Terrible’s Corporate Office Headquarters: Address, Phone Number, Customer Service and Complaints

🗨  Comments

Terrible’s corporate office headquarters is located at 5195 Las Vegas Boulevard South in Las Vegas, Nevada. The widely published corporate-office telephone number is 702-597-6222. Terrible’s currently directs most customer concerns through department-specific online forms covering convenience stores, fuel, car washes, the Terrible’s+ Rewards app, gaming, media, donations and general inquiries.

Terrible’s is the consumer brand operated by Terrible Herbst, Inc., a privately held family business with convenience stores, gasoline and diesel sales, car washes, gaming locations and taverns. The corporate office, individual stores, car-wash attendants, rewards-support team, gaming operations, tavern managers and fuel-brand partners have different responsibilities. This page explains which contact route to use and how to escalate an unresolved Terrible’s complaint.

Terrible’s Corporate Office Contact Information

Terrible’s does not prominently publish one customer-service telephone number or one support schedule covering every part of the business. The company currently asks customers to select the appropriate department through its online Contact page.

The 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. weekday schedule appears in Terrible’s general contest rules as the time when contest materials may be reviewed at the corporate office. It should not be treated as a guarantee that every department answers calls or accepts walk-in visitors during those hours.

Where Is Terrible’s Headquarters?

Terrible Herbst, Inc. identifies its corporate headquarters as:

Terrible Herbst, Inc.
5195 Las Vegas Boulevard South
Las Vegas, NV 89119
United States

The office is located on Las Vegas Boulevard near the Allegiant Stadium area. It supports corporate administration, operations, accounting, marketing, rewards, gaming, car-wash management, human resources, real estate, partnerships and other company-wide functions.

The headquarters is not an ordinary convenience store, fuel station, public rewards desk or car-wash service centre. Customers should not visit the office to request a fuel refund, cancel a car-wash plan, redeem app points, collect a prize, make a gaming claim or apply for a store job unless Terrible’s provides specific instructions.

What Is the Terrible’s Corporate Phone Number?

The widely published Terrible’s corporate-office number is 702-597-6222.

This number is associated with Terrible’s corporate location and related Herbst business operations. Terrible’s current consumer website does not prominently advertise it as a universal Customer Care number.

The most reliable current customer route is the official Contact page, where customers can choose:

  • Customer Feedback
  • Car Wash
  • Terrible’s Mobile App
  • Gaming
  • Press and Media
  • Donations and Partnerships
  • General Inquiries
  • Careers

Choose the Correct Terrible’s Contact Route

  • Missing fuel receipt: Contact the location where the purchase occurred.

  • Unlimited wash-plan billing: Use the Car Wash contact form or the official plan-management link.
  • Terrible’s+ Rewards problem: Submit in-app feedback or email pr********@*******es.com.

What to Have Before Contacting Terrible’s

  • The store, car wash, casino or tavern location
  • The street address or nearby cross streets
  • The date and approximate time
  • The pump, register, wash lane or gaming location involved
  • The receipt or transaction number
  • The amount charged
  • The fuel grade and number of gallons
  • The final four digits of the payment card, shared privately
  • The Terrible’s+ account email or telephone number
  • The reward, coupon or promotion involved
  • The car-wash plan or FastPass information
  • The names or descriptions of employees already contacted
  • Photographs when relevant
  • A clear explanation of the requested resolution

Do not publish full payment-card numbers, rewards passwords, app verification codes, driver’s-licence information, vehicle licence plates, gaming-account details, home addresses, personal telephone numbers or unredacted receipts in a public review.

How to Escalate a Terrible’s Complaint

Begin with the location where the transaction or incident occurred. Ask for the manager on duty and explain the problem while receipts, video, pump records, wash records or employee schedules may still be available.

A useful complaint should include:

  1. The exact location
  2. The date and approximate time
  3. The type of transaction or service
  4. What occurred
  5. Who was contacted
  6. The response received
  7. The requested resolution

If the local manager cannot resolve the matter, submit the Customer Feedback form and choose the option indicating that help and a response are requested.

Keep screenshots, receipts, photographs, bank records, car-wash billing statements, app activity and earlier communications. Ask for a case or reference number when one is available.

