Cracker Barrel Disappointing Pricing Issue

May 31, 2025

Cracker Barrel, After selecting Momma’s pancake breakfast I was served a plate with only 2 pancakes which were smaller than normal. My wife ordered meat loaf from the early menu showing the server exactly what she wanted. When the bill came we were charged for the full price meal. The manager came over and could not explain the short pancake. He blamed the meatloaf mix up on staff. He adjusted the bill and gave us six dollars off. During this conversation he indicated we should have indicated more clearly which meat loaf dinner we wanted. My wife responded that she showed the server on the menu exactly what she wanted. We have been regular customers for a long time but no more.

Cracker Barrel Orangeburg SC Disappointing Experience

May 28, 2025

Cracker Barrel, Worst ever! I’ve been to nemerous Cracker Barrells because you know what your going to get. However at a recent stop at store #CBO446 in Orangeburg all my expectations were gone. My wife and I were so disappointed in the quality of the food it was terrible, and not the restruant I eat ate.We spent $40.00 minimum there and it wasn’t worth 5 cents. It didn’t pay to complain because our orders weren’t even right. We left and I would not reccomend this place even to a dog. Plus I wasted $40.00 dollars.

Cracker Barrel Disappointing Experiences

May 26, 2025

Cracker Barrel, Like Cochran, Masino has got to go! Sarah Moore too! Unless Cracker Barrel finds a management team who understands who their customer base is, it will be extinct soon. Quit trying to “remake” the Cracker Barrel image and return to the company’s roots and core customers. Focus on making the original menu items as good as they once were and stop trying to add a bunch of “trendy” fly by night items. And, ditch the alcohol! Nobody goes to Cracker Barrel for a few drinks with their grits! My wife and I used to go to our local Cracker Barrel in NE TN 3-4 times a month, but over the past 4-5 years we may go once every 2 months. Favorite menu items have been removed and kitchen service/quality has greatly deteriorated. Sorry to lose an old favorite, but we refuse to patronize a company that has lost touch with us. A former stockholder too!

Cracker Barrel Disappointing Experience

April 30, 2025

Cracker Barrel, A glass of iced tea cost $3.49!! Really this is crazy tea is not that expensive, and I believe water is cheap. There have been many of reviews on the quality of their food and the quantity of their servings. I can see why folks are choosing not to dine at Craker Barrel. It has differently changed. I will not be stopping there.
