    My name is 470-202-5759.  I am a loyal on-time bill paying subscriber.  More importantly,  I am an investor.  I used to believe in this company for a number of reasons. 
    At one time, the people's concerns mattered. Customer service can make or break you.  I walked into one of the retail stores located 11400 Abercorn st, Savannah GA 31419.  It was the worst experience ever.  The employees that worked on 4/26/2021 were not even a bit concerned about the needs of their clients, nor were they aware of how to up-sell, when a customer is dissatisfied. 

    My phone has a manufacturing issue, according to your company's sister service. Basically because my phone can not come out of safe mode, it's my fault!  I was pushed away on every level.  I know it is easy to switch carriers, and basically that may be my end result.  I just want someone to acknowledge that I was sent a defaulted product.   
    I see why it's important to invest in what really matter these days.

  • I had the worst experience ever with a Customer Service Rep who ended up messing around with my account. He sent me a code that I had to read to him in order for him to enter my account. All I wanted/asked for was a refund on my account due to an "insurance package" added to my account when I got the phone. I was promised a $70.00 refund from this Rep and then he informed me that he had sent a message to a Supervisor explaining my current situation!!!! I never gave permission for my PERSONAL information and HEALTH situation to be shared with ANYONE!!!! I then asked again for a Supervisor and he became very snobby and ended up hanging up on me after a 31 min call. He went on to block my phone from calling Customer Service.. I used another phone and called back and that call lasted 2 hrs & 13 mins 😖 still received NO ANSWERS, NO ASSISTANCE,just a P.O. Box # in Texas that I can write to for my refund. I was treated extremely rudely, I was belittled, laughed at and the way I was treated was just out right nasty for no reason at all. All I wanted was a refund that I was promised. I spoke with
    1 other Rep & 2 other Supervisors. They gave me no answers except when speaking with 1 Rep Alexa, that my account had been messed up. I have never felt so helpless!! Can anyone please help me. I really would appreciate any and all assistance. Thank You. I have been a loyal customer since 2015!! I deserve my refund. There is no reason why INSURANCE was added to my account without my knowledge and I wanted it removed and refunded. I was told they do not have that ability, I will have to contact the people at the P.O.Box # I was given. This is all so unbelievably horrible. All I was trying to do was receive the refund I deserve. Someone please point me in the correct direction to get this situated.

  • Metro PCS is a bunch of damn garbage. Here it is a Saturday afternoon and I cannot begin to get anyone on the telephone from customer service to discuss my problem, and then there is a site where you can give them your credit card information, ask a question for a dollar and if it's not what you need then it is just too damn bad. What kind of stankin dog mess is this, it sounds to me that I am dealing with a bunch of of no good niggers who don't know what their doing and don't give a damn because all they want is for the consumers to keep giving their money and they keep raking it in. America, we are dealing with a bunch of shysters!!!

  • I recently bought a phone k30 from an authorized dealer nearby. I also bought a phone case and screen protector so it would be safe.. The phone fell off my lap and when it fell the screen broke after 3 days. I looked on the case and seen that it was for a K10 which is very similar but not quite the same. In the spec comparison the k10 is just a tiny bit bigger than the k30. It was enough of a difference that when it fell in k10 case on a k30 phone that it Did not support the phone where the k30 case is smaller and had it been thw correct case then it wouldnt of cracked. The authorized dealer didnt have cases in a box but rather just randomly in a basket like at a flea market and had sold me a generic case but for a similar phone and tried to tell me that the K10 is a k30 and that there was nothing they could do about it. Not sure if MetroPCS has someone to turn to for this matter but haven't been able to find anybody they can help me with this issue as I have been wrong by the authorized dealer representing Metro by T-Mobile. I hope someone can help me out with this matter thank you

  • I used to go through Metro pcs and I bought an LG K20 Plus. Great phone and phone service. But the website is messed and there is a huge lack of customer service.

  • After being a Metro PCS customer for over 10 years I am moving my service to a company who cares about their customers. I have bad experiences with the customer service from day one, but this one takes the cake.
    In Dec of 2017 I had to upgrade my phone; I spent $100 for a new "up grade"; took my new phone home, got my apps on it {standard social media apps} and attempted to make a phone call … which was a joke. I could not hear the person on the other end, nor could they hear me; less than 24 hours after buying the phone I went back to the store in Gainesville Texas on hwy 82 where I bought the phone and explained to them what was going on …. the woman took my phone and called the other woman standing next to her {after telling me it was because of the apps on my phone}; she said, I can hear her just fine; I argued with them, they called their "manager" he asked if she could hear the girl she was standing next to, she said yes, so he said he would not trade or replace my phone.
    I made my mind up right then I would no longer use Metro PCS … so now I am ATTEMPTING to get my OLD Metro PCS phone unlocked because according to everyone I've talked to the $100.00 new phone can't be unlocked unless I have service with Metro for 90 days on that phone …. that is a load of bull….I PAID FOR MY PHONE UP FRONT….I am not leasing that phone, it was not given to me, I BOUGHT IT WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY ….. and now, no one seems to be able to unlock my old Metro phone; we've used the handy "unlock device" button on the phone; we've used a non Metro SIMS card; we've rebooted the phone … but it still can't be unlocked …..and when we try to call a cooperate office, it gives us right back to customer service; everyone we talk says, "I'm sorry", yes, you are….do not be sucked in by their great 'deals'; there are cheaper plans through different companies out there with the same services; Metros rates aren't that great, you can get the same or better rates with other carriers …. save yourself a lot of headaches and trouble DON'T BUY OR DO BUSINESS WITH METRO PCS they will lie to you, they will take advantage of you, they will take your money and run

