  • First of all – I LOVE KFC plus your mashed potatoes/gravy and your coleslaw. The problem is, from where I live, the closest KFC is approx. 15-20 min. away – too far for a last-minute decision to have chicken any given night. I live on Faulkner betw. Pine Lake and Old Cheney. We have a Chic-Fil-A and a Raising Cains, but NONE are as good as KFC, so I don't patronize these businesses. Please consider opening a KFC in our vicinity. "Lincolnites" in this part of the city will thank you and reward you with their business. Thank you, Hannelore Dorsey, Lincoln, NE

  • To whom it may concern: To start with, I LOVE KFC plus your mashed potatoes/gravy and your coleslaw. The problem is, where I live, the closest KFC is approx. 15-20 min. away – too far for a last-minute decision to have chicken any given night. I live on Faulkner Dr. betw. Pine Lake and Old Cheney. We have a Chic-Fil-A and a Raising Cains plus other places that sell chicken, but none compare to KFC; so, I do not patronize these places. Even on "O" Street with lots of businesses and restaurants, but NO KFC is to be found. I hope your Corporate Office would consider opening a KFC in our vicinity. My family and I plus friends all love your chicken. So, please consider our request in your next planning session. Just writing and thinking about KFC makes my mouth water. Thank you so much for taking my request into consideration. Hannelore Dorsey, Lincoln, NE

  • PORT CHARLOTTE FL TAMIAMI TRAIL LOCATION: Has to be the worst or among the worst kfc's on the planet. I really try to avoid buying anything from this establishment but sometimes because of time I stop and hope I can get something edible.
Tonight I purposely told the cashier person "Tammy" that my last order from about a week or so ago was really dry and to please check if she has fresh original recipe thighs. She was somewhat unfriendly, told me to hold while she checked then came back and said how many thighs do you want, I told her 5 and she said " we have them".
She was pleasant enough when we checked out but upon returning home ( less than a couple of miles ) discovered that each thigh was like wood chips they were so dry. I threw them out and am now waiting on an order elsewhere. I'll go back to avoiding this KFC as much as possible as based on the poor quality as well as lack of communication shows a total lack of consideration for the customer……the manager who hires these people and allows this lack of quality to continue obviously does not care.

  • WE WANT GIZZARDS BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! THAT WAS THE GREATEST THING YOU HAD EVER DONE ONLY TO TAKE IT AWAY AND I AM CAMPAIGNING TO HAVE IT BACK!

  • after reading most of the reviews, not sure why I would reply, looks like ZERO is being done to correct problems. but when you order a 10pc meal and want to substitute the slaw for green beans because you cannot eat cabbage–it should be done and just say there is a small charge to do that, not tell someone "can't do that due to coupon" Anything can be done for the CUSTOMER and guess what I ended up with coleslaw anyway and had to throw it out Allergies are a big problem WILL NEVER GO TO KFC again CORRECT YOUR CUSTOMER relations or go out of business to Chic Fil-a! Popeye's or any other Chicken store

  • I stopped at one of your locations in Chicago. 10200 S. Halsted street. I ordered a bbq 3 piece chicken tender. after I lefted and opened the bag, there was no bbq for then chicken. I called the store back and asked to speak with the manager, she comes on the phone and I told her what the problem was, she told me I would have to bring it back and get the correct, I'm already back at work, I wasn't going to go back, I don't have 2 hrs. for lunch. so I told her they need to be careful with people's meals. the rude and ignorant (woman) manager hung up the phone on me. I will make sure I don't patronize that store again, and I will let me friends know also.

  • Bay City TX KFC is the worse chicken I have experienced in 30 years of eating KFC chicken. It was soaked in brown oil with places in the chicken where the coating was still doughy and when I pulled the chicken out the bottom of the bucket was swimming in brown oil. It was nasty. Since I purchased it on the road I just had to throw it away it was so bad. The restaurant was in need of a clean up, the ceilings were dirty and the eating areas were very old and used looking along with the walls needing cleaning. This restaurant needs a corporate look I really feel like we could have gotten sick from that chicken. I know this is not what I have experienced with KFC ever in my 30 some years of purchasing chicken from them, this restaurant is a bad reflection on the quality that KFC expects I am sure.

  • Lisa I went to the kfc in raytown and had the worst service by a manager Chris jones- I placed an order for a 2 piece meal after 6 walk in customers and drive through customers and I to say something well still did not get my meal- had to get mad to get it- dude you should be fired
