Comcast Headquarters Address and Contact Update

The Comcast corporate office is located at Comcast Center, 1701 JFK Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Comcast’s corporate filings also identify the company’s headquarters as One Comcast Center, Philadelphia, PA 19103-2838. Customers may search for this as Comcast headquarters Philadelphia PA, Comcast Philadelphia office, Comcast corporate office locations, Comcast office, or Comcast corporate address.

The old page listed 1-215-665-1700 as the corporate phone number. A more current Comcast corporate phone number listed in company filings is 1-215-286-1700. For ordinary Xfinity internet, TV, mobile, voice, billing, outage, appointment, or equipment issues, use Xfinity support first rather than calling corporate headquarters.

Comcast vs. Xfinity: Which Route Should You Use?

Comcast Corporation is the parent company, while Xfinity is the consumer-facing brand for many residential internet, TV, mobile, voice, home security, and streaming services. If your issue is about your home internet, cable TV, Xfinity Mobile, bill, appointment, modem, line, or account, the Xfinity support route is usually the best first step.

The Comcast corporate office is more appropriate for formal correspondence, investor matters, corporate questions, executive-level escalation, unresolved complaints, and company-level concerns. For most service problems, start with Xfinity support, document the issue, and escalate only if the normal support route fails.

Choose the Correct Comcast or Xfinity Support Route

Xfinity Residential Internet, TV, Voice and Mobile

For residential Xfinity service issues, call 1-800-934-6489, use the Xfinity app, or use Xfinity Assistant. These are the best routes for internet outages, modem issues, Wi-Fi problems, TV service, Xfinity Mobile, billing, appointments, and account access.

Refund, Payment and Safety Concerns

For refund issues, payment problems, or safety concerns such as low-hanging cable wires, use Xfinity’s official Report an Issue page when available. If you are not an Xfinity customer, call 1-800-934-6489.

Comcast Business

For Comcast Business internet, voice, Ethernet, mobile, enterprise, or account questions, use Comcast Business support or the Comcast Business contact page rather than the residential Xfinity support route.

Corporate and Investor Questions

For corporate matters, investor relations, governance, SEC filings, media, or formal written correspondence, use Comcast Corporation’s corporate website or write to Comcast Corporation at Comcast Center, 1701 JFK Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA 19103.

Accessibility and Specialized Support

For accessibility questions, disability support, service accessibility, or communications needs, use Comcast or Xfinity’s official accessibility support routes so your request reaches the correct team.

What to Have Before Contacting Comcast Corporate Office

  • Your Xfinity or Comcast account number
  • The service address tied to the account
  • The best phone number and email address for follow-up
  • Copies of recent bills, payment confirmations, credits, or disputed charges
  • Dates and times of outages, technician appointments, missed appointments, or support calls
  • Ticket numbers, chat transcripts, app screenshots, emails, or case numbers
  • Photos of downed wires, equipment, installation problems, or property damage, if relevant
  • The specific resolution you want, such as a credit, repair appointment, refund, cancellation confirmation, service restoration, supervisor review, or written response

How to Escalate a Comcast or Xfinity Complaint

  1. Start with Xfinity support. Call 1-800-934-6489, use the Xfinity app, or use Xfinity Assistant.
  2. Ask for a ticket or case number. Keep records of every call, chat, appointment, promised credit, technician visit, and support response.
  3. Use the correct issue page. Refund, payment, and safety issues should be submitted through the appropriate Xfinity report route when available.
  4. Request supervisor review. If the issue is unresolved, ask that the complaint be escalated to a supervisor, loyalty team, billing team, technical team, or local operations team.
  5. Contact Comcast corporate if normal support fails. For unresolved complaints, send written correspondence to Comcast Corporation, Comcast Center, 1701 JFK Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
  6. Use outside resources when appropriate. Depending on the issue, consider your card issuer, local franchise authority, state attorney general, FCC, FTC, consumer protection agency, or local utility/safety office.

Common Reasons Customers Contact Comcast Corporate Office

  • Billing increases, pricing disputes, package changes, late fees, or promised credits not applied
  • Internet outages, slow speeds, modem problems, Wi-Fi issues, or service interruptions
  • Technician no-shows, canceled appointments, poor installation, or repeated repair visits
  • Downed, low-hanging, damaged, or unsafe cable wires
  • Xfinity Mobile billing, device, activation, line, or trade-in problems
  • Cancellation, final bill, equipment return, or collection disputes
  • Difficulty reaching a live person or getting a supervisor callback
  • Refund, payment, autopay, or unauthorized charge concerns
  • Comcast Business service, billing, or contract issues
  • Corporate, investor, media, public policy, or formal correspondence matters

Billing, Pricing and Package Complaints

Billing complaints are among the most common reasons customers look for a Comcast corporate contact number. If your issue involves a price increase, missing discount, plan change, late fee, autopay issue, promotional rate, cancellation fee, or promised credit, save copies of each bill and support conversation.