  • Luckily they've improved cust svc on phone as they answer right away and you only have to push 0 once but they are foreigners who are hard to talk to and don't know answers.
    Love the low, flat prices. Enough with ATT, Verizon, etc unstable bill each month

  • Company has shielded itself from complaints by having few humans in the loop, a weak system. and if you do get to the help disc no sense of urgency (2-3 days to fix their problem is grossly inadequate). Hire more technicians, hire more humans in the trouble call system and keep your network working. You can lavish in cheap service but when that service sucks you will find your customer base failing. Looks like too many MBAs are involved with the technical underpinnings of your company and they are too focused on profits.

  • Guess I'm not alone. I have had a bad experience with MetroPCS in N. Charleston, SC. A good friend of mine also had the same experience. I purchased a LG K10 and within 20 days my screen was going black and neither the "knock" feature or the turn on button on the back would bring my screen up. I had to take the phone apart and remove the battery and put it back together before the screen would come back on. The only other way to bring the screen back up was to put it on the charger. I took the phone back to Metro PCS and they refused to swap it out for another phone (same model) or do anything… they told me to send it back to LG… My friend also had major problems with his phone and his wife's phone as well… they have HTC's. You can't get any satisfaction from this company… I just know that after 5 months I am planning on taking my number (which I also use for 3 businesses) and going to another company.

  • I brought an upgrade phone because of the rebate that they offered. But, I am having problems with that because they are saying that they cannot locate the store that I brought it from. And, the customer service department had me on hold for an hour before a recording came on to let me know that they were having technical difficulty. What kind of mickey mouse business is this?

  • I called customer service and could not remember my password,and was directed to go into a store. I went into a the store on 35th avenue and Peoria in phx az. Brianna the manager was very rude and did not understand that I was not happy with my phone service: I up graded two ZTE phones and people can't here me and vice versa.The manager appeared to think I was unhappy with her. Not. She refused me service and stated that she would call the police and I better leave her store in the next 5 minutes. I never once raised my voice.

  • I had bad phone service were I live and thought switching services would be a good idea since this service worked good were I live BOY WAS I WRONG !!!!   • I live in houston texas and went to the metro pcs store located inside of the Foodarama on fuqua street and purchased 2 zte pro max phones with 60.00 plans well 2 days later phones are not working properly so when i went back to the store i bought them at I was cursed out by an employee named NAZ at the store and was told to leave the store after spending almost $400.00
    I have an Attorney who will be filing a lawsuit against Metro PCS on my behalf and
    i will make sure the rep who treated me like crap will be terminated from his employment. I highly suggest that everybody that has a problem with Metro Pcs get an
    attorney because now im not stopping untill this company is shut complelety down even if TMobile goes down with them I dont care. Metro you are one screwed up company that has no idea of what customer service is about!!!

  • a friend of mine and her boyfriend work at a call center for Metro PCS, they broke up. I t got UGLY!! He then mis-used the companies systems to get into my mothers accocunt (she has MetroPCS). He changed her pin, security questions, the name on the account, deactivated her SIMS card. She lost the phone number she has had for over 10 + years!! Metro PCS REFUSED to do anything about it!!! They suck!!!

  • I have been trying to a refund for $280 from this company for over a year now. The customer service is very poor. The supervisors never do a follow-up with the complaints from the consumers. No one is even following up with the accountant department. I am ready to sue Metro PCS for consumer issues at this time. This is company needs some to do better.

  • I purchase a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime phone on May 20 by the next day it was malfunctioning. Took it back to where I purchase it was told I should shut it down sometimes, did that the problem persisted. Took it to other location they change the settings, problem still was not resolve. I recently called the cooperate office was told the phone has a factory defect & to take the phone back to store where I purchase it & have them replace it with a new phone. When back to the store only to be told they don't have anymore of that phone. They will have to order it. Which will take 5 to 7 days. I did not believe them I have someone go to the store to request that same phone. Of course, the phone is available. Now I'm inconvenience for 5-7 day without my phone. Metro PC service is very bad & I don't think customer is a priority. Are you only interested in making a profit. The connection on the phone is so bad that when I had called the cooperate office the customer assistant ask that I call on another phone.

