  • Jacksonville Fl franchise apparently cannot pay his employees on time. This happens constantly, like twice a month. Before working at this company in this city, think twice and ask yourself if you would like to see your checks on time. If not, this job is for you.

  • I will never use Edible Arrangements again. I asked for large arrangement to be deliver to a home that was having a gathering after a funeral. I did not go to the home early and did not think to call to see if the family got the fruit. When I arrived I saw that the basket was not delivered. I called but of course there was no customer service. At 7:30 when most guest were leaving the basket arrived. Now who would want a fruit basket after the fact? I guess when I placed order the store should have asked me when this was needed for. I called the store manager in Melville, NY (Munfee)but instead of some sort of an apology, I got an argument. He told me basically they can deliver anytime they want, and that corporate deliveries come first, and just to "suck it up". This is trash and this fruit was thrown out! Never use them again

  • I would like to tell you that your owner in Bellmore New York on Bellmore Ave Is very rude cursed me out !! I would not ever speak to any customer like that ! Then continue to harass me by calling my home to the point I had to block he number ! I had had enough so I cancelled my order for my granddaughter ! Make a bad name for your company

  • Store in Lyndhurst Ohio is the worst store ever, poor customer service and very unprofessional. Ordered an arrangement for my cousin and it was delivered after waiting two days, end up cancelling the order. Will never ever shop their again!

  • I've been trying to place an order for over an hour this morning from the Edible Arrangement's website that says "FREE DELIVERY OUR DRIVERS ARE FEELING GENEROUS" and three items are offered. When I place an order for one of these three free delivery advertised items a $35.99 ship fee is applied. When I call customer service the agent, after consulting with her manager for 15 minutes, gives me a non-answer about it probably meaning free pickup and some weird story about the local Edible store having issues. I told her that her manager needed to make good on the advertised free shipping for the order I was about to place.When I reply that that's not a logical response to my question and their misleading advertising today she (Siena) put me on hold again and then disconnected me. What a rotten and ridiculous waste of time on a ridiculous company that practices false advertising. I will contact the FTC today if this isn't resolved.

  • It appears I have the same complaint – not sure how the company stays in business when the local store employees are rude and disrespectful – not caring if they lose the sale.

  • An arrangement of moldy fruit was delivered to me for Administrative Professionals Day. The Assistant Manager was kind enough to reimburse my supervisor but she was still charged for the shipping. I find it unbelievable that they would charge her to deliver an arrangement that was inedible. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

  • I ordered a regular size fruit bouquet to be delivered for Thanksgiving. My friend did not receive it. They did not even call. They lied, hence they said, they delivered it, but no one is in the house. In fact, my friend and her husband did not leave home that day. Poor customer service. Baltimore,Maryland

  • Do not buy anything from there because it is not worth money you spend on it, believe me. Also, they don't wash the fruit thoroughly in most places because they don't care about the safety and health of the customers. In addition, you pay great money for the little dipped strawberry arrangement and guess what; the majority of the dipped fruits are bad, that's why they cover it in chocolate and sell. Do it by yourself, it is easy and not expensive. The worst place ever!

  • NEVER USING COMPANY AGAIN. Poor fruit, not as advertised. Store managers never respond, customer service argues on phone. Corporate doesn't want to deal with it and send you to cust service again. Why does no one want to take accountability at this company?????

  • As much as I love your products I will never go back to your store in Boynton Beach, Florida. The staff there is so rude and unkind to the customers its a wonder anyone goes in there. Today I walked in and the only girl there was yelling at a customer on the phone… when she finally noticed me I asked for a smoothie and in her nasty tone told me she would not make one today. Every time I go back they are just as nasty…

  • I received an arrangement that didn't look at all like the picture on the website. Also half the fruit was rotten and the rest of it had to be thrown out the next day. The delivery person was also very rude. My complaints have gone unanswered.

  • I ordered the chocolate covered strawberries for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. I placed the order on May 1st and they arrived today, which is May 5th. When she opened them, it looked like someone took the box and shook them up because they were all broken. They need to come up with some better packaging because I paid over $90 for this and it was all beat up. My order numer is W0047686577-1. I have pictures of them and I have contacted them on facebook and sent the pictures. I would like some sort of refund for this. This is highly unacceptable for something that is pretty expensive, it should not be delivered in such terrible condition!

  • This concerns the Sarasota Florida store off Tuttle. The people are from India, which there is nothing wrong with people from India or any other country, but they run their store as if they were back in India where working conditions are terrible. The workers in said store work with no breaks at all no matter how many hours they work. A friend of mine works there and she works at least 7 hours a day. In that 7 hour day she has to stand the whole time, no talking, no breaks, no lunch, no bathroom breaks and nothing to drink. They tell her to answer the phone and when she does they tell her not to answer the phone. There's other things that go on but I can't remember them right now. I got the important things listed and if OSHA or the Labor Dept. found out they would be in deep poop. Oh and the worker turnover is horrendous even with the undocumented immagrants.I have had my say. Not a very good business for being employed.

