Chick-Fil-A Springfield MO Disappointing Experience

Chick-Fil-A, My husband and I love Chick-Fil-A . Usually the employees are helpful, considerate and hard working. Last night in Springfield, MO at the store on 3700 Glenstone Outer Road, we just drove into town at 9pm. We live in Colorado and only here for 48 hours. Chik-fil-A was the only fast food open til 10 pm that we enjoy. The employees were considerate but it went downhill from there. 1.Wanted to wash my hands. A sign on the door said clean in process- no paper towels. No cleaning person either. 2.The store was busy outside but only 3 groups inside eating. 4 female employees by bathroom area eating and hanging out. 3.Ordered our food standing on a very sticky floor. It was also wet in places and I slipped- I’m in my 70’s falling is dangerous. 4. Food came without my husbands entree,he went back to get it. 2 employees at the counter talking to each other so it was a wait. 5. Then I noticed I had the wrong dressing for my salad. Another trip to the counter and a long wait. No one is in the line either time ordering food. And other guests have gone home. 6. My salad had fruit flies in it. I ate it cuz no one seems to care at this store, I’m hungry and no other decent place to eat. Hotel rooms don’t have healthy food, & no idea where there is a grocery store. 7. Overheard condescending comments from employees about there’s always a family that comes in late. (Its 9 pm. )Not 9:55. 8. When we finished eating husband wanted a refill. Again a long wait. While 2 employees running back and forth behind counter. The manager was there too. All other guests have finished eating and left. Finally someone served him. You’d think someone would realize it’s the same person with 2 prior requests. 8. Then the trash can is full, we can’t throw out our trash. . Again a wait at the counter to tell someone. We were told to use another trash can. We would have but didn’t see it. It wasn’t easy to find. And yet there was a group of teen employees sitting by the bathrooms hanging out. Sure they were off the clock. A moment of extra work doesn’t hurt anyone. A manger could ask them for help. We love Chick-Fil-A. We don’t complain about things unless it’s a really bad situation. 8. Points is bad. But this store needs alot of management help.

Chick-Fil-A Jackson MS Disappointing Experience

Chick-Fil-A, Critique of restaurant 00551 County Line Road Jackson, Mississippi. It’s no wonder the parking lot was hardly busy after having gone into this store to find the dining area floor filthy as well as the men’s restroom the same. My guess is that the locals don’t frequent this location for the reasons that follow. My order of 12 nuggets was about 8 edible size, the rest, hardly a bite. And oh by the way, this store was out of BBQ sauce so I was given some kind of honey version, which was not very good. I did let the young woman who did admit to being a manager that the store was the most disgusting Chick-Fil-A, I had ever visited, and I have visited a number of your locations. My order #3011758 so it is not thought that this is made up. I have to hand it to the 3 stores near my home that I visit regularly that they are in great shape, clean, well stocked. Thank you Rick Gonzales for showing respect to your customers by keeping your stores clean and well staffed with polite, courteous and friendly people delivering quality food to your customers. Chick-Fil-A should bulldozer the store on County Line Road as it really casts a very bad light on the whole of the Chick-Fil-A chain. I do not wish to be contacted and am not looking for anything free just in case someone might think that this is why I took the time to write this post.

Chick-Fil-A, Type of oil used. Why doesn’t Chick-Fil-A use one of the approved healthy oils to cook all foods? My granddaughter has a high peanut allergy, & therefore cannot take a chance eating there. You can do better by going oil healthy in our world today, so please Do It!!