  • I have an attorney looking into the concerns that I have and the fraudulent insurance that people are purchasing without receiving any documents regarding the insurance company or what the customers responsibilities are when putting in a claim. I would like to share some of your comments on this site with him as well so that he can get a better understanding of the concerns that we as customer are faced with while using this service. Please reply and let me know if you are interested in seeking legal action. I have posted on many other message boards as well some of the popular social media sites so I am looking to get at least 1000 signatures and story's that I can share with my attorney.   • I am to say the least very disappointed in the customer Service that I received in your Trenton NJ corporate store. First you should start with a staff that understands what customer service. I went into the store on 5/10/2016 because my phone would not take a charge. The manager was the person who handled my issue at that time. He took my phone completely apart checked the battery and also tried to use a charge to charge the phone with no success. I have insurance on my phone so he told me that he was going to request another phone and that I would be able to pick it up from the store either 5/13 or 5/16. Since I work in Langhorne PA i was trying to find a number to call the corporate store directly to see if my phone had come in. After I was unsuccessful in locating a phone number for a store that sells phones I contacted customer Service who told me that the corporate store does not take inbound calls. Still trying to figure out why a store that bases its business off of phones does not have a phone in the store! The manager who was dealing with my issue walked into a back room to get something not sure what that something was. He came out of the back and started a conversation with another customer who I am assuming he was dealing with as well, the whole time with my phone in his hand. He then came back to me and spent a minute or 2 on the computer and then handed me back my phone and told me that I could pick the new on up in 3-5 days. I put my phone in my purse where it stayed until I came back into the store on 5/13/2016 wan was told by a girl there who has terrible customer service that my phone has water damage and they could not accept it or give me the replacement even though I have insurance. they ttne to me to call the insurance company and if I called them before 8pm I would get the replacement phone the next day so I called. Spoke to an agent who told me that in order for them to ship me another phone I would have to pay a $50 deductible! Never ONCE was I told about a deductible! I was told when I purchased the phone that paying for insurance would cover any damages whatsoever! I am writing this and will also be calling your corporate office first thing Monday morning! I am being very nice now in hope that someone will do the right thing for a customer that has been with your service for years! If I do not get a response with in a timely manner I will take the next steps necessary to get this issue rectified to my satisfaction and find any media source who will listen and I am certain that based off of the negative feedback that is posted on many blogs I to include this site I will get some one to listen and take action. I am a loyal customer and only want what I have paid for!

  • Very unprofessional customer service! They have no idea of what customer service mean. They do not care about the customers needs at all. Been putting up with this kind of customer service for 10 years too long! Disappointed every time I encounter Metro customer service.I explained to the rep. and to the store manager that my phone is my business phone and I can't be without a functioning business phone. My phone wouldn't charge and I was sent out of the store with my charger rigged and taped to my phone "Very Unprofessional looking" After a few days that fail to work and I missed a lot of business calls.They told me I would get another one in 3 days and that I had to pay for the phone to be shipped to the store. When I went back on the 4th day after not hearing from anyone as promised the phone was never ordered. So they rep. told me they didn't order the phone because the supplier was back logged. So they ordered the phone that day. Finally after almost two weeks I stopped by and found out the phone was in. Took that phone home and had the same problem as the phone they replaced. IT'S NOT CHARGING! Now I'm being told the warranty expired and did not transfer over to the replacement phone.. What? I just got the phone! DONE WITH METRO! Going to Boost mobile!!!

I went to a metro store and got 2 phones quoted one price with one account and got swindled to having 2 accounts and 78 dollars a month, but was told it would be 35 a month. And the finance company they deal wont honor the deal I was quoted. Granted it is my fault I got swindled but they wont even refund my money that I paid down for the phones

  • IGOT MY PHONE IN DEC 2015 2 MONTHS LATER I HAD TO USE MY PHONE INSURANCE TO REPLACE MY PHONE. SO I WENT TO THE STORE WHERE I GOT IT, TOLD THE PERSON WHO WAS THERE FOR THAT DAY MY PROBLEM.   • I saw your ads on tv and my husband said lets try them. That sounds like a great deal. Well we went there thinking we are going to get a great deal. I brought two phones and add three lines. Before I change one over it seem like something was wrong. But your customer services sure me that everything was good. That was last week ago and I'm still not using my phone. Your customer services kept sending me to your stores and the stores kept telling me to call customer services. They had me yelling at my old services for something ya'll did. Now everytime. I call I'm breaking up. How can that be when I'm using your plan? I have not gotten any help to slove this problem yet. Only way to slove it if I give out more money for something I already paid for. How fare is that? I need help or something. It can't be this way. I know ya'll not in the bussniess in taking people money without merchdance.   • I think and know that Metro PCS authorized dealers are ripping off their loyal customers. I brought a phne/tablet throughh them. Paid $150 for it. Was told could not get insurance because its considered a tablet but was charged a phone plan on it.The phone had cgarger port issues. They pulled the phone out store and wont give refund or exchange. They keep sending to manufacturer Maxwest, who replace with another defected device and keep charging shipping and repair fees. Now I have been told to deal with manufacturer personally. It is a total ripoff now im out of a phone but still paying for it.They didnt even have replacement phone had to provide my own. Still trying to communicate with manufacturer. Called customer servuce and told me I had to deal with local store. Local store doesnt want to be bothered with ut anymore and are blowing me off. As a so called value customer, they sure are treating a customer like crap and everyone playing the talk to this store or to that person but the customer is out of money and still paying on a broken phone.

