Hertz 2021 Westwood Blvd. The Dealer Parks His Cars At Many Of The Pay Meters On Westwood Blvd. And Mississipppi. The Ones I’m Talking About Have Been Parked In The Same Spot For A Week. We West To The Dealer And He Has Done Nothing. It Is Truly Effecting All Our Businesses As Our Customers Need Parking. If This Can’t Be Correct At Once We Will Take It To The Next Step.

Hertz Monterey CA Excellent Employee Maura

March 24, 2025

Hertz, Maura saved the day! I flew into the Monterey CA Airport from SD in January 2025 for my fathers funeral. The day started at 5am with a 2 hour flight delay. Needless to say, my flight arrived into Monterey at around 10:28pm. That afternoon I confirmed that my car reservation would be waiting for me when I arrived. 3 of 4 closed dark counters were in the hallway. I called the rental agency again. All they confirmed was that they closed at 10pm and that I would have to return in the morning for my vehicle. I just wanted to cry. As I turned around the Hertz counter was lit up. I walked up the counter and Maura was able to help me retrieve a vehicle for 1 day. Maura told me she was supposed to close at 10pm but stayed open because of other customers coming in late too. Maura helped me so quickly, efficiently and so thoughtful. She brought the car up front so that I didn’t have to go and search in the dark. I just wanted you to know these days I truly appreciated the effort she made for me. Because of Maura, Hertz will be my next car rental.

Hertz Bonita Springs FL Frustrating Experience

Hertz, Salesmen at the Bonita Springs FL office. I have been trying to purchase a 2024 Hyundai Tucson which has turned into a nightmare. I had selected the vehicle before I arrived in Florida it was to be available on or about 1/8/25 I was told by the salesman Charles Nunley in Bonita Springs they couldn’t locate. Then I was told it was having new tires, this went on for over a week. I had to rent a vehicle since I arrived going on for almost three weeks now. I found a vehicle similar to the one I originally had ordered in Orlando. This vehicle was not available until 1/27/25 so I ordered it with Adrian Perez what a difference, Adrian answered my questions returned my phone calls and emails. Unlike Nunley that was totally inept at his job, he rarely returned calls or emails. Adrian gave me his private cell phone number if I needed anything. I had to drive two hours to Orlando when I should had the vehicle in N. Palm Beach Hertz. This was the second vehicle that I purchased from Hertz. Nunley and his partner Peter (saleman) turned it into an unpleasant experience.

Hertz Fabulous Customer Service Richmond VA

Hertz, It is the employees at Hertz who make your company Great! That is why I go nowhere else!! I left my purse in the rental car after after turning the vehicle in at Richmond International Airport, Virginia. It was about 40 minutes later when I realized it had fallen out of a larger bag I had. I rushed back to the window where several employees were located; Camille, Vanessa, Shaniya and Darrick. I explained what had happened. The car had already been processed, but instead of giving me the easy “corporate line” of calling the useless lost and found telephone number, they all got into the action of tracking down my purse while trying to get me to relax as I had no money, no driver’s license, no credit car, no passport or anything else!! They went the extra mile to search, locate, find and return my purse to me within 15 minutes of telling them what had happened! It is because of the people who work at Hertz that I continue to come back to the company whenever I need a rental!! I can get better deals from time to time at the other car companies, but the customer service is priceless!!! That is why I am always going to be a Hertz customer! I think Santa should at least take; Camille, Vanessa, Shaniya and Darrick out to lunch for going above and beyond!!! I have recommended Hertz over the other car companies to everyone I know!

Hertz Disappointing Customer Service

Hertz, Please do not rent from Hertz or you will be sorry. The prior reviews are horrible and mine is a nightmare. My attorney is getting ready to launch a lawsuit.
