DTI Investments, Inc., sometimes searched for as DTI Properties, is a California-based apartment owner and property-management company. The DTI corporate office is located in Santa Ana, California, while many of the company’s apartment communities and local management offices are located in Texas.

This page provides the DTI Investments corporate address, publicly listed phone number, official property-contact directory, complaint-escalation steps and information for residents looking for DTI contact details. Residents with maintenance, lease, billing or management concerns should normally begin with their apartment community before contacting the corporate office.

How to Contact DTI Investments Corporate Office

DTI Investments Headquarters Contact Information

Contact correction: The previously listed +1-979-693-8922 phone number and +1-979-693-5201 fax number are associated with Huntington Apartments in College Station, Texas. They should not be presented as DTI Investments’ corporate headquarters numbers.

Which DTI Contact Should Residents Use?

DTI operates apartment communities in multiple Texas markets. The appropriate contact depends on the property and the nature of the resident’s concern.

  • Maintenance request: Contact the leasing or management office for the apartment community where you live.
  • Emergency maintenance: Use the emergency-maintenance procedure supplied by the property. For an immediate threat to personal safety, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
  • Lease, rent or billing question: Contact the property manager and request an itemized explanation in writing.
  • Move-in or move-out concern: Contact the property office with the inspection report, photographs, lease and relevant dates.
  • Property-specific email: Select the apartment community from DTI’s official contact directory.
  • Unresolved corporate matter: Call +1-714-565-0654 or write to the Santa Ana corporate address.
Property-office distinction: The Santa Ana corporate office may not have immediate access to a resident’s maintenance requests, lease documents, payment ledger or inspection records. Contacting the apartment manager first generally allows DTI to identify the property and account involved.

How to Escalate a DTI Properties Complaint

  1. Contact the apartment office. Explain the problem to the leasing office or property manager and state the resolution you are requesting.
  2. Submit the complaint in writing. Use the property email listed in DTI’s contact directory so that you have a dated record.
  3. Document the condition or dispute. Keep photographs, videos, maintenance requests, inspection reports, payment receipts and relevant sections of the lease.
  4. Request a response date. Ask when the property expects to inspect, repair, investigate or respond to the reported issue.
  5. Follow up with management. Record the dates, names or job titles, and summaries of each conversation.
  6. Contact the corporate office. If the local property does not respond, call +1-714-565-0654 or send written correspondence to DTI Investments, Inc., 1912 N. Broadway, Suite 300, Santa Ana, CA 92706.
  7. Use an appropriate outside resource when necessary. Residents may wish to consult a local tenant organization, housing agency or qualified attorney about unresolved lease, habitability, billing or fair-housing matters.

Information to Include in a DTI Complaint

A clear complaint is easier for the property or corporate office to review. Include:

  • The name and city of the apartment community
  • Your building or unit information when communicating privately with DTI
  • The date the problem began
  • Maintenance-request or work-order numbers
  • Photographs, videos or inspection records
  • Relevant lease provisions or billing statements
  • Names or job titles of the people previously contacted
  • The resolution you are requesting
  • A reasonable requested response date

Send sensitive documentation directly to DTI or the appropriate property office. Do not post account, lease or unit information in the public review section.

DTI Properties Parkway Circle Apartments Worst Experience

September 14, 2024

DTI Properties, Parkway Circle Apartments. I am writing to formally express my concerns and request a resolution regarding my recent experience with Parkway Circle Apartments. I moved into an apartment this August. Unfortunately, from the time I moved in, the unit had several serious issues, including a severe infestation of roaches, mold growth, and unsafe conditions such as patio doors that did not lock, allowing pests like hundreds of wasps to enter. Despite my repeated requests for repairs, including the certified demand letter, the necessary actions were not completed within the specified timeframe. The Manager CJ Hall was rude and inconsiderate about the situation. Honestly, she was so inhumane and acted like a mocker. As a result, by Texas law, I provided a formal notice of lease termination and vacated the premises. It was the worst experience ever!