  • I have called metro pcs on 3 separate occasions asking for the unlock for my phone, staying on the phone for over and hour each time only for them to escalate my issue and tell me that they will email it to me and I haven't got it yet, I am very frustrated at this point. I had to be the customer service rep. to speak to a supervisor, saying my I please speak to a supervisor over and over again which took LeAnn ID#905484 about 30mins to come to the phone. I was put on hold with out warning, I was saying hello hello is someone there but she didn't answer I could hear her breathing in the phone. but she wouldn't answer I said Ms. I can hear you breathing at that point she said I'm sorry and put me back on hold without warning, this has got to be the worst customer service that I have experience in my 44years of living I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB AND THINK THAT EVERYONE ELSE SHOULD TOO WITH ENOUGH COMPLAINTS WE CAN SHUT THEM DOWN

  • My husband and I have been so ripped off. Does anyone even know the number for the corporate office? It is like a big secret. Customer service said I had to write a letter. Is that the most absurd thing you have ever heard. I just paid my bill and now all of a sudden I cannot call 1-800 numbers. My email is christinem324@yahoo.com. Even though I have been calling those numbers since I have had the phone which is over a year now. My husband went to buy a phone at the store on harrisburg pike in columbus ohio and the man said he had to get the bundle package in order to get the phone.   • The customer service at this store is the worse. It is only when the manager is present that you will get decent customer service.

    The girls that he hired are indifferent except for two or three of them. The girl who seems to be the lead person is arrogant and biased. I went in the store because of a problem with the phone and she had the nerve to tell me that she had to finish with her spanish customer first before she answered my question. When I asked her how long would that be she said 40 minutes. Did I flip a switch? you bet, now the other worker was eating food out in the open, claiming she was on lunch, and one other decided to walk out the store before she answered my questions.

    Next, I purchased an upgrade based on the fact that I was told my internet did not come in good because my other phone was too old and I needed to up grade to a new phone and i would not have the problem again. I upgraded the phone, it worked fine, I like to you tube everyday. one week later, malfunction again. Went into the store one week after purchase to get adjustments on the phone, tell them about the problem so they would fix it. They made some adjustments on the phone so I thought. Two days later , Sunday today, the phone is doing the same thing. NO YOU TUBE.

    Once again I have to go back to the store again and demand they change the phone tomorrow

    This time I am calling the BBB and who ever else , the attorney general who I can file complaint with.

    As is stands I have another phone with a different number, same store. Three weeks ago I brought the phone to the manager directly. He looked at the phone, said it was a problem, will order another phone because the model was not on the premise, said to come back to the store the next Tuesday, I get there, he is not there and neither is the phone.

    Ask the clerks where is the phone they claim nothing came in and that there was a delay, come back next week, I go back the next week no phone. Manager not there, again!. By the way, if you call the store, they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. so I now know to fax MY COMPLAINTS to them with a cc to the better business bureau.

    I now want something done for the phone I have yet to get an exchange for and for the phone I had upgraded or my money BACK!

    I want to warn all of you, VERIZON may cost more but you are paying more dealing with these companys, they take up your time, give bad customer service through clueless clerks especially the blond hair spanish girl, rude cluesless, bad customer service and a bigot,I would say.They consume your time and smile in your face as long as you buy something. When the purchase is over then the BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE COMES IN.

    The person who gave them a good report is probably one of the managers friends.

    Start a class action law suit for defrauding the public, and from what I’m reading, in every way imaginable, not just false advertisement, and product miss representation.
    But deliberate and out right unscrupulous con verbiage in their promotional, rebate, and surely phone contracts. The right attorney would rip them a new hole, as well as slap the stupidity out of their so call customer service, immediately upon subpoenaing their phone recordings of no quality control.

