  • Is GMC making any parts to repair their vehicles? My GMC Terrainneeds a transfer case or the parts to repair it, it's been 43 days so far that I cannot drive my car. Some customer service.

  • I own a 2011 Malibu. Along with MANY others whom have the same problem my driver seat frame weld broke. My seat tips to the right rear. Went to a GM dealer to have the seat looked at just to verify what has happened. Yep-weld broke. $4 and $650.00 for a new seat frame and $650.00 for labor for them to remove seat-change over to the new frame the covers and electrical. I know GM knows about this problem but being a BIG corporate business they don't really care. They can't be bothered by the people that keep them in business. It will be the LAST time I purchase a GM product.

  • that's why I will never own another chevy again bad customer service over charger take your flat rate book and throw it away that is just a way to over charge and hours labor is an hour paid not paid for two hours because the book said so . so I don't buy in to it that's bull u buy into bull all dealer ships over charge for labor

  • My husband and I have been loyal GM customers for almost 40 years, apparently that doesn't mean much. In 2013 we purchased a new 2013 Equinox. I loved my vehicle. Last year my car started smelling like mildew. We took it to the dealer, they cleaned the car. The next week we returned the car to them because the mildew smell was still there. They discovered a leak and repaired it. They replaced all the rugs in the car. A week later we returned the car back to the dealer, again because of the smell. The dealership told us there was nothing else they could do. We hired a law firm and we won the case (lemon Law). It has been a year and we still don't have a new car. We have been paying car payments for the last year on a car that we can't use. We've been paying property taxes on a car that we can't use. We just don't know where else to turn. We're very disappointed that we're being treated this way.

  • Purchased an 2012 Buick Verano for my son paid cash used had only 71,000 miles at time of purchase. My son was diving the car going to the gas station got stopped at a light the car began to shake and the check engine light came on the car burst into flames. The car was a total loss but GM says their was no recall on the vehicle. We only had the vehicle only 2 1/2 months after purchase. With only 78,000 miles. GM needs to look into this matter. I'm pursuing a lawyer to help me look further into this matter. I think I have an law suit against GM. GM had a recall on their 2013-14 Buick Verano for electrical problems the 2012 should have been thrown into that recall. November 17, 2015 11:41 p.m.

  • I just bought right before Christmas a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 and noticed a vibration/rattling noise between the 1250-1750 rpm range. That's the rpm range while you are cruising approx. 45-53 mph where you can really feel the vibration. I took it into the dealership and they couldn't find anything wrong it it. I have read online forums that other owners that are having the same issue with their trucks. I was hoping that someone would be able to point me in the right direction to get this fixed. It's very annoying.

  • Own 2010 Malibu LTZ. Not impressed after driving 2014 model. No room in back, gear shifting jerky in low gears from start

    Own 2010 Malibu LTZ. Very pleased with vehicle. Test drove 2014 Malibu. From a start, gear shifting in low very jerky. Also no room in back seat. Apparently good gas mileage but not worth the drawbacks. Get it right in 2015!

  • It is very difficult for passengers to get in the side door of the 15-passenger vans. There needs to be a retractable (sliding) step for passengers to be able to get inside these vans. A step that can be pulled out from underneath to step inside, then slid back under the van with foot once inside. Plus, a grip handle on both sides of these double doors to grab. It is dangerous for the passengers the way it is currently.

  • I purchased a new Chevrolet /Optra car from a GM dealer model 2007 black it cost 25.800 usd/ I have faced the following troubles :

    1. No brake function from the first could be very dangerous to drive this car without any brakes..

    2. AC system not operating till now/ maintenance Garage asked me 900.- usd to fix it

    3. Shock absorber completely absent.

    4. Tires wheels very tender it keep all my tires inflated

    5. Pioneer Radio unpleasant hearing

    6. Recall of all Optras from the market is a necessity .

  • I watched this same video, what it is saying is that 70% of the GM production is now in communist China. And everytime you buy a GM product you are supporting that government.

  • I just purchased a used 1994 Buick Le Saber an was impressed how on the car looked inside and outside. I took the car for a test drive and it ran really well. The engine was very clean and the transmission worked just perfectly. I admit there are a few miles on this car however I was very impressed. I bought it. However, the only thing I didn't check was the frame and undercarriage. I drove the car for about 3 months until the problems started showing up. First the gas line started leaking, brake line leaking which caused the brakes to fail and my wife was almost in a car accident. I took the car in for an oil change and they said that the undercarriage is totally shot. Their was only one motor mount holding the engine in place and if by chance I would have had to slam on the brakes the engine would have fell out of the car. I latter found out that on this particular model there was a recall on these cars however, not in Minnesota. I don't understand how a big company can limit a recall and make a product that could actually kill someone. Please explain. Sincerely, Totally Confused and very disappointed. I would appreciate an answer and recommendations.

  • I have been a GM owner/buyer for 40 years. CRANBERRY MOTORS in Machias, Maine take the cake. Not only do they run the dealership the way they want to, but, GM for years have let it happen.. I will not buy GM again until the stop customer go through a FORD show room to buy a GM product again. GM take notice!!!!!

    • Corporation seems to have little regard for customers who put their faith in good service when it comes to releasing vehicles that have been sold.

  • As a longtime supporter of the Parent's Television Council, I was very disturbed to read in their latest newsletter that GM is the #2 worst sponsor of anti-family programming.

    In addition to being personally offended by the choice of sponsored programs, I would suggest that this might not be a good move to be attacking American traditional family values by supporting those that promote moral decay.