Written corporate correspondence may be sent to:

Terrible Herbst, Inc.
5195 Las Vegas Boulevard South
Las Vegas, NV 89119

Sending a letter to headquarters does not replace a card-dispute deadline, car-wash cancellation requirement, sweepstakes claim deadline, gaming procedure, police report or insurance claim.

Terrible’s Store Complaints

Convenience-store complaints may involve:

  • Employee conduct
  • Store cleanliness
  • Restroom conditions
  • Pricing or promotional signs
  • Food or beverage quality
  • Age-restricted sales
  • Lottery transactions
  • Product availability
  • Rewards redemption
  • Long lines or closed registers
  • Operating hours
  • Accessibility

Ask for the manager on duty. Provide the store location, transaction time and receipt. If the issue remains unresolved, use the official Customer Feedback form.

Fuel-Price and Pump Complaints

Fuel complaints may involve:

  • A posted price that differs from the pump price
  • A cash, debit, credit or rewards price difference
  • The wrong fuel grade being selected
  • A pump that stopped early
  • A receipt printer that failed
  • A pump screen or card reader that did not work
  • A fuel discount that did not apply
  • A temporary card authorization

Record the store address, pump number, fuel grade, gallons, price per gallon and total charge. Photograph the pump display or price sign when safe to do so.

A temporary payment-card authorization may differ from the final fuel purchase. The card issuer controls when a pending authorization is released. Contact the store when the completed charge is incorrect and the bank when the question concerns a pending hold.

Fuel-Quality or Vehicle-Damage Complaints

Stop driving when a vehicle appears unsafe after refuelling. Contact roadside assistance or a qualified repair facility when necessary.

Preserve:

  • The fuel receipt
  • The store and pump number
  • The date and time
  • The fuel grade
  • The repair diagnosis
  • Photographs and warning-light information
  • Towing and repair invoices

Report the concern promptly to the store manager and through Terrible’s Customer Feedback form. Avoid disposing of replaced parts or authorizing unnecessary repairs before documenting the alleged cause when an insurance or damage claim may be filed.

A mechanical problem occurring after a fuel purchase does not by itself establish that the fuel caused the damage. A qualified inspection may be necessary.

Fuel Discounts and Chevron Texaco Rewards

Terrible’s locations may sell Chevron- or Texaco-branded fuel and may participate in separate fuel-rewards promotions.

Terrible’s current Rewards FAQs state that Terrible’s+ Rewards and Chevron Texaco Rewards cannot presently be stacked in the same transaction.

Before fuelling, check:

  • Which rewards program was selected
  • Whether an offer was activated
  • The required payment method
  • The gallon limit
  • The expiration date
  • Whether the location participates

Save the receipt and take a screenshot of the activated offer when a discount does not apply.

Terrible’s+ Rewards Program

Terrible’s+ Rewards is a free app-based loyalty program available to eligible U.S. residents.

Members can use a QR code or ten-digit alternate ID at the register or fuel pump to:

  • Earn rewards points
  • Redeem eligible rewards
  • Receive promotional offers
  • Play qualifying in-app games
  • Participate in Terrible’s Tuesday
  • Use fuel and store rewards

The program is intended for individuals age 13 or older. Members between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian permission under the current terms.

How Terrible’s Rewards Points Are Earned

Current program terms state that members earn:

  • 2.5 points: For each qualifying dollar spent on merchandise
  • 5 points: For each qualifying gallon of fuel purchased

The member must scan the app QR code or enter the telephone number connected to the account during the transaction.

Points may require more than 24 hours to appear.

Purchases Excluded From Terrible’s Rewards

Current terms exclude points on purchases such as:

  • Alcohol
  • Tobacco
  • Lottery tickets
  • Financial services
  • Prepaid cards
  • Money orders
  • Gift cards
  • Telephone cards

Additional exclusions and promotional limits may apply. Terrible’s can change qualifying products and reward values under the current program terms.

Terrible’s Rewards Expiration

Current terms state that points expire 12 months after they are earned.

Converted or promotional rewards may have much shorter redemption periods. The current program terms state that many rewards expire ten days after conversion or issuance.

Members should review the expiration date shown in the app rather than assuming all points, prizes and product offers follow the same deadline.