When contacting Xfinity or Comcast corporate, explain the timeline clearly. Include the old plan, new plan, date of the change, promised price, name of the representative if known, ticket number, and the exact credit or correction you are requesting.

Outages, Technician Appointments and Wire Complaints

If your Comcast complaint involves an outage, slow internet, technician no-show, repeated repair appointment, damaged cable, or low-hanging wire, document each appointment and support call. For wire or safety concerns, take photos from a safe distance and use Xfinity’s official report route or call support.

Do not touch downed or damaged lines. If a wire creates an immediate safety hazard, contact the appropriate emergency, utility, or local safety authority in addition to Comcast or Xfinity support.

Xfinity Mobile Complaints

Xfinity Mobile complaints may involve device financing, trade-ins, line activation, SIM or eSIM issues, roaming, promotions, billing, number transfers, or service cancellation. Keep order confirmations, device IMEI information, shipping records, trade-in receipts, billing screenshots, and chat transcripts.

If you are disputing a phone charge, device installment, or promotion, ask Xfinity Mobile support for a case number and written explanation. If the issue remains unresolved, include all records when escalating to Comcast corporate or your payment provider.

Unfamiliar Comcast or Xfinity Charges

If you see an unfamiliar Comcast, Xfinity, Xfinity Mobile, Comcast Business, cable, internet, equipment, or streaming charge, review your recent bills, autopay settings, equipment returns, mobile lines, installation charges, streaming add-ons, and family account activity first.

For help researching confusing billing descriptors or unfamiliar card charges, visit ChargeOnMyCard.com. If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact Comcast or Xfinity and your bank or card issuer promptly.

Scams, Fake Support Numbers and Account Security

Be careful with search results, ads, calls, texts, emails, or pop-ups that claim to provide a special Comcast refund department, Xfinity corporate number for complaints, account security department, equipment return shortcut, or discount offer. Use official Comcast, Xfinity, and Comcast Business websites whenever possible.

Never provide your Xfinity password, bank login, one-time passcode, full card number, Social Security number, remote computer access, or identity documents to a caller or message you cannot verify. For fake support numbers, refund scams, account takeover attempts, phishing texts, or suspicious payment requests, visit ThinkItsAScam.com.

Comcast Unresolved Disappointing Customer Service

August 28, 2025

Comcast, My wires were pulled from my house on August 12th, and I called customer service to tell them the wires were lying in my driveway. Comcast said someone would be there the next day. No one showed up. Called two days later and they said someone would be out on Saturday, 8/16. They didn’t show up again. I called, and they said they changed the appointment without telling me. I was told someone would be out on Sunday, 8/17, between 10 am and 2 pm, once again no-show! Called again and was told they would get there when they get there. So here it is, August 27th, and the wires are still lying in my driveway. Been a customer since the 80s, and at this point, I have to believe that they just don’t want me as a customer any longer. More than frustrated!

Comcast Disappointing Customer Service

May 28, 2025

Comcast, No competent humans to speak to. Have had numerous issues with Comcast. They finally set an appointment to come out and check but ultimately cancelled the appointment. without my knowkedge. I cant seem to speak with a representative to resolve any issues. They just want to restart the tv to fix issues and itis not working. No customer service to speak with. No corporate phone number to talk to someone in management. Not sure how this company runs a business this way. Next step is complaint to ftc.

Comcast Disappointing Experience

March 28, 2025

Comcast, Frustrating Customer Experience. Comcast employees seem to lack adequate knowledge about their billing system and struggle to understand and resolve customer issues. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with unhelpful support, and the chatbot offers very limited options to address the many mistakes made by the company. This level of service is disappointing and unacceptable

Comcast Frustrating Customer Service

March 23, 2025

Comcast, Frustrating Customer Service Experience. I’ve called numerous times about issues with my bill. It keeps going up, yet customer service insists they offer specials all the time and suggest I call back every month to check. Unfortunately, there are never any specials — only increases. They’ve offered to “repackage” my current plan, claiming it will stay the same, but when they do, essential services are often missing. Trying to restore what was removed means another 10 hours of service calls. On top of that, they have a bad habit of “dropping” calls. After spending 3 hours on the phone last week, waiting for a supervisor who never picked up, my call was disconnected. Worst customer service ever! The endless hold times are exhausting. Eventually, you either hang up out of frustration, or they disconnect you. And when you call back, you have to start from scratch. I’ve had an open ticket for several days now, waiting for a supervisor to call me back, which they said would happen within 24 hours — no response. It’s beyond frustrating. Comcast needs to take accountability, provide better service, and treat customers with the respect they deserve.

Comcast Disappointing Pricing Issue

January 17, 2025

Comcast, I finally had enough. I have been a Comcast customer over 50 years I am sad to say that I have had enough I have left Comcast. Your prices have gone up so much that now I can’t afford you. Your phone service is so bad I do not want to have to call for help. You better start changing or you will lose more customers.
