  1. I have been with hair club for 30 years and I am very dissatisfying with the quality of the hair that I am getting. I keep getting a temporary cut hair system and I am paying thousands of dollars each year. Please let me know if there is a number that I can call to explain my situation. I am getting ready to move my business somewhere else.

  2. I have been a client for more than eight years and in those eight years, I have had many incompetent stylists and condescending interactions with so called management. I'm a gold member and I've had a handful of decent applications in all that time. When I complain, I am told I always can just quit if I don't like it. They know we are held hostage and our only recourse if we quit is to shave our heads and be humiliated. we are not getting service now but are expected to pay full price. The system given to me to was the wrong color and half heartedly prepared. When I pointed this out, I was told no one would notice. I was dismissed and given attitude. The majority of staff at downtown Toronto need to be replaced and I am seeking legal action. Social Media is powerful and you need to value your longtime members.

  3. I would like to hear back from Mr. Nassar. I have been a client for more than 15 years. In that time my monthly costs have more than doubled. This most recent increase is extremely difficult. As you may know this is very emotional for many of us. I am about to retire and may not be able to continue due to rising costs.. I would hope there would be some program for seniors that would help with affordability. The decline in the quality does not warrant the increase. Hair Club seems to have a monopoly on the industry so I am sure there's little I can do. Please know you are hurting people in a very vulnerable area. Please reconsider these increases.

  4. The hair is of horrible quality and the stylist butchered the cut. My husband can’t wear his brand new piece out of the store. It is ruined. How embarrassing for your Greenwood Village store, to send people home looking like this. We are getting all of our money back or we will sue. That stylist will be fired before I’m done.