    • I will never do business with them again either! They screwed up my Bosses' Day order and instead of refunding me the difference, they gave me 4 stupid coupons! I am using the second one now. I placed the order on the 30th of March for delivery on April 1st by 12 noon. by 12:20 no order! I called the store and it is on the truck, the track your order device says it is being arranged. The store manager claims the driver said 23oo Ramsey St is a "bad" address! Really, the VA Hospital! Just how long has it been in Fayetteville NC? I called the customer service call center and got Sharon Hair who was very hateful and refused to give me a supervisor! I am back to flowers!

  • I just had the worst experience with this company. An order was placed and never delivered. You call the local store and mailbox is full. You call the 800# and they could care less. You send message to them through Facebook and a robot must be overseeing their Facebook page as the only reply I received back is "I'm sorry". No one seems to be concerned enough to rectify the situation. When checking on my order it will tell me out for delivery. Friend never receives gift and next morning tracking says received order and the process starts all over. They have the worst customer service department with no concern for their customers. I will NEVER order from this company again and will get the word out to friends and family to stay away from this company. They have now canceled my order and refunded my money. It amazes me how quickly they did this but could not get an order out as placed.

  • In Dec. I purchased 1 of your products, a gift for my mother & sister. As I’ve ordered from you in the past with satisfactory results, I expected no problem with this one, but, it proved altogether UNSATISFACTORY: inedible fruit delivered in a chipped & 2nd-hand bowl. FYI, here’s part of my sister’s email:

    It was delivered Wed Christmas eve. The fruit was…spoiled, rotten and moldy by Christmas Day! Really the choc-covered strawberries were coated in mold. The pineapple made Mom and me choke…it was fermented and really bad! I didn't want to have to write this etc but thought you should definitely know about a substandard gift basket that had to be thrown out yesterday [12/26]. We know you paid good $ for an inferior product…

    I sent duplicate emails to the store in CA from which gift was delivered, as well as corporate headquarters in CT. Meanwhile, just wanted to add to the apparently rather long list of dissatisfied customers.

  • Do not order from the New Orleans or Harvey store in Louisiana they are nasty rude to customers and employees alike the manger fired me over Facebook and had a fight with one off the temps over mother's day this is the worst company I've ever worked for by far.

  • Worst service ever at Bergenfield NJ and Hackensack NJ Stores. The employees are rude and uncaring. Owners and Managers are unavailable to speak with. I am very disappointed with Edible Arrangments and I will never use this service again.

  • I usually do not leave "comments" but after reading all negative comments, I decided to post my perspective. Top rate company to work for! Each franchise is independently owned and I am sure varies. There are some really great owners and some really lousy employees who like to "complain" no matter what the company is. Edible Arrangements gets their fruit delivered daily, no additives used. It is a top quality product. You had a bad experience? I am happy you found a place to vent. My opinion is it is a great company, a wonderful product and all you have to do is look at where the company is to know the masses LOVE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS and their products! And btw?? have a great day!

    there own personals checks, and Im sure they didnt pay me the right amount which i never got my paycheck stub and still waiting. this is in san antonio store in federicksburg medical center.

  • I been working with them for a couple of months at first everything was going good was a fun place to work. After the second week i notice people quit and heard a lot of bad stuff they were doing behind people back. They started taking 30mins lunch breaks from people who didnt get breaks. They didnt notice until they started printing there times. Thats illegal!!! I know everyone from that locations quit and had to hired new people who dont know how to do the job!! We had many complains so far and many refunds from the san antonio stores. Its very sad and stressful not been able to get the customers orders out! I used to love working with them but now its really stressful. Not worth it and they dont care about there employees thats why they always hiring different people all the time. They should be fair if the workers are doing there job and helping the company get to the top.

  • I actually had a complaint about the wrong order being delivered. I called back and spoke to Chester the manager and he was able to get the correct arraignment out to my wife and split the different in the order and only charged me $18.99. Very happy customer. This is in Moreno Valley, Ca. A+++

  • I thought this would be a great idea for Fathers Day? I was wrong, I left delivery instructions incase nobody was home. They ignored the directions and left chocolate cover fruit at a side enterance and we found it two days later? I submitted a complaint to the store (Rocky Point NY) and no response at all. I called and the manager was not there. I tried to find a link or contact for corporate and they do not have email, I had to fax the information to support my complaint and show that I tried to get intouch with the store. Its a great product when it arrives fresh and it should be a $4.00 for one chocolate covered strawberry. Never again will I use them, unless I am picking it up.

  • do not order anything from edible arrangement in denver on the 16 street mall. they are nasty and lazy i ordered an arrangement it took all day and they still didnt deliver it they are very rude. i will never odre from another arrangement again.they need to close these stores.

  • I worked a temp job through them for Mother's Day weekend and was suppose to get my check the following Saturday. They did not have my check Saturday nor Sunday and nobody knew what was going on with my check. The Head driver Vincent was suppose to call me and never did, I even got his number and he never answered the phone. This is the Alamo Ranch store in San Antonio. They are unprofessional, they give out bad fruit and know it. This store should be shut down.

  • I would think twice about ordering anything from the Edible Arrangements store in Camden New Jersey they are horrible they are nasty they deliver my mother's mother Day present itwas all melted all over the place and then they called and said they never delivered it and lied to me on the phone to cover up their actions thats wrong wrong wrong
