Choice Hotels, Disabled rooms in Choice Hotels. I am a Choice Member and live in Australia and as a parapligic I know my disabled rooms. I travel to the states every year for Sturgis,and travel around.stay in a lot of choice hotels and have found that the beds are getting taller.They should be around 22 to 23 inches tall but there about 30 inches +.I`am glad I travel with some one who will help me get on the bed.

Choice Hotels Frustrating Customer Service

Choice Hotels, The Promotions to Stay and Disgruntle Call Center Staff. I am an Elite Choice Privileges Member; one who has traveled throughout the U.S. as a Licensed Global Evangelist for fifteen years, (eight of which were in your properties). Your most recent marketing, “Stay 2+ nights get 8,000 points” has been a ploy! On more than one occasion, I clicked on the “Register now” button. When speaking with Marie today, (confirmation # 16067729) I learned that all of my efforts have been futile. Marie claimed that I was indeed Not registered and she registered me today. She also stated that I would Not receive the 8,000 points from my futile attempts even though I clicked the “Register now” button on multiple occasions and received the message “You are already registered for this promotion.” In fact, I have been staying in one of your properties since August 6, 2024 on this evangelistic assignment and the moment I saw the promotion, I clicked on it. Not once did I receive the 8,000 points promised for multiple night stays! Additionally, every time I speak with your representatives at Choice Privileges Bethesda, Maryland I get rude, frustrating responses. I’ve repeatedly asked to speak to a Manager and the representative tells me, “I’m now going to disconnect the call.” Every time this occurs it is because I want clarity about their responses, (which is what happened today with Marie). I’m not being treated as an “Elite Member” or even Less Than Elite. Often times, I’m having difficulty understanding the speech of some of the Call Center Staff because their “English Language” is very poor causing their frustration to excel because I have asked them to repeat themselves or to articulate. It should not be an antagonist experience every time I call Choice Privileges Bethesda, Maryland and quite frankly I’m fed up with the incompetence of the staff in that particular Choice Privileges Call Center. They appear young and very inexperienced in representing your brand and have deterred me from continued membership in my future church evangelistic contracts. Moreover, the staff had me registered under more than one account. I’m not even sure to this day if they properly merged the two accounts together or if I indeed was able to keep my points from both accounts. Going forward, please review my account. Please also add my points from my initial application of your newest promotion of “8000 points for 2+ stays” which I intend to utilize while completing this last evangelistic contract assignment. Finally, have a conversation with your staff who threaten to disconnect the call because one may request a Manager; their behavior is indeed unprofessional and inappropriate!

Choice Hotels Quality Inn & Suites Live Oak FL

Choice Hotels, Dried Blood and Dried Yellow Substance in my Kids’ Bed. On 11-29-2024, while on business in Live Oak, Florida, my family and I selected the Quality Inn & Suites (FLC43) 6819 US 129 North Live Oak, Florida 32060 for an overnight stay. We were assigned room 204. At first glance, it was observed that room was dated and there were damages to the door frame and locking mechanism. We retreated to the room late during the evening and turned into bed. Our twelve-year-old daughter and nine-year-old son shared a bed, while my husband and I shared the other. We were awakened, at approximately 8:30am by someone aggressively yelling in the hallway, “What are you gonna do? Then come and do it!”. When my kids pushed the covers back, we discovered a significant amount of dried blood and a yellow stain, on the top left area of the duvet (or bed cover), which covered our daughter’s head and upper torso area. The front desk clerk was notified and presented with a video as evidence. She issued an adjustment to the bill, then informed us that we would receive a call from the Manager on Monday. She indicated that the Manager would issue a full refund. To date, the Manager has failed to telephone us. When calling the hotel to speak with the manager, we were informed that the manager was aware of the incident yet had no intentions to telephone us.

Choice Hotels Comfort Inn Over Charge Issue

Choice Hotels, Over charge Comfort Inn (IL 117) Hotel clerk S. Reddy told me twice she would honor an internet price $107.00 plus tax which is 10% discount from $119. Regular price. I requested discount twice once on phone and again when I arrived at hotel a short time later but next morning when I checked out I found there was no discount. To get the discount I had to remind her of our agreement Sreddy still refused to honor 10% discount until she mopped the floor of waiting room. Check in 11/2/24 out 11/3/24. Also room 104 was not an accessible room as agreed upon. Room garbage can was filthy inside and out with used chewing gum stuck inside the garbage can.

Sleep Inn Dania Beach, FL. Unhealthy breakfast offerings. I booked a four-night stay at Sleep Inn in Dania Beach, FL. The “free continental breakfast offerings were meager and unworthy of the description “Continental Breakfast” The whipped spread has no natural ingredients, no butter, all chemical components….The coffee creamer was “Coffee Mate”, another concoction of chemicals for your coffee or tea. The fruit offering was soft, withering oranges and apples sealed in plastic wrap. The cereal offerings were mostly sugary offerings. The only item that might be “healthy” was the bread for toasting. When I inquired of the manager, a very pleasant person who listened to my complaint, she said that they have a limited budget for their breakfast and that it was free. Surely, there are inexpensive fruits such as bananas…..What do the little portions of butter cost? Why not plain cereal. (Those cereal containers looked like they had not been emptied and replaced with fresh cereal). Surely, free or not, a “Continental” Breakfast should be at least somewhat healthy. Customers deserve better…….You should monitor the offerings presented at you Choice Hotels, including the Sleep Inn at Dania Beach. Very disappointed and cannot recommend this. It’s just a notch above Motel 6 and no longer my choice.This is my opinion…….
