Hawthorn Suites at 411 S. Webb Road in Wichita, KS

You need to send someone to look at your property in Wichita, KS. I stayed on July 8th and wanted to cancel once I arrived. I pulled up and looked like a homeless shelter. shopping carts all over and clothes were draped on them and balconies. the grass had not been mowed in weeks and the siding pulled off our unit. if I felt safe I would have rather slept in my car. They could not cancel me because I booked thru Priceline but will not book at a Wyndham property again. I paid $147.77 and it was not worth it one bit. I was running late to attend a wedding or would have canceled and lost my money.

Terrible experience. My stay was on July 8th at Hawthorn Suites at 411 S. Webb Road in Wichita, KS. Truly need someone to go inspect it.

I registered to stay at your hotel located in Columbus Ohio. The suite was very dirty and the entire hotel looked to be abandoned. I registered at the front desk but expressed my distaste for the property. Once I entered the suite the stairs were worn out, the room smelled of smoke and alcohol, the kitchen area was very dirty, the dishes were sticky and the stove was full of grease. The bathroom was dirty as well as the sink and tub. I called down to the front desk and requested my 345 be returned to me along with my 100 fee for incidentals.

I’ve never stayed in any of your hotels and after this experience, I will not ever consider staying.
