsupervised and messy. The staff had no knowledge to help. The air conditioning was either too strong or needed to be off. The decor is dated and doors and furnishings need replacement. Hot water is only just hot enough. If we hadn’t paid prior to arrival, we would not have stayed here, three more nights sadly to be here. Not a quality accommodation. How this is allowed is incomprehensible. More can be said but will anything be done? We would love a refund and move out.

Quality Inn HQ - Quality inn Festus location is a dump

The hot water in the sink did not work. The peephole in the door was filled with toilet paper. The computer chair was all torn up on seat. The door didn’t fit the frame and let in half the light so it looked like a light was on. There was a hole in the ceiling tile. The handle on the door to the atrium had been ripped off and the door was secured with a chain. The ceiling light had only 1 of the 3 lights working. There was food from a previous customer left in the freezer. The carpet was filthy. The bed headboard was falling apart and the lamps on the nightstands were in really bad condition. The security lock on the door was re-positioned due to probably being forced in at one time. The worst was that on the outside security door, #3 the security lock was removed so anyone could enter the building without a key card. If the rest of the hotel is like what we experienced I would remove the name “Quality by Choice Hotels” and call it “The Dump”. More fitting and maybe give me a refund. Can’t submit all the pictures of what was wrong with this hotel, only allows 5, and I have 12.

I am spending 1450.00 dollars on my hotel room when I tried to get clarification from the front desk person she claimed to be the front desk manager and hung the phone up on me 3x I contacted Customer Service called spoke to Michael and the unknown person case# 116d4688XQQ when I called back to speak to Michael she claimed he was not there as well as the site manager Ms. Sharma. This person needs to be removed she is messing with customers’ money, time, peace, and willingness to return.