  • Hi, I am a loyal Metro PCS customer. Recently, I've needed a couple of days to pay my bill. I looked up ways I can get an extension with you guys and the Bill Float option came up. I read up on it and it said that if I approved, I can pay $10 and have 30 days to pay my bill. I couldn't find the option to do so on the website. I called customer service and the representative was rude and said I needed to contact the corporate office. My bill is due April 2nd and I only needed time until the 9th of April to pay it. This is the first time that I need extra time to make the payment. Help about this manner would be greatly appreciated.

  • Where do I start? OK first off Customer Service is just a disaster. They're laughing, placing the call on mute and then they want you to repeat yourself. After making a payment, I received a message stating was unsuccessful but I have 3 debit charges has been deducted from my account. And to make matters worse my service is suspended for non payment. There is a very rude employee who works there by telling customers such as myself how to pay my bill. Just when I was going to offer to pay my bill in cash he was giving me difficulty that I should pay my bill from his phone and also very rudely by almost yelling at me in an angry way. He needs to be checked or removed from that metro pcs store.

  • My wife works for metro pcs. I think it is so missed up that they make them sit at the stupid store from 10:00am to 8:00pm on Christmas eve! I work out of town and only had 2 days off for Christmas plus I have to leave early on Christmas day to go back out of town. So I only had 1 day to spend Christmas with my wife! THANKS METRO PCS FOR RUINING MY CHRISTMAS!

  • I went into the MetroPCS on Monday December 1, 2014 for the BOGO free deal to get phones, I left with 2 phones and I get home going thru the tutorial and the one phone wasn't working, mind you they close at 7:00 pm and its around 6:30 so the sales lady who sold me the phones, stated for me to bring the phones back in the morning Dec2, 2014 and she would switch them out. I did this, only to be told by the District Filed Manager Alex Choi that they would not honor the BOGO free offer because that had expired. WHAT!!! so, I got my money back and just bought 1 phone for $29.99; I get it home and it malfunctioned, I take it back within hours and Ales Choi hands me a strip of paper telling me to take the phone to a warranty location on henry Blvd because I probably dropped the phone. To say the least, I insisted on my money back or she could call the police. She gave me my money back and told me to never come into there establishment again. I think that all their phones are refurbished garbage and I suggest that no one patronizes them ever.

  • Poor Customer Service at its corporate store in Tampa. You have to be very careful at this location (1251 E. Fowler Ave. Tampa, Florida 33612) because they are full of what they say. Most employees have no knowledge of phones and tend to send many people else where to get answers for the most simple questions. The most crazy thing is that they told a friend of mine that she was getting an lg tone FREE with the purchase of an lg phone. The F60 is on promotion for 49.99 OTD and her total leaving was over 130.00 you do the math and it was only an upgrade not a new activation. Another issue with a friend of mine was the same situation only with the skull candy headphones they like to say it is free but they are just bundling it in and claiming it is free. It is BS, your getting only what you paid for but it isn't right unless you actually know. Very low of them to do such things! Mind you she went back to complain about it and all they said was that the price is on the receipt because that's how they break it up, but if it was true then why did they give her a refund. Check your receipt and ask questions, you cant trust those sales reps.

  • I have been with Metro since 2007. No points for loyalty. I read much of the comments. It appears corporate does not read these comments or they would adjust the way they do business. Metro is great until you have a problem, or like some said need an upgrade, and their phones do not last! I had my service cut for being out of area. Funny thing is I received a text, after I paid for the month, came back into the area before the stated service interuption, was in area, and they cut my service. Now they tell me 5 business days to correct, THEIR MISTAKE! I cannot talk to someone directly about the problem, and have no idea when I will have service again. I have stood up for Metro for years, and actually enjoyed it, but NOW THE HONEYMOON IS OVER! If a company has this many poor reports, and keeps making the same mistakes, they are not a company of intergrity. Game over!

  • I bought a Galaxy Exhibit last March 2014. The phone was great until about 4 days ago the swipe screen to get into my phone stopped recognizing me swiping it. Took out the battery and let it sit a while, replaced the battery still no entry. I could see when people were calling me or texting me but I could not get into my phone to answer or reply. I went to 2 different Metro stores. First one is located in Holly Springs , Georgia on Marietta Hwy. and the other one is on Riverstone Pkwy in Canton, Georgia not a single one of these employees knew anything about there product. Let alone hardly being able to speak ENGLISH they don't know what the HELL they are doing !!!! I am moving on and taking my $60. + dollars to another company.

  • Here's the deal……

    I bought 2 cellphones 1 month ago from MetroPCS and spent about $300. I treat the phone just like you would treat a baby, with tender loving care. The phone has no scratches, dings, or any damage whatsoever. Yesterday I was texting my wife and the screen started turning light and there were multiple white lines running up and down the screen. It's obvious the phone is defective. I was pissed because I just spent all this money and just paid my first months bill.

