Cash App Disappointing Customer Service

Cash App, Failure to allow paper money to be deposited resulted in delay of medical care.. Was blocked from putting cash on my account. This delay resulted in money not being sent to an individual who was needing medical care and did not have money to get treatment. When asked why, I was not given a response. Have not been afforded due process or appeal process to address whatever it is that Cash App thinks is going on. I do not trust Cash App so do not have my bank or credit cards linked to the account. Shame on you Cash App for making assumptions about me. Your behavior hurt someone.

Cash App Customer Service Issue

Scam City $4,950 was deposited with them to give to me. They demanded I give them money for it . So I did . Then demanded more money from me to get . So I gave . Then said there was a problem but another $100 would do it . So like a sucker I gave them the $10 . Now they say I need to give JUST ONE MORE $100 and they will make the original $4,950 twice that . I not only will give these scammers nothing but they have been made aware how unhappy we are . What a bunch of lowlifes .

Shutdown my account without justification! CashApp shut down my account and claimed that I violated their terms of agreement, but refuse to tell me what term I supposedly violated. The only transactions that I made through CashApp were to family, friends, and businesses. I been doing this for at least 4 years with no issues, but now I supposedly violated their terms of agreement. Dealing with their customer service and complaint department is the worse experience I ever had with a business. It is an oxymoron because they provide no customer service and the complaint department just repeats what customer service already told me…nothing.

CashApp Awful Customer Service

I recently received a letter indicating available funds in my account that must be withdrawn before August 24th to prevent transfer to the state. Despite sending four letters, 34 emails, and making two calls, I haven’t received a response. The letter doesn’t specify the account, making it difficult to proceed. Urgently seeking your help to access these funds before the deadline.
