Days Inn Corporate Office, Headquarters Address & Phone Number

🗨  Comments

Many people search for the Days Inn corporate office when they need the Days Inn headquarters address, a corporate phone number, a main office contact, or a way to escalate an unresolved hotel complaint. Days Inn by Wyndham is part of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and most Days Inn properties are independently owned, franchised, or managed hotels. Because of that franchise structure, the best complaint route often starts with the local hotel and then moves to Wyndham customer care or corporate escalation if the issue is not resolved.

Days Inn Corporate Office and Headquarters Contact Information

Days Inn corporate office matters are handled through Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The address below is the Wyndham corporate headquarters and company contact address for Days Inn by Wyndham and other Wyndham hotel brands.

The Days Inn corporate number and Wyndham headquarters number are not always the best first step for an ordinary reservation, billing, refund, deposit, room condition, rewards, or local property complaint. For most guest issues, start with the hotel where the stay occurred and then use Wyndham Customer Care if the property does not resolve the matter.

Days Inn, Wyndham, and Franchise Ownership Note

Days Inn is a hotel brand within Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Wyndham is headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey, and operates a large portfolio of hotel brands, including Days Inn, Super 8, Howard Johnson, Travelodge, Ramada, Baymont, La Quinta, Microtel, Wingate, Wyndham Garden, and other brands.

A key point for Days Inn complaints is that most hotels are not operated like one single company-owned chain. Many Days Inn hotels are franchised or managed by local ownership groups. That means a complaint about a specific room, front desk employee, deposit, refund, parking charge, breakfast, cleanliness issue, or property condition may need to be handled first by the local hotel. Wyndham corporate and customer care may still be useful for escalation, brand-standard complaints, loyalty-program issues, best-rate claims, website problems, or unresolved guest-care matters.

Choose the Correct Days Inn Support Route

Before contacting Days Inn corporate office or Wyndham headquarters, use the support path that matches your issue. This helps create a clear record if you later escalate the complaint.

  • Current stay or urgent hotel issue: Speak with the front desk or manager on duty at the Days Inn property.
  • After-stay complaint: Use Wyndham’s “About My Stay” contact route and include the hotel location, stay dates, and confirmation number.
  • Reservation help: Call Wyndham reservations at 1-800-407-9832.
  • Customer care complaint: Contact Wyndham Customer Care / Help at 1-800-466-1589 or use the official contact page.
  • Wyndham Rewards issue: Use the Wyndham Rewards help site for points, account access, membership, or reward-night questions.
  • Best-rate claim: Use Wyndham’s best-rate claim form within the required time period after booking.
  • Franchise or hotel-development inquiry: Use Wyndham’s official development and franchise information page.
  • Corporate-level concern: Escalate to Wyndham corporate headquarters only after the local hotel or customer care route has had a chance to respond.

What to Have Before Contacting Days Inn Corporate Office

If you are escalating a Days Inn complaint to Wyndham customer care or corporate headquarters, organize your information first. A clear, documented complaint is usually easier to review than a general statement that the stay was poor.

  • Hotel name, street address, city, and state
  • Reservation number or confirmation number
  • Stay dates and checkout date
  • Name of the booking site if you booked through a third party
  • Photos of room condition, damage, cleanliness concerns, receipts, or posted fees when relevant
  • Names or dates of conversations with the front desk or manager
  • Any case number from Wyndham customer care
  • A short explanation of the resolution you are requesting

Do not post private details such as full confirmation numbers, credit card numbers, Wyndham Rewards passwords, home addresses, phone numbers, or employee personal information in public comments.

How to Escalate a Days Inn Complaint

For a complaint involving a specific Days Inn hotel, start at the property level. Ask for the manager on duty, explain the issue, and request a written record or receipt adjustment when appropriate. This is especially important for room-condition complaints, noise issues, deposit disputes, pet fees, parking charges, cancellation issues, and refund questions.

If the local hotel does not resolve the issue, contact Wyndham Customer Care through the official Wyndham contact page. Choose the “About My Stay” option for a guest-stay complaint. Include the property address, stay dates, confirmation number, photos, and the response you received from the hotel.

If customer care does not resolve the issue, you may send a written escalation to Wyndham Hotels & Resorts corporate headquarters at 22 Sylvan Way, Parsippany, NJ 07054. Keep the message factual. Explain what happened, who you contacted, what was promised, what documents you have, and what resolution you are requesting.

For complaints involving deceptive charges, unsafe conditions, discrimination concerns, accessibility issues, or unresolved billing disputes, you may also consider appropriate outside routes such as your payment card issuer, the Better Business Bureau, the state attorney general, a local hotel/motel licensing authority, or the consumer protection agency in the state where the hotel is located.

Common Reasons Customers Contact Days Inn Headquarters

Customers may search for the Days Inn corporate office, Days Inn headquarters, Days Inn head office, or Days Inn corporate phone number for issues such as:

  • Room cleanliness or property-condition complaints
  • Refund, deposit, cancellation, or billing disputes
  • Unexpected fees, parking charges, pet fees, or security deposits
  • Reservation problems or missing confirmations
  • Problems involving third-party booking sites
  • Local hotel service complaints
  • Wyndham Rewards points or account issues
  • Accessibility concerns
  • Best-rate claim questions
  • Franchise or brand-standard complaints

Scam and Fake Support Number Warning

Hotel customers should be careful when searching online for Days Inn customer service phone numbers, hotel refund help, or Wyndham support numbers. Scammers sometimes create fake customer-service listings, sponsored ads, or unofficial call centers that pretend to represent hotel brands. Because hotel reservations can involve payment cards, travel dates, addresses, loyalty accounts, and identification, use only official Wyndham Hotels pages, the local hotel phone number listed on WyndhamHotels.com, or the number printed on your reservation confirmation.

Never give a password, verification code, full payment card number, or remote access to your device to someone who contacts you unexpectedly or claims to be “hotel support” through an unofficial channel.

Days Inn Anaheim CA Disappointing Experience

May 23, 2025

Days Inn, Not very clean. We stayed at the Days Inn Near the Park (Disneyland) the night of 5/22/25 in Anaheim, CA. First we found a greeting gift, a cockaroach. The walking around the room that night I found that the bottom of my feet were black and filthy from the floor in the room. When we first checked in, they gave us room 106, and after several tries to unlock the door(lock wasn’t working) they put us in room 105. We had requested a room with 2 queen beds. Room 105 had 1 queen and a full and they said that was all they had. All I can say is that our stay was not pleasant. Your site is not letting me select to share files, of which I do have.

There were, what appeared to be, pubic hair in the shower. The vanity sink was plugged. the exhaust fan in the bathroom was filthy and didn’t work. The A/C was not working properly. The comforter on the one bed had cigarette burns on it. The carpet had three big rips in it. The light beside the bed did not work. And there was no phone in the room.

Days Inn Port Charlotte FL Deposit Issue

January 4, 2025

Days Inn, Room was nice, but, the pricing out of line. We stayed at the Days Inn in Port Charlotte, FL. The room was clean and nice. However, paying for the room was way out of line. First there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. I had to use a kiosk! Then in addition to the price of the room, they required a $100 security deposit!! When I questioned it the person on the kiosk said it was for any damage I might do to the room. That it could be several days before the deposit was returned to me if there was no damage. I tried to explain that we are two old ladies, 72 and 86 years young, and just want a place to sleep! I had to end up paying the deposit with great disgust! I can see this during Spring Break in high season, but for two old ladies???? I will definitely not be staying at Days Inn again with that policy!
