Maverik Corporate Office and Headquarters Contact Information

Maverik Headquarters Address and Base Camp

Maverik’s corporate headquarters is called Base Camp and is located at 185 South State Street, Suite 800, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. This is the address people are generally seeking when searching for Maverik corporate office, Maverik headquarters, Maverik HQ, Maverik corporate office Utah, Maverik gas station headquarters, or Maverik convenience stores headquarters.

The suite number is important because a Maverik retail location also operates at 185 South State Street. Maverik Store #539 has a separate local-store phone number, 1-801-521-4194. Use the store number for immediate questions about that particular downtown Salt Lake City location. Use the Suite 800 corporate address for Maverik headquarters correspondence.

Maverik Corporate Office vs. Customer Service

Maverik corporate headquarters handles company-wide operations, leadership, real estate, legal matters, media requests, careers, vendor relationships, corporate programs, and higher-level unresolved concerns. The headquarters phone should not be the first route for most routine customer complaints.

Maverik Customer Service is the better starting point for concerns involving a store visit, fuel purchase, receipt, payment authorization, Adventure Club account, Nitro Card, mobile app, food purchase, refund request, or employee interaction. The local store should normally be contacted first when the issue can be reviewed by its manager.

Choose the Correct Maverik Contact Route

  • Local store complaint: Contact the store involved and ask for the store manager or manager on duty.
  • Customer-service complaint: Call 1-800-789-4455 or use Maverik’s official online customer-service form.
  • Fuel-pump or receipt problem: Begin with the store and retain the receipt, pump number, transaction time, and payment details.
  • Adventure Club or mobile-app issue: Use Maverik Customer Service or the official FAQ and rewards-account routes.
  • Nitro Card concern: Contact Maverik Customer Service promptly, especially for an unauthorized, incorrect, or missing transaction.
  • Fleet Card Services: Call 1-855-829-3320 or use the fleet contact information on Maverik’s official website.

Maverik Store, Fuel, Payment, and Receipt Complaints

Store complaints may involve cleanliness, restroom conditions, food availability, posted prices, employee interactions, long waits, store hours, product quality, maintenance, or difficulty reaching a manager. Start with the location involved because its management can review store-specific records and conditions.

For a fuel or payment issue, keep the receipt and note the store address, pump number, fuel grade, amount purchased, transaction time, and payment method. A pending payment-card authorization may be different from a completed charge. Your card issuer can explain whether an amount is pending, completed, reversed, or disputed.

If you believe a completed charge is unauthorized, contact Maverik through an official channel and notify your bank or card issuer promptly. Do not rely on phone numbers received through an unsolicited text message, email, social-media account, or online advertisement.

Maverik Adventure Club and Nitro Card Complaints

Adventure Club concerns may involve missing Trail Points, unavailable offers, account login problems, incorrect phone numbers, app errors, digital rewards, fuel discounts, or difficulty applying a promotion. Keep screenshots with private information removed and note the store, date, transaction, and offer involved.

Nitro concerns may involve account enrollment, linked-bank information, fuel discounts, transaction errors, returned payments, a lost card, or suspected unauthorized use. Contact Maverik Customer Service at 1-800-789-4455 as soon as possible for account-specific assistance. Contact your financial institution as well when a bank account or payment method may be at risk.

Maverik Ownership, History, and Kum & Go

Maverik is owned by FJ Management, a privately held Utah-based holding company. Maverik began in 1928 when Reuel Call opened a two-pump gas station in Afton, Wyoming. The business expanded into a major convenience-store and fuel network serving communities across the western and midwestern United States.

Maverik acquired Kum & Go in 2023 and has been converting many former Kum & Go locations to the Maverik brand. This transition may affect store signs, loyalty programs, mobile apps, rewards, receipts, and the correct support route. Customers dealing with a converted location should confirm whether it currently operates as Maverik or Kum & Go before contacting support.

Maverik Reviews and Complaints

Maverik reviews vary by store, city, employee team, time of visit, product, fuel transaction, and support route. Positive feedback may mention convenient locations, fuel availability, fresh food, rewards, clean facilities, or helpful employees. Complaints may involve store conditions, food quality, fuel transactions, payment holds, receipts, Adventure Club rewards, Nitro accounts, refund delays, pricing, or employee interactions.