Missing Terrible’s Rewards Points

Before submitting a complaint:

  1. Confirm that the correct email address or telephone number is connected to the account.
  2. Confirm that the QR code or alternate ID was entered during the transaction.
  3. Keep the receipt.
  4. Allow at least 24 hours for processing.
  5. Check whether the purchase was excluded.
  6. Check the app Activity section.

Use the app’s Menu and Feedback section to report a Terrible’s+ issue. Include the location, date, transaction amount and receipt information.

Legacy Social House Accounts

Customers who previously used the Terrible’s Social House app should register for Terrible’s+ using the same email address or telephone number.

Terrible’s states that qualifying store points can transfer when the same account information is used. Legacy Social Casino badges and Lucky Bucks may remain associated with the older Social House system.

Contact app support when the accounts do not connect correctly.

Terrible’s Tuesday

Terrible’s Tuesday is an app promotion offering eligible members one participating product on Tuesdays.

Current FAQs state:

  • No purchase is necessary for the weekly product.
  • One qualifying item can be redeemed per member each Tuesday.
  • The app QR code or alternate ID must be presented.
  • Participating products and availability can change.
  • Substitutions may be limited to products within the same eligible brand family.

Availability varies by store. Check the app for the current Tuesday offer before travelling.

Shop, Spin & Win

Shop, Spin & Win is a promotional game connected to qualifying Terrible’s transactions.

Current promotional information states that a qualifying purchase of $25 or more in-store or at the pump can generate a wheel spin when the member identifies the Rewards account during checkout. Lottery and gift-card purchases are excluded.

Wheel spins currently expire after ten days. Product prizes are subject to availability and generally have no cash value.

Contact in-app support when a qualifying spin or prize does not appear.

Terrible’s App Problems

App complaints may involve:

  • Login failures
  • A missing QR code
  • Points not appearing
  • An old account that did not transfer
  • A reward disappearing
  • A promotion not activating
  • An incorrect telephone number or email
  • A security concern

Use the official Terrible’s App contact form or the in-app Feedback option.

Do not provide a password or verification code to someone who contacts you unexpectedly.

Terrible’s Car Wash

Terrible’s advertises more than 85 car-wash locations offering combinations of exterior tunnels, attended washes, full-service washes and free vacuums at participating sites.

Services and prices vary by location. Use the official Car Wash locator before travelling.

Unlimited Car Wash Plans

Terrible’s currently offers automatically renewing monthly exterior-wash plans beginning at approximately $22 per month.

Current advertised options include:

  • Standard Exterior Plan: Starting at $22 per month
  • Ultimate Exterior Plan: Starting at $35 per month

Prices, included services, eligible locations and promotional offers may change.

The plans are billed automatically to the payment card on file. Review the complete terms during enrolment.

Terrible’s Car Wash FastPass

Monthly-plan customers use a FastPass barcode or RFID tag at participating locations.

Terrible’s instructs customers to register and obtain an RFID tag from an attendant at a participating attended exterior or full-service location.

Contact Car Wash support when:

  • The RFID tag does not scan.
  • The wrong vehicle is connected to the account.
  • A new licence plate or windshield requires an update.
  • The plan is not recognized.
  • A wash was charged separately despite an active plan.

How to Cancel a Terrible’s Car Wash Plan

Use the Cancel Monthly Unlimited Plan link available through Terrible’s official Car Wash page.

Save the cancellation confirmation and verify:

  • The vehicle or FastPass cancelled
  • The effective cancellation date
  • The final billing date
  • Whether access continues through the paid period

Submitting a general complaint does not necessarily cancel automatic billing. Complete the official cancellation process and retain proof.

Car Wash Damage Complaints

Report alleged vehicle damage before leaving the location when possible.

Ask the attendant or manager to document:

  • The wash location
  • The lane
  • The date and time
  • The vehicle
  • The area of alleged damage
  • Any pre-existing condition

Take clear photographs and retain the receipt. Do not make permanent repairs before Terrible’s has had a reasonable opportunity to review the claim, except when immediate work is necessary for safety or to prevent further damage.

Car-wash equipment damage, pre-existing damage, loose accessories and manufacturer defects may require different review. The existence of damage after a wash does not by itself establish its cause.

