Red Roof Inn Corporate Office and Headquarters Contact Information

For a current stay, reservation, refund, room complaint, deposit dispute, RediRewards issue, or property-specific concern, Red Roof Guest Relations or the local hotel property is usually the better first route.

Red Roof Headquarters and Brand Information

Red Roof is headquartered at 7815 Walton Parkway in New Albany, Ohio. The company operates and franchises lodging brands that include Red Roof Inn, Red Roof PLUS+, HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof, and related Red Roof hotel concepts.

This corporate structure matters because many Red Roof hotels are operated at the local property level. A complaint about room condition, refund refusal, deposit handling, parking, shuttle information, front-desk service, or local safety concerns should usually begin with the hotel property. If the hotel does not resolve the issue, guests can escalate to Red Roof Guest Relations and then reference the corporate office if necessary.

Choose the Correct Red Roof Support Route

  • Reservation changes or booking questions: Call Red Roof Reservations at 1-800-733-7663 or use the official website.
  • Guest complaint after a stay: Contact Red Roof Guest Relations at 1-800-554-4555 or email gu*****@*****of.com.
  • Local hotel issue during a stay: Ask for the hotel manager or general manager while you are still at the property, if possible.
  • Third-party booking issue: Contact the booking site as well as the Red Roof property, because refund and cancellation rules may depend on where the reservation was made.
  • RediRewards issue: Call 1-800-333-0991, option 2, or use Red Roof’s loyalty support resources.
  • Group travel: Use Red Roof Group Reservations at 1-800-874-9000.

What to Have Before Contacting Red Roof Corporate Office

  • Hotel name, city, state, and full property address
  • Reservation confirmation number
  • Check-in and check-out dates
  • Receipt, folio, deposit charge, or card charge details
  • Photos of room condition, damage, cleanliness, safety, or maintenance issues
  • Names of hotel employees or managers contacted, if available
  • Third-party booking record if you used Priceline, Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, or another travel site
  • A short explanation of the resolution you are requesting

How to Escalate a Red Roof Inn Complaint

Start with the local Red Roof hotel. Ask for the general manager and explain the issue clearly. If the complaint involves a refund, deposit, room condition, parking, shuttle promise, reservation mismatch, safety concern, or unclean room, try to document the problem before checkout with photos, receipts, and written notes.

If the hotel does not resolve the issue, contact Red Roof Guest Relations. Include your reservation number, property address, stay dates, photos, receipt, and the name of the manager or staff member you contacted. If your complaint involves a third-party booking site, also contact that site because it may control part of the refund, cancellation, or room-type dispute.

If the issue remains unresolved after Guest Relations, you can reference the Red Roof corporate office in New Albany, Ohio. Keep the escalation short, factual, and specific. State what happened, what the property said, what Guest Relations said, and what resolution you are requesting.

Common Reasons Customers Contact Red Roof Corporate Office

  • Looking for the Red Roof Inn corporate number or corporate office phone number
  • Refund disputes after a cancelled or unsatisfactory stay
  • Security deposit or card charge complaints
  • Room cleanliness, maintenance, odor, pest, or safety complaints
  • Reservation problems, incorrect room type, or missing amenities

Refunds, Deposits, and Third-Party Booking Guidance

Many Red Roof complaints involve refunds, deposits, room-type disputes, or reservations made through third-party travel sites. If you booked directly with Red Roof, use Red Roof Reservations, Guest Relations, and the local hotel property. If you booked through a third-party site, the booking platform may need to approve or process some refund requests.

For deposit disputes, keep your check-in receipt, checkout receipt, bank or card statement, and any written explanation from the hotel. If a property claims damage, smoking, no-show, late cancellation, or policy violation, ask for documentation. If the charge still appears incorrect after contacting the hotel and Guest Relations, contact your card issuer with your records.

Hotel Safety and Property Complaint Guidance

If a room appears unsafe, unsanitary, damaged, or different from what was promised, report it to the front desk immediately and request a different room or written documentation. Take photos before using the room when the complaint involves cleanliness, damage, pests, broken locks, missing lights, or unsafe conditions.

For urgent safety concerns, call local emergency services or leave the property if necessary. Corporate complaint routes are useful for documentation and follow-up, but they are not a substitute for immediate safety action.

Scam and Fake Support Number Warning

When searching for Red Roof Inn support, avoid unofficial phone numbers from search ads, forum comments, or third-party complaint pages unless you can verify the number through Red Roof’s official website or your reservation confirmation. Do not provide passwords, verification codes, full card numbers, or personal information to someone who calls unexpectedly claiming to represent Red Roof.

Red Roof Inn Disappointing Experience

May 14, 2025

Red Roof Inn, My husband and I were going on vacation on May 3 -9th so I looked up hotels and Red Roof Inn seemed like a good choice, so I called and asked a couple of questions as we needed to park our car and get shuttle to airport. When I asked the person on the phone if they had shuttle. They said yes, then I asked about the security there for our cars being left there while on vacation and they said they had security in & out and that our car would be safe. Ok sounded great!! We got to the hotel on May 3 around 2 ish. We went in and two men were up front. They asked for my DL & Credit Card. I sa so, what time will the shuttle come pick us up to get to the airport on time. They looked at me strangely and said we have no shuttle for that!!!!! I was taken aback since I took extra care as to call and make the reservation asking all the questions I needed and I could not believe that this was not at all the correct info I was given by the rep on the phone. At this point, they were adamant that there could be no refund as it had to be done by 5/1!! I had to call and do my best to find a hotel with shuttle and thank goodness we got one. This being said. I started calling the number on my reservation and every person on spoke to just said, “You Get No Refund!!! ” The people I contacted were not understanding kind people but very blunt and all they would say, when I asked to speak to a manager, they would say this is the number!!! This was totally a very cold and strange situation from the people I dealt with to the whole situation!! Not good way to run a business, especially not in my great Sate of Texas!!

