  1. We have ordered your generator in Sept 2019 and the generator has not worked properly since. We had the Case Electric come in and replace motor but that didn’t help. Our client is a special needs client and depends on this generator working properly. I called your office and was told that you will only deal with Case Electric, who said that you do not communicate with them either. We are asking for a replacement of this generator; Serial#1024953228. Model#040574-GEN2000, HGS, ALUM B&S. installed at 1006 Chatswood Ct, Fairfield, CA Further action will be taken if we do not hear from you.

  2. 11/07/2019 we ordered a Briggs 1022E Snow thrower, and the auger would not engage.
I then opened the housing and found I needed to release a clamp or fastener to allow
the auger to turn. I was upset, but decided to use the snow thrower anyway. I only
used it several times, but noticed like today 12-01-20 that it was extremely hard to
push up my driveway which is a very slight incline. What am I doing wrong or is this
    a design flaw.

  3. How can you justify giving 5million in bonus to executives who are wrecking a great company. As a share holder please advise about this stupid dumb mistake. How do you justiy rewarding people who are failing? I Darrell Saunders 614-214-6299