    So I went down to the MetroPCS corporate store on 14th street. I proceeded to tell the person what happened so the salesperson looked at my phone. It was obvious he seen the problem and proceeded to tell me I need to spend another $15.98 to get another phone. I looked at him in disbelief because I just spent $300 for 2 phones and they wanted another $15.98 for a phone that was obviously defective.

    So the salesperson said he would get the manager and see what can be done. Getting the manager was the wrong thing to do. She proceeded to tell me the phone wasn't defective. So I asked her if she looked at the phone and she told me yes. So I asked her if what she was telling me that it wasn't a defective phone. She proceeded to say that's not what she was saying. She told me it looked like I stepped on my phone

    Like I said earlier, this is a phone that has no dings, scratches, or any damage whatsoever. The phone has never been dropped or was even in water even though it's a heavy duty phone.

    One of the first things in retail that they teach you is never accuse a customer of wrong doing. You're suppose to treat the customer with the up most respect. They even teach you that when you suspect a customer of stealing. This manager shouldn't even be a manager at all and shouldn't even work in retail. It's obvious she don't respect others

  • The Corporate phone number clicks off. No one knows the name of the President or CEO. To find a location on your phone they start with New York and the boroughs. (haven't they heard of put in your zip code?) Troubleshooting on the phone doesn't work. You have to go to a store. Imagine a supervisor telling me my phone is not compatible with my GPS after it was ok for weeks. This is an international company, but they don't have a clue about customer service. You walk into a store and they say can I help you with an attitude that's what are you here for —– shouldn't that be obvious?

  • Metro PCS is a straight rip off. I went to purchase my mom another phone, the sales rep said the phone just needs to be charged. We charged the phone but the battery just states 0% so it would never charge. We took the phone back the next day and she stated they will order another phone. Well we still haven't received the phone they ordered so we ask for the money back. She stated they could not do that! WHAT???? I called corporate and they stated the phone is final sale and that we should have made sure it was working. I stated well I though all new phones had to be charged therefore we did not know there was a problem. Corporate states that it is up to the store, there is nothing they can do. REALLY? My mom is in a wheelchair and does not have a house phone, but of course does Metro PCS care no. You all really really suck. I will let anyone who mentions Metro PCS know that it is not worth the trouble and please spend those few extra dollars to get something worthwhile. You all will reap what you sow and I hope you shut down very very soon.

Metro pCS denied my request as TMobile was specifically exemted from this rebate, As an authorized Metro PCS delaler, they knew. I was duped and I'm not the only one.   • ive been with metro pcs for over 4 years and bought many phones and never been late. well april 1st I purchased the Samsung galaxy exhibit for my sun and before the myself a galaxy s4, well there was a promotion for the exhibit with a $20 dollar rebate, even had by brother join metro and he also bought the exhibit. well. they make it almost impossible to find the rebate form hidden under deal in the small print at the very bottom of there metro pcs official site. I didn't even know that till I had to finally call just for them to tell me sorry .your rebate expired. it was 1 day past there date. well neither the store had signs about the rebate or the receipt. so I ask him how can he help me its not right. it should be honored by the date of purchase on the receipt. nope. I got no where. also bought a zte phone $250.00 and year warranty. well that's not working so I call and they don't honor that either unlkess that phone is activated., why is that. whats the factory rebate have to do with the money I spent and the phone not in working condition. that's why I bought the galaxy s4 so I wouldnt be without a phone. so now im out 1 zte hdmi 4 g phone which by the way they would not activate with a 4 g network and sold me a 4 g phone. and im also out $20 dollars because they wont honor the rebate.. buyer beware.   • Since I've been buying cell phones, I found out that Metro Pcs is the worst cell phone company. My phone does what it wants to do, It shuts off when it wants, come back on when it feels like, Charge when it wants. I'll be reading an article and it just shuts off just like that. These damn refurbish phones that Metro Pcs is selling people.

  • I live in the United States why would you have commercials for us to view when it is all in Spanish and I do not understand as well as others I think you need to send those commercials to Mexico where they will appreciate them more since it is their language if your phones are just in Spanish they are of no use to me the commercial was on Spike HD channel 241 at zip code 92335 at 2;36 Calif time I'll stay with Verizon where they speak all languages as needed… better yet go to another country after reading all the complaints your really batting a hundred as the worst

Your customer service is for non speaking I need a second chance customer from urban areas that I myself will be not at all going to the neighborhood u have made it clear in commercials that u are a non conservative company like trac phone only having a class of people with no class. The English on your commercial is not audible, not spoken like regular speak and geared to urban inner city customers and u have success in keeping my peoPle not conservative but non speaking

  • The phone service itself is good as long as they are collecting money and don't have to do anything. Once you have a problem thie nice and good have all gone out the window. I would stay clear any way possible. Customer service???? there is no service, at least not good service. Expect hangup and long long long hours on hold, just to be hung up on a gain most likely. You might be lucky to get the one in a million service person, but that is very unlikely. Extremely disappointed.

