Ebay Disappointing Unresolved Dispute Issue

Ebay, Unresolved Dispute Led Me to Close My Account. I placed an order with a seller, and it was extremely difficult to get a tracking number. When I finally received it, the post office claimed the package was delivered—but not to me or my address. After speaking with the postmaster, I was informed that the seller was using different tracking numbers for different addresses and names. Even though the tracking details showed my name, I never received the package. I filed a claim for a refund and even provided the postmaster’s contact information for verification. However, eBay still denied my refund request. The seller has since canceled all their listings, yet they got away with it. After 1,692 positive feedback ratings, I’ve decided to close my account. Ebay lost a loyal customer, and I’ll be switching to other platforms like Amazon, AliExpress, and Temu. Shame on Ebay for allowing this to happen!

Ebay Frustrating Purchase Experience

Ebay, Frustrating Experience with Unresponsive Seller. I purchased an iPhone 15 Plus on 03/11/2025, but I did not receive any tracking information. I contacted the seller on 03/10/2025 with a general question and received no reply. On 03/14/2025, I followed up to ask for tracking information; again, no response. I reached out once more on 03/15/2025, requesting the tracking number, but still no reply. I then asked eBay to step in and cancel the order, but my request was denied on 03/21/2025. At this point, I’m extremely concerned since the seller remains unresponsive. My next step is to request a refund from Ebay before escalating the issue to PayPal. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and discouraging.

Ebay DIsappointing Order Issues

Ebay, No Customer Service Help. I ordered 5 items from Ebay as a Guest (big mistake, do not order as a Guest) and two items need to be returned and one item I never received. All items were posted to my credit card. On the website none of my orders show up. I contacted Ebay via phone 3 times and the agents do not help me. I just get the run around. Never receive any emails from Ebay confirming my orders and now they will not resend the information to me. This is the Worst company, do not order from here, big rip off!!!

Ebay, Job proposition. I want to work online for Ebay by making sure all orders arrived. I am working in the post office and sometime our US scanner are down and Amazon will not know if an order has been arrived, but with me here at the post office I could track all tracking with our local scanning and let Amazon knows if an order has been arrived.

Ebay Percentage Increase Issue

Ebay, Nothing interesting enough to get me to sell on ebay ever again. I am a past seller on ebay but left when they decided to charge 9%. Recently decided to maybe start it back up and lo and behold, the first thing I see is an announcement that they are going to raise fees to 13 -15 %in 2025. I’ll sell from somewhere else. There are other options and I will find them! I hope they go belly up. They deserve it.
