Cash App Disappointing Customer Service

Cash App, Poor customer support. I attempted to dispute a purchase, right away when told by my daughter the purchase was done by AI marketing and more than likely a scam. Cash App told me to file a claim if I don’t get the product. Now after waiting 2 months for a piece of luggage “ weekender “ that never arrived, CashApp denied my claim, stating the “ merchant fulfilled their obligation”. even though they didn’t. How can they side with the merchant who never sent me the item or refunded my money ? What a poor business. People beware!! Very disappointing Also Block: some of my attempts and conversations were with the online dispute and should be documented.

Cash App Frustrating Ad Issue

Cash App, Non stop ads! For some reason, I’m getting 20 to 30 scams with Cash App every single day. I don’t know if Cash App and WhatsApp are all affiliated with Zuckerberg, but there’s your sign. I don’t know what they’re doing, but I’ve got scammers and scammers and scammers, and I had to get an app to clean those scammers. I’m sick and tired of it. Do not go to get a Cash App.It’s a joke.

Cash App Payment Issue

Cash App allowed Google to take money from my account for a subscription I was planning to cancel, days before the due date. If I wanted to keep the subscription, I would have paid on the actual due date, not before. In total, seven charges were taken. I explained the situation to Cash App and provided proof, but their response was that I was “in violation.” I’ve tried to resolve this issue with them in good faith, but they refuse to take any responsibility or care about fixing the problem. What’s worse is that this happened just days after their recent lawsuit — clearly, they haven’t learned anything. I believe another lawsuit should be filed because situations like mine show ongoing issues. (For privacy, I’m not including real statements, but this is copied from my original.)

Cash App, Frustrating Account Closure. I recently created a Cash App account, and just a few days later, it was closed for no apparent reason. Customer service has been completely unhelpful, never providing a clear explanation. I submitted multiple appeals, all of which were denied. Now, I’m permanently blocked from their system and unable to create a new account. This is unacceptable. Cash App needs to stop closing accounts without giving users a proper explanation. Their customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with!

Cash App Closed My Account A Year Ago And I Have Not Heard Anything. I Was Informed It Was Because As They Say I’m In Violation Of Terms Of Service. Ive Had My Account For At Least 5Years. I Send And Recieve Funds And I Purchased A Small Amount Of Bitcoin Which Is A Service That Is Offered On The Website, So Where Is The Violation? The Imaginery Team That Is Suppose To Be Working On This Issue, They Have Never Contacted Me Not Once. I Am Very Disappointed With Cash App. I Truly Thought That The Company Was Doing Right By The Customers, But As Usual It Is All About The Money And How To Cheat And Steal From The Customers. You Don’t Deserve Any Stars