  • I am writing this letter because I am highly both disappointed and frustrated with your company. My phone was cut off in error due to a stolen EIN number for my cellular device. I had cracked my screen and went to an authorized Metro PCS store to get it repaired. The screen that they put onto my phone was reported stolen and while I was at home one evening my phone was disconnected. I immediately phoned into Metro PCS to inquire what the problem was and why this had occurred as I had a $230.00 credit on my account. I was told of what had occurred and that I could retrieve my phone number if I re-purchased an entire new phone. I did such at $499.00 for the Samsung Galaxy 3. I was charged but refunded the $50.00 activation fee to retrieve my canceled phone number of (313) 728-6267. However I have been getting the run around in regards to my $230.00 phone bill payment credit that I had on my account. I was told that the money was refunded in the form of a check and sent to an address that was not of my own. I then gave the representative the debit card number used to make the payments and was told that the $230.00 would be refunded to my account and I have yet to receive it. I had faxed in all of the documents requested and am so frustrated that it makes me cry. I have never been treated like this as a loyal customer. I am pregnant and this entire situation is very frustrating to me. Every time I call into the 1-888-8METRO8 number I am antagonized as to why I have not received my money yet and every time I ask to speak to a supervisor I am hung up on. When I phone back into the 1-888-8metro8 number I am told that I cannot speak to the person I was speaking to.

    I was an AT&T customer prior to your company for 8 years and never had not a single issue with them, with the way that this situation has been handled by your company I regret changing to your service provider.

  • finally bought an expensive Alcatel One Touch there's love the phone as long as my world is perfect no power outages nelena sleep will help however I live in the country and I need a service and I don't have service in the country and then the power went out at my work I didn't have service then either I have an elderly woman I have to take care then she needs to get ahold of me 24 /7 I am very angry that my phone does not work my cheap phone worked everywhere I didn't have to worry about no connection I could just move a couple feet and still have connections this does upset me very very much. and since I've had my phone for 3 weeks I can get my money back

  • First of all don't call FTC…you contact your State Public Service Commission. I got the dupe on the online billing too and the bank said they never tried to get their payment. How many people are paying that extra $3 because they don't know how to get their money from your bank….that's a lot of profit. I am recently getting these calls from a prisoner at Michigan Dept of Corrections although I was informed the number was out of TX…as is Metropcs….hmmmmm. Problem is all corporations whether its communications or cable or internet are overpriced and have poor service. Anyhow since I am talking to the State about those crank calls I think I will ask if inability to do online payments and charging that extra $3 is legal—for 100,000 people that is $300,000 they get for not being able to do their job.

  • Absolutely terrible service.bought one of the 4g phones but it could not receive texts also would not allow you to answer when touching the phone in the answer icon( usually green). i brought it back the next day and metopcs
    took the phone back after much hassle and runaround similar to everyone above me who complained. but they would not let me return the accessories so i paid cash for them.2 weeks later i found out that smart pay billfloat is debiting my account for the accessories.i was not given a reciept since he said he needed the reciept for the return..so i am unable to prove that i paid cash for the accessories and of course they have no record of the transaction for that day and denied ever recieving any cash for the items i bought. very unhelpful and rude.
    I say we all get together and file a class action suit, because we are all having the same problem. Bad phones and bad service.

  • Metro freaking SUCK!!!! THEY cancelled MY plan because I went on vacation for a few months.. now they are say I have to pay more just to get another plan started. Don't waist your time or money on metro if you want to leave the metro area to go on vacation.

  • MetroPCS is a rip -off!!. I got the 4 for $100.00 because my son and daughter-in-law mostly works Texas-Louisiana. They had their phones for almost a year when MetroPCS cut one of them off. Said they wasn't allowed to bounce of towers in Louisiana. Yet when I bought the phones it was," oh sure that's no problem.". $ mos. later I found they was cutting the other one of so I went and changed the number to a local for my grand-daughter.. They said, no problem. 3 days later it was cut and they told me I couldn't get her phone back on. I had to pay for a separate line plus pay for new phone number.. I was told they would no longer ever carry the 4 for a hundred again. NOW, Guess what, they have them back. But because I am an old customer I can not get the 4 for $100.00. Two years ago, my phone was stolen. I was told by TWO employees that my insurance wasn't really worth the paper work. That it would cost me just as much to buy a new phone as it would to try to get the insurance to cover my phone….It is unfair how they do their customers. Although I have been with them 5 years. It is time to look else where for phone service it this is the way we are going to get treated!!!!

