Because the names are similar and the companies share historical family connections, customers should confirm which business operates the store involved before contacting corporate support.

For most Brookshire Brothers complaints, follow these steps:

  1. Begin with the store: Speak with the customer service desk, department manager, assistant manager or store director.
  2. Gather supporting information: Keep the receipt, store number, visit date, product packaging, coupon screenshots and relevant photographs.
  3. Contact Customer Experience: Email cu****************@************os.com or use the official Customer Support form.
  4. Request documentation: Ask for confirmation that the complaint was received and forwarded to the appropriate manager.

  6. Write to headquarters: Send a concise written complaint to Brookshire Brothers, Inc., 1201 Ellen Trout Drive, Lufkin, TX 75904.

Common Brookshire Brothers Complaints and Support Requests

Deli and Prepared-Food Quality

Deli complaints may involve fried chicken, prepared meals, freshness, portion size, cooking quality or inconsistent products. Contact the deli manager as soon as possible and keep the receipt, packaging and photographs when appropriate.

Product availability and preparation can differ by location. Providing the store, purchase date and exact item helps the company investigate.

Meat, Seafood and Product Freshness

For concerns involving discolored, spoiled, damaged or poor-quality meat, seafood or produce, do not consume the product. Preserve the receipt, packaging, UPC, sell-by date and photographs.

Notify the department manager or store director promptly. Ask whether the store can provide a refund, replacement or product-quality review.

Food-safety warning: Do not consume food that appears spoiled, contaminated, improperly stored or incorrectly labeled. Contact the store promptly and consider notifying the local health department when appropriate. Seek medical care for concerning symptoms or a serious allergic reaction.

Prices, Digital Coupons and Celebrate Rewards

Pricing complaints may involve weekly advertisements, shelf tags, digital coupons, rewards accounts or discounts that fail at checkout. Save screenshots of digital offers before they expire and keep the receipt.

If you are still in the store, ask the customer service desk to review the transaction. For unresolved rewards issues, call 1-866-252-7592.

Store Cleanliness and Maintenance

Store-condition complaints can involve floors, carts, restrooms, food containers, displays or parking-lot maintenance. Notify the store director and include the location, date, time and photographs when appropriate.

Product Selection and Availability

Individual Brookshire Brothers stores adapt their inventories to local demand. If you want a particular organic, specialty or regional product, provide the store manager with the full product name, size and manufacturer.

A product request does not guarantee that the store can carry the item, but specific details make the request easier to evaluate.

Employee or Manager Complaints

For an employee-conduct concern, record the store location, department, date, approximate time and a factual description of the interaction. Ask the store director to investigate.

Avoid posting employees’ full names or private information publicly. Provide identifying details directly to Brookshire Brothers.

Pharmacy Complaints

Pharmacy concerns should begin with the pharmacist-in-charge at the location that handled the prescription. Keep the pharmacy location, prescription details, insurance records and relevant communications private.

For urgent medication or treatment questions, contact an appropriate pharmacist or healthcare professional rather than waiting for a corporate response.

Brookshire Brothers Reviews and Feedback

Current reader-submitted feedback on CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com includes a complaint about declining fried-chicken quality at a Smithville store and a Cameron review concerning prices, product selection, meat quality, cleanliness, employee service and parking-lot conditions.

These reviews represent individual customer experiences. Inventory, prices, food quality, staffing, departments, management and store conditions can vary by location.

Brookshire Brothers Customer Service Issue

March 9, 2025

Brookshire Brothers, Deli Food. I’m a long resident of Smithville, Tx. I saw the construction and remodeling of the store here. The fried chicken at this store used to surpass even the fast food chains out there but over the last 10 months or so, the quality has made a tremendous downturn. Either the Brookshire Brothers “buyer” is purchasing old tough roosters or birds the size of pigeons. It is Not the same delicious product I used to enjoy eating.

Brookshire Brothers Cameron TX Disappointing

February 13, 2025

Brookshire Brothers, Why no option for “0 Star”? Cameron Brookshire Brothers is so bad, I’ll drive 65, even 86 miles round trip to avoid shopping there. Even though I’m on a small fixed income. Here’s just some of the reasons why: No organics, High prices, Apathetic and Incompetent staff (okay, not All of them), obviously including management, Old, low USDA grade meat (some turning grey and brown from oxidation), Filth (as in “sticky” containers, staff showed no concern when brought to their attention), Rough parking lot (entrance requires slowing Way down in front of traffic on highway to prevent car damage). Staff informed me that organic foods just don’t sell. If there isn’t any on the shelves, that could be why. With nano-tech and mrna now creeping into the food chain, more people are waking up every day. As if MSG, high fructose corn syrup, GMOs and pesticide content wasn’t bad enough! Anyway, I love good Texas companies, but I’ve had enough of Brookshire Bros.! At least I am taking the time to tell you why. Many folks who feel likewise don’t bother. The only other food store in town is Arlan’s and they’re even Worse! So at least you have that.