When submitting a Maverik review below, identify the store location, visit date, issue type, department contacted, response time, and whether the concern was resolved. Do not include full card numbers, bank details, passwords, account credentials, home addresses, private employee information, or unredacted receipts.

Scam and Fake Maverik Support Warning

Use Maverik.com, the official Maverik app, the phone numbers published by Maverik, or a verified store-location page when requesting assistance. Be cautious with fake rewards messages, survey prizes, refund offers, employment offers, social-media accounts, payment requests, and websites claiming that a fee is required before customer service can help.

Maverik support should not require you to disclose a password, one-time passcode, full payment-card number, bank login, or remote-access code through an unsolicited message. Contact your financial institution immediately if you believe private payment or account information has been compromised.

Maverik Caldwell ID DIsappointing Experience

April 22, 2025

Maverik, Very rude, arrogant, unprofessional, disrespectful, and condescending employee – eilef , beware at store 595 Caldwell, Id. Maverik, On 4/19 I visited your store # 595 @ 1641 to purchase fuel and wanted to use my Maverik Fuel Discount Card but was not sure of what the price was from the signage showing different prices related to cash vs. credit. So I walked into the store wanting to pay cash for cheaper cost price. The store had a few customers only at the counter. When I came to counter I looked at Eilef’s name badge and said hello Eilef – he just looked at me and said nothing. I knew right away this guy has an attitude and this was profoundly demonstrated in front of other customers showing how rude he was and I’m sure still is when I started to ask him to clarify your fuel prices for cash, credit, and Maverik Card. I have Never dealt with such an unprofessional, arrogant, insulting, and disrespectful individual in any of your stores as he suddenly cut me off from speaking by saying ,” I don’t have the patience for your questions any more!” and he just walked away from me in the presence of other customers. another employee named Dusty was at counter also and witnessed and heard all that was said and then came to help me after Eilef’s remarks. I’m normally a Costco fuel person but decided to use your store at that moment since I was close – A big humiliating mistake! sincerely.

Maverick Nitro Card Issue

February 3, 2025

Maverick Nitro Card, is a joke. I can’t make any fuel purchases with the Nitro Card. The card declines. I called card services twice. Called Maverick twice. I got a “yeah, that happens” from Maverick. What a terrible way to do business.

Maverik Utah Excellent Customer Service

October 7, 2024

Maverik, Location Supervisor Boise Cole & Ustick Rd. I want to express my compliments to the leadership and staff at this location. I have been a long-time customer and have visited many locations here and in Utah. I believe the employees at this location are the best I have ever seen. They have learned my name and always greet me by name. They are known for their smile and friendly service. I have learned that the supervisor will be moving to another location in Nampa. They will be lucky for the change.

I just wanted to let you know how I feel. Keep up the good work. P.S. Pay them well. Your long-time customer, P.S. If I am elected as a State Senator, you can count on me for appropriate support.

Maverik Customer Service Issue

October 6, 2024

Maverik, To whom it may concern, Maverick has clearly misseducated its employees on the difference between the law and company policies with regard to alcohol and tobacco sales. Many of your employees at many locations solicit that it is “the law” to scan federal identification cards. This is neither a state law nor a federal law. Yet your employees consistently insist that it is, from store to store. Furthermore, coercing customers to allow you to data mine them by scanning ID cards, is a breach of the 4th amendment of the constitution without the property authority and a warrant. Your employees have no legislative, judicial, or executive power, and therefore should not be professing the law, enforcing law, or making up what the law is, to customers from behind the counter, especially when they’re blatantly incorrect about what the laws they’ve clearly never even read, actually say. The only law on the books that you are required to enforce with regard to the customer is to verify they are of legal age to purchase controlled substances. If you think there are laws that state you must scan federal identification, then please respond with a legal citation of said law(s), else acquiesce. Verification of legal age, within the bound of the law, merely consists of collecting the date/year of birth of the customer, and verifying that the identification card is not expired in the process. Yet, your employees never even look at the information on the card. Instead they just insist that it’s “the law” to scan it and hand it back. Furthermore, age verification is only required if the customer Looks younger than 30 years old, yet they enforce your data mining policy to scan identification cards against everyone of all ages, regardless of what the law states. Understand that your store policies do Not override state or federal law, nor are you law makers yourselves. So, I highly suggest you stop acting like lawmakers, stop giving [bad] legal advice to your customers, and retrain All of your employees and management on the actual law and how it differs from your company policies.
