  1. London Fog has nothing but bad reviews here. I was told that they stand behind their product basically forever. I have been task with purchasing jackets for 225 children with no budget. I was told to buy the best because of these reviews I will have to go in another direction.

  2. There is NO London Fog Customer Service. I purchased a London Fog coat for my daughter about 18 months ago. Last winter, the buttons holding the hood fell off. I have tried on four different occasions to purchase replacement buttons. NO RESPONSE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE LONDON FOG PRODUCTS!!

  3. I purchased a new puffer coat at Christmas and the feathers are coming out on my clothes. My other coats don't do this. Obviously the quality of their work has gone downhill. That is what happens when our US merchandise is made in China but we still pay a high prices for it. When the company looses enough business maybe their customer service will improve.

  4. I am a very unhappy London Fog Customer! About 12 years ago I had purchased a London Fog jacket that I still wash and wear; no problems what so-ever.
Christmas of 2013 I purchased 2 coats for my sister and myself. Wow… her coat is fine while mine continues to shed feathers daily on my clothes and car seats. If London Fog chooses to ignore my request for an exchange, I will NEVER again purchase their products.

  5. Have just bought a jack with the tag stating 3 degrees, 3:1 system Jacket, Cold weather series. I am assuming 3 degrees means Celsius. Am I right? Also what is the level of water resistance for this jacket?

  6. I purchased a London Fog umbrella several years ago with a lifetime warranty. It is now damaged. I contacted London Fog for follow up and through various conversation was referred to seven phone numbers to no avail as I am back to square one. It is one thing to offer a warranty and an other to get the replacement product.

Bad experience as I was given the round around.

  7. I bought a London Fog luggage set last January. The medium sized case fell apart while I was on vacation. I was unable to get it back down and of course it broke off on the reurn flight. this year, I used the larger case to go on vacation. The handle broke at the airport so I could only use the pull up handle (remember the one that broke lst year??). I NOW HAVE A CARRYON BAG ONLY…SO MUCH FOR GOOD QUALITY LONDON FOG!!!!

    1. I have two large pieces of luggage and the wheels on both are going bad. I hope that I can get London Fog to repair them but from what I am reading I really doubt it.

  8. Purchased a brick red Balmacaan raincoat at Macy's which features over-sized silver closures instead of buttons. While they are great looking the closures do not stay shut. The coat is not tight and in fact, I had my size 0 daughter try it on and the same thing happens. How can you help? Love the coat but its not serving its purpose. S. Murphy
