UNFORGIVABLE! I will NEVER do business with your company again nor priceline and plan to make my experience known to as many people as I can! I had a flight cancelled today and had no option to get to my destination. I tried to cancel my car rental and was told there is no refund. You are thieves and that is 100% unacceptable . My confirmation number is 618527517. It no fault of mine this trip had to be cancelled and it is horribly unprofessional that you would not honor a refund. Pleas look my reservation up and call me. I want to speak to a supervisor.

I am trying to reach corporate for booking.com USA. I have a complaint that needs addressing. We booked a last minute trip with booking.com on Sunday August 9th for same day arrival. We drove from Nc to folly beach, SC a 4 hr drive. We had Our 3 grands ages 3,11,13. 30 min before arrival I contacted the number that booking.com listed on my confirmation To find out how to get a key. Boy was I surprised when that turned into a nu,bet of calls to vacassa which lasted over 2 hours. When we arrived the gates were down and we couldn’t get in so we found a parking lot and remained on the phone trying to get it sorted out. Well that never happened. I had hungry and tired children and husband and no room for our stay. Furthermore there were no vacancies anywhere. No way to contact booking.com either. So I searched until I found something 38 min away. We ended up in a place I did not like no where near the beach. We had to drive to the beach and get back into my car with sandy kids. If it weren’t for the kids I would’ve come back home. I can’t tell you how upset I am and how disappointed I am in booking.com. I searched until I found a customer service email and send them an email on wed. And today Friday the 14th they replied that if I incurred any additional costs I should send them my bank statement, cardholders name and last 4 digits of the card along with receipts. Who would do that? I am not sending that info to an email sent by customer service. They do state they were sorry to hear that the Charleston oceanfront villas weren’t able to honor my reservation. They also said they wanted to make sure I was able to find alternative accommodations. A little late don’t you think???? I’m sorry but this is ridiculous! I will never trust you to handle our bookings again. It was a nightmare and I’m very disappointed in the company I’ve trusted so many times

I would like to complain against one of your customer support agents named Mohammad who was not helpful at all and didnt want to hand me over to a supervisor and hang up on me. He did not help me with my concern and kept on referring me to other departments saying that he cant do anything. Why hire new agents who dont know what they are doing?

A single mother of two and I booked a hotel using booking.com and when it sent me the conformation of the room I realized it was wrong location and so I followed the steps to cancel it. It said canceled and so I booked the right hotel. I tried to call the one I canceled to make sure they knew it was canceled but kept getting an answering machine that said voice mailbox was full. Never got to talk to anyone there and a day later I was charged for the one I canceled. I contacted booking.com about it and all they did was say we will try to contact the manager to get him to refund your money. They never did anything and they never read my emails to them because I just kept getting emails from them saying manager refused or policy was to charge for cancelations. Always something that had nothing to do with what I said in my emails. Then they sent me emails asking if I was satisfied with service. Don't use them because they falsely advertise and they never do anything for the customer. All they want is your money

I am deeply disappointed and suspected that someone at the booking.com website SOLD my e-mail to outsiders. For within three days of making a hotel reservation, I received this scam & soliciting e-mail for an automatic renewal from one fake iTunesR e-mail–"phishing" as well as hoping to get me to click on the website for some immediate refund.
It is a sad situation:-when lots of people do business on the intenet and through websites, con-artists and scams also try their luck and try to steal here at the intenet. [I seldom use or give out my e-mail at all to anyone these past eight years]
Since then, I have cancelled a booking with the said website and forwarded the scam e-mail to a close friend of 30 years–who works for the bureau of investigation for the government.
For the said website, which may or may not have sold customers' e-mails, [but this year 2017, I have not provided my e-mail to anyone else];—however, as a precaution, there will be no more business from me. Anonymous.

I booked a reservation threw yal an then I canceled it 2 or 3 days after I booked an I was told by booking an the hotel I wouldn't be charged any kind of fee that it was free cancellation an now I'm being charged 463 dollars for something I canceled an they told me there way nothing they could do but I have emails showing u canceled the booking
