Cash App Transaction Issue

Cash App, Issue with a transaction…Last Tuesday December 17th, I was in the process of renewing a TV Streaming Service called “Apollo Group TV.” I’ve been a subscriber with Apollo TV for 4-years this year. I went into the website to renew my subscription and learned that they now required BTC payments, something I had never done before. I had the Cash App on my cell phone but needed to validate my subscription, this process alone took 24-hours to confirm. Once confirmed I went into www.apollogrouptv.com and followed the process of paying the renew subscription using Cash App. The process of paying in Apollo Group TV was to select Cash App, copy an address indicated was to open Cash App and copy and paste an address fiven to to Cash App open the payment page and paste the copied address into Cash App. Under the old payment system with a minute I was renewed. This time I didn’t see anything confirmed, the following day I called Apollo TV and learned that they had not received the payment. I furthermore learned that the address given to me was a wrong address, I found it hard to beleive because as I explained to Apollo TV customer service I copied it from their website. The bottom line is that noe I’m going around in circles with Apollo Group TV. Now my question is where did the 175.08 BTC go to and have it reverse. This is why I am reaching out to Cash App, I need my money or BTC return to my account. Cash App is the only one who knows where it went to and have it reverse just like any other banking entity. I find it incredibly unreasonable that in this day and age of sufitication that a reversal is inpossible, and again, I ask where or who did it went to…?

Cash App Unresolved Payment Issue

Cash App, Back in July, I accidentally sent $80 to the wrong person. I immediately contacted Cash App, and the transaction was canceled. I then resent $80 to the correct recipient, who received it. However, my credit union charged me $80 twice. After contacting my bank, I was refunded months later. Now, Cash App has placed a negative $80 balance on my account, claiming they couldn’t retrieve the funds from the incorrect recipient. I find this hard to believe, as previous similar issues were resolved properly. This situation feels unfair, and I’m extremely disappointed with how Cash App handled it. These practices need to change to protect users from such mistakes.

Cash App, In my review Cash App owes me $75.00 for two transaction. I asked them for the refund. But the lady who I sent by mistake would not refund my money back. I figure it’s Cash Apps responsibility to do so.

Cash App Frustrating Experience

Cash App, I had an issue where I paid for a car rental using Cash App, but the rental company wouldn’t provide the car. When I contacted Cash App, I was told I would receive a refund in 7–10 business days. It has now been over two weeks, and I still haven’t heard anything. Despite multiple calls and emails, they are now saying it could take up to 45 days. It’s frustrating how quickly they took the payment but are making me wait endlessly for my $400 refund. This experience has been extremely disappointing.

Cash App Frustrating Refund Experience

Cash App has delayed resolving my refund of over $5,000 for four months. They repeatedly request additional payments but never deliver the promised refund. The excuses feel insincere, like the classic “the check is in the mail.” This experience has been deeply frustrating. I strongly advise caution when dealing with them.