Red Roof Inn Pigeon Forge TN Disappointing Experience

March 29, 2025

Red Roof Inn, Stayed in Pigeon Forge, TN. Stayed at the Red Roof Inn on Parkway. It was my birthday too! Reserved a Spa Bath Room in advance. Had pictures of the room I reserved on my phone from Priceline with a comfirmation number and description of the room. They also charge a $100 deposit on your card. (not a hold). When we get our room it is not the one we reserved. It did not have a tub at all. Only a shower. When we talked to the manager, he states that he’s not giving me a refund or the room shown reserved because for the price I paid for the room, Priceline must have made a mistake. Told me to get a refund from them. We had to stay. Room smelled awful and was very nasty! When I realized my deposit had not been credited back to my card after two weeks I called them. They told me they kept our deposit for smoking in the room. We Never smoked or did anything in that room except tried to sleep. After checking around I descovered that this is a practice that they seem to do to many people. They figure by the time you realize you have no way to defend yourself from alligations, there is nothing you can do except get taken of more money! We had requested they check our room before we left but was told the inspector was not there right now and he inspects later in the day. This is terrible!! When you try to let corporate know what is happening to help protect their brand from being tarnished, they direct you back to the people who are ripping you off! I will Never Stay At A Red Roof Inn Again! Unless They Resolve My Issues With This Location!! They ruined my birthday weekend with my wife!! Please read reviews before staying at any of the Red Roof Inn Locations. I have learned a lesson.

Red Roof Inn Disappointing Experience

January 28, 2025

Red Roof Inn, Rating could not be any lower. This Inn is very bad from the brand. After a horrifying driving experience on I 75 and we saw the Red Roof Inn sign in the distance and worked our way to the Inn. It was very hard to see that the Inn did look somewhat dirty and unkept, but we were exhausted and needed to rest. There were no cars in the parking lot, just a few people and a pit bull dog loitering around some of the rooms at the end of the units. No lights in any of the rooms. I parked my car and noted that the lobby was locked — some hand written signs directing customers to use the ‘after hours window’. The area was filthy and after a few minutes a woman came to the window and asked what I wanted. I asked if the motel was open (I was unsure because of the general condition and the fact there were no cars and no lights in any of ten rooms). She was very hard to understand, partly because of her dialect and my hearing I suppose, but she did indicate my inquiry by saying “ID and Credit Card” and slid the security drawer out. I asked if I should put my card and ID in the drawer. She sort of said something, but not at all clear — I assumed that was what I was suppose to do; therefore I did so and she retracted my Driver’s license and credit card and disappeared. After a short while 5 to 10 minutes she reemerged. While I was waiting I was looking around the small space and noticed the empty and rusted out vending machines, but also a shiny new ATM machine with two young kids loitering over the machine – not really using it just hanging around it. There were hand made signs stating ‘No Refunds’ plaster around as well as ‘Check Out Information. The ‘receptionist’ finally returned without any receipt but the key mare with a room number. I picked it out of then drawer and she did indicate the room was in a direction. After leaving the space I walked down to the room, opened the door and left it open because the only light initially was coming from the outside. It was quite cold outside and inside as well. I used my cell phone’s light to find my way in the room, looking form another light switch and noticed the bulb was out. While inside and trying to find the heater I noticed that the machine was missing knobs and looked like other parts and very rusty. When I made my way to the bathroom I found it’s condition fairly worn and dirty. I decided to ask for another room — so I when back to the “security window” and waited to try and communicate with the receptionist. Again, very hard to understand, but she argued with me about the light, the heater, and the general condition of the room. (I also noted that the door jam to the rooms looked as if they had been pryed open on morthan one occasion) — well the woman did finally traded my key — I walked back to check out the room – when I tried the key it did not work I tried seveal times and no luck. There was someone inside the room with a dog. Probably one of the people hanging out. My wife was waiting in the car and when I returned she demanded we leave. She was sure there was several other people starting to hang out that may have been engaged in perhaps nefarious activities. I left and found another motel. I did not go back to deal with the receptionist any more because there were more of these people just milling around. This seemed very unsafe. When I did have the time

to gather my thoughts I decided to call Red Roof Inn and register a complaint — I got reservations – so I inquired and there was an indication that the motel was ‘booked’. So strange since I was just there and there was me and by the time I left another older fellow that seemed to know some of the ‘kids’. He didn’t seem to have a car, but he did have a room card. My room was around $86 and change. At a minimum I should have a refund and for Red Roof Inn sake the franchise needs close this Inn. There is nothing wrong with the older designs — I have stayed in Red Roof Inn hundreds of times and most are very good value – no frills, but clean and well run. This was really bad and needs to have someone check it out.
