Krispy Kreme, Hot sign, but cold donuts. Tulsa, Oklahoma. Neon sign says hot but donuts cold and hard. Seemed to be only one man having to do everything. Won’t be back anytime soon. At one time had great product.

Krispy Kreme, Came into the store in Metairie, LA showed the lady I had multiple items to be redeemed. She informed me the register wasn’t operating properly, I asked to redeem 2 of the items from my rewards list. I had a little over 1300 left not count what was redeemable. I gave the lady my phone to redeem the items.Well, the lady said it wasn’t picking up both rewards. I said, I’d pay for one and redeem one. Well, Lo and behold when I got my phone back I didn’t have Any of my rewards nor did I have my points (1300+) on the app. Now the lady was very kind and called the manager from the back. Who told the lady if the register wasn’t working she should not have tried to scan the items. Anyway I asked the Manager where were my points and my rewards she said she didn’t know and gave me the 2 items. No apology, no I’ll contact someone, Not a bit of hospitality! I called them today and they said someone in another department handles these issues. I don’t believe them. My Husband is a Veteran and enjoys Krispy Kreme donuts so we spend lots of $20+ tax and we earned those rewards! This is the closest one in our area. I hope they don’t ignore us as they’ve obviously did one of the reviews at the top of this page (a 2025 issue). I won’t stop purchasing them because we enjoy them but they really need to get their act together and resolve their issues.

Krispy Kreme, Lemon Filled, My favorite! I enjoy some of your donuts but my favorite was the lemon filled but when I went today I was told corporate decided not to make the lemon filled anymore. Please bring back the lemon filled!!!!!

Krispy Kreme, Third time and no one has contacted me or fix the situation. It’s ridiculous. I bought back in November the Ghostbusters, edition Krispy Kreme’s and when I got home, the ones that was supposed to be filled were not at all then I called up your headquarters and they said that someone higher up would get back to me. They never did I got an email of 12 free glazed donuts to the Times Square Krispy Kreme‘s where I will not be going to cause it’s 25 miles out of the way for free donuts I called back I said can you please give it to me at the Stop & Shop that I got it from and they said they would escalate it. Never did I called back they said they would escalate again never heard from them so this is the last time otherwise I will not be Purchasing your donuts anymore. This is ridiculous a waste of $17 for nothing in them.

Krispy Kreme, Delivery truck parking. I contacted Krispy Kreme. Shockingly, I was told this is company policy for them to park like this. Absolutely absurd!!!The truck is literally parked directly in front of the doors about six and a half feet away. This a hazard/safety issue for customers and employees of the store. Let alone blocking a handicapped space! All other vendors park to the side and use carts for delivery. There’s absolutely no reason for Krispy Kreme to make this policy for their drivers to park like this! I asked the Krispy Kreme customer service rep again, so this is actually company policy? He was polite in his response, but I was surprised as to how nonchalant the answer he gave me was. And that there was no offer to leave a comment for it to be reviewed within the company. For this reason I will no longer purchase any products and will share this with others and encourage them to do the same.
