Impossible to get Customers Payment from Merchant Services

November 30, 2023

If there was an option of a “0” star I would have selected it! We have been working on trying to get $15,000 released to our vendor for payment on 2 invoices. Intuit 1st told our vendor their account was set up wrong and they had to close that account and set up a new account. Then when that was done they told my vendor they couldn’t get to the funds because the account it was deposited into was closed. They “escalated” the problem to another department. It has been 6 weeks since we made our payment to our vendor through Intuit. The vendor has called a few times each week for the last 6 weeks and they keep getting the same response, “there is nothing they can do about it, but they will “escalate” the problem to the next level. how many different levels of escalation are there?
