Buc-ee's Frustrating Pre-Pay Hold

Buc-ee’s, Money hold too long. I Pre-paid for gas and only used $60 out of a hundred. Went back in and was told by the cashier the money would be returned within ten minutes. It’s 6 days now and I can’t contact anyone about this. When I try to send a email it’s rejected. This hold on a pre-pay, not pay at the pump is unacceptable!!!!! Then this overpriced store won’t allow you to speak to customer service for any reason.! Be cautious using a card and make sure you’re not overcharged before leaving because you will Not be able to resolve it.

Buc-ee's Melissa TX Disappointing Quality Issues

Buc-ee’s, Very disappointed. I am so disappointed with my visit to the Buc-ce’s in Melissa, Texas on Sunday April 27, 2025 at 10:22am. I always purchase the pecan pralines and I bought the box with four pralines. They tasted horrible, they tasted old. There went $8.99 in the trash. I also purchased your famous Buc-ee’s Beaver Nuggets and they tasted very different from the previous times we have purchased them. If the recipe has changed I am not a fan. On previous visits I have purchased the Cattleman’s Cut Beef Jerky which has always been good. The last time I was there, I could not find it and this visit I could not find it. We tried the teriyaki Buc-ee’s brand and it had good flavor but was too tough to eat. There went $15.98 in the trash. I do have to say that the Dark Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt Fudge was delicious and the Buc-ee’s Praline Pecans were also yummy.

I am just so disappointed with the other items I purchased.

Buc-ee's Request: Eating Area

Buc-ee’s needs to have a sitting area inside their stores so you can sit down and eat! And a outdoor picnic area. Why? Let me Explain! I have a New Truck and one of the Rules is (No Eating in the Truck) if you have drinks they must have a lid on them! I vacuum and (Hand Wash) my truck weekly! (I don’t use High pressure hose that may peel the paint off the truck nor do I use a car wash that has those brushes that will scratch the truck) We stopped at Buc-ee’s off 65 in Alabama, but didn’t buy any food because we couldn’t eat it in the Truck!

Buc-ee’s has plenty of room to have a sitting area inside and outside for eating!

Buc-ee's Disappointing Brisket Sandwich Issue

Buc-ee’s, BBQ sandwich with no sauce! I was told today that I could not order s dry brisket sandwich anymore. I can only get a 1 pound sliced brisket with NO bun. The supervisor said there was no deviation from this. Absolutely absurd!!!! I am an Aggie and long time Buc-ee’s patron. Terrible corporate decision that should be addressed.