Car Wash Quality Complaints

For concerns involving an incomplete or poor-quality wash:

  • Speak with the attendant before leaving.
  • Identify the wash package purchased.
  • Photograph the affected areas.
  • Ask whether a rewash is available.
  • Keep the receipt.

Escalate unresolved concerns through the Car Wash option on Terrible’s Contact page.

Terrible’s Gaming Complaints

Terrible’s operates gaming locations in areas including Pahrump, Searchlight, Indian Springs and Fernley, Nevada.

Gaming complaints may concern:

  • Machine operation
  • Player rewards
  • Payout questions
  • Employee conduct
  • Promotional rules
  • Age or identification requirements
  • Gaming-location cleanliness or security

Contact the gaming manager at the location first. Preserve any ticket, voucher, player-account information and promotion rules.

If the issue remains unresolved, use the Gaming contact form. Do not publish complete player-account numbers, identification or gambling records in a public review.

Terrible’s Taverns

Terrible’s promotes several tavern and restaurant concepts, including WSKY, The Ridge Bar & Grill, Rocky’s Bar + Grill, Skye Bar & Grill, Millside Tavern and The BFD Society.

Tavern complaints may involve:

  • Food or beverage quality
  • Employee conduct
  • Incorrect charges
  • Gaming
  • Age verification
  • Reservations or events
  • Accessibility
  • Security

Ask for the tavern manager and keep the receipt. Use Terrible’s General Inquiry or Gaming form when the issue is not resolved locally.

Terrible’s Promotions and Sweepstakes

Terrible’s runs store, fuel, sports and app-based promotions. Each promotion may have its own eligibility, age, geographic, purchase, entry and redemption requirements.

Before entering or complaining about a promotion, review:

  • The start and end dates
  • The eligible states
  • The minimum age
  • The qualifying purchase
  • The no-purchase entry method
  • The prize or reward deadline
  • The participating locations
  • The specific official rules

When specific promotion rules conflict with general contest rules, the specific rules control.

Terrible’s Privacy Requests

Terrible’s privacy policy covers information collected through its website and online services, including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, device information and account activity.

Users can update or delete some personal information through account settings. Additional privacy questions or requests can be submitted through Terrible’s Contact page.

Requests may concern:

  • Rewards accounts
  • Contact information
  • Marketing preferences
  • Website and app data
  • Access or correction requests
  • Deletion requests
  • Account-security concerns

Terrible’s may need to verify the requester’s identity and may retain information when required by law or legitimate business obligations.

Marketing Emails and Text Messages

Follow the unsubscribe instructions in marketing emails and the opt-out instructions in promotional text messages.

Account, transaction, security, reward-expiration and service communications may continue when necessary.

Do not respond to an unexpected message by sending a password, verification code or complete payment-card number.

Terrible’s Scams and Impersonation

Scammers may imitate Terrible’s rewards, sweepstakes, gift offers, recruiters or Customer Service.

Warning signs include:

  • A prize requiring an advance payment
  • A request to pay with gift cards or cryptocurrency
  • A request for remote access to a telephone or computer
  • A request for an app password or verification code
  • A job offer requiring payment for equipment or training
  • A website using a misspelled Terrible’s domain

Verify unexpected communications through Terribles.com or the corporate office.

Terrible’s Careers and Human Resources

Terrible’s posts employment opportunities through its official Workday careers portal.

Career categories include:

  • Convenience-store opportunities
  • Car-wash opportunities
  • Corporate opportunities
  • Gaming opportunities

The corporate number and customer contact forms should not be described as universal direct Human Resources channels.

Applicants should use the contact information connected to the job application. Current employees should use authorized internal Human Resources, payroll, benefits, leave, safety or management channels.

Do not publish Social Security numbers, employee identification numbers, payroll records, medical information, background-check records or private workplace communications in public comments.

Donations and Partnerships

Terrible’s maintains a separate contact route for donation, nonprofit, sponsorship and partnership requests.

A useful request should identify:

  • The organization
  • Its nonprofit or community status
  • The event or program
  • The community served
  • The request
  • The date needed
  • The contact person

Submission does not guarantee approval. Apply sufficiently before the event and do not deliver unsolicited materials to a store or corporate office without instructions.