  • Well i live n tx and i bought da $100.00 nokia lumia wit the $10.00 sme fone #, $60.00 plan, $10.00 case my total cme out 2 $180.14 but i ddnt lyke the nokia cuz i cnt get candy crush so i traded my fone bck in using the metro promise but they said they culdnt refund me no $ bck cuz i was gona get the lg optimus the $119.00 fone using the metro promise but instead tthey gve me the small samsung the $49.00 fone and had payed a extra $24.00 but the person who i got my fone frm wen i first bougt my fone wasnt there it was his cuz so nw they own me $204.14 total bck. So wat shuld do cuz m african american and feel like goin off on them cuz they took my $ & ddnt respect the metro promise right

  • Metro pcs located at SouthPark Mall, in San Antonio, Texas, has got to have THE WORST AND UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE that I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
    After I went back several times for assistance, the salesman, I didn't get his name, he is a skinny guy with pants below his waist (not the other guy Jaime Salinas)was the rudest person ever. He even threatened me physically. When I asked him to step outside, he phoned security (COWARD!!).
    If you want to experience aggravation and anger, then go with Metro PCS.

  • UGH! This is the worst company one would deal with! No contract, no service, no customer service and lots of aggravation! Do not deal with this company. My new LG Optimus died after two weeks. I have been given the run around by customer service agents, managers and supervisors. I have been without a phone for three days. After numerous phone call and trips to different Metro stores, I am still fighting for a new phone. Don't let them send your NEW phone back for repair – they will return a REFURBISHED one back to you. This could all have been avoided by just giving me what I paid for A NEW WORKING PHONE. But, company policy says they cannot do that. This not over yet – I am contacting my credit card company and will dispute these charges. Save yourself, go with a reputable company, not Metro PCS!

  • I am a very dissatisfied customer. On Saturday a representative from Metro PCS allowed someone to close my acct. They told me that a man called and said that he was my husband and requested to have the acct closed. According to the rep the man was convinced to keep the acct open and at that point they allowed my service to be transferred to another acct along with my credit that was on my acct. When I asked how this was possible the rep became very rude. So I was informed that I would have to go to head quarters and prove that I am who I say I am. This is really frustrating because I was without my phone the entire weekend and plus I have to drive out of my way to go to head quarters. This is unacceptable. When I asked Martin for the complaint number he completely ignored me so I requested a supervisor. The supervisor Mario was just as rude as the agent. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this company. A contract is better than having this type of service.

  • My Boss sent me to pick up a samsung admire after seeing a ad for &25.00 all in one price, she wanted to try it out and see if it would work for the guys in the trucks so they wouldnt have to use personal phones. I went in and the woman clerk sold me the phone,then told me it would not work with the 25.00 plan i would have to get the 50.00 plan ,i showed her the ad and she said it was expired. i paid the 50.00 . got back to the office was told the special was still running to take it back and cancel it,tried was told to come back when manager was here . On the third try gave up and started calling customer service . no help .WE HAVE BEEN WITH AT&T FOR 20 YEARS & WE WILL STAY WITH THEM AND ORDER NEW PHONES THERE.

  • The Metro Pcs office on 6801 West Conial Drive in Orlando Fl. has the worst customer service. There is a manager name HENRY is the worse/ I purchased a 4G phone, which in less than three months, stop working. I took it back and replacement phone they give keep shutting off on it's own. I called, and was told I take it to the store to have it exchange. Needless to say, that did not happen. I have been with the company for the past six years, I have three acccounts with them. The manger did not even check my account to see my history with them. This was my first complain and he refused to help. So I closed my accounts with them. They really need to spend some money to train their staff. Not everyone can manage, surely not HENRY from the Metro PCS on west Colonial drive.

Should go something like this; "After you pay for your initial phone(s) and services, please expect horrible, horrible, horrible, sub par customer service, spending countless hours trying to speak with someone, dealing with our staff that is for the most part uneducated and have little to no customer service experience, continually dealing with inept products and phones, (my Huawei phone is absolutely horrible), travel and get little no service, not be able to get voicemails and expect to get blown off by most of our staff". I've recently made two complaints with the BBB, after they give me an answer, seeing as MetroPCS is stubborn.. I suppose I'll be taking them to court..   • Pembroke Pines FL "CORPORATE STORE" store manager should not have this position.He is rude and does not try to listen to the customers grief.I have worked retail for many years starting as a stock boy as a teenager right through regional positions.I am appauled that such a large company such as Metro PCS would even consider keeping an employee like this on there payroll.As one customer to the next I feel that we should not accept this type of behavior.I am willing to pull permits to launch a full scale picketing walk in front of the Pembroke Pines location.This may not fire the manager but it will make future customers aware of the service that they themselves will recieve which is none.

I purchased a 4G phone on 3/2/13 and within 2wks the power shut off and would not turn back on took it to the metro pcs on florence and normandie and was not able to have another phone turned on and i am still waiting for my phone threw UPS. I think if its manufacture defect it should be automatically just turned in to receive a new phone with no HASSLE. Iwill be taking my business else where due to VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

  • I have hqd the $G phone for 608 months and every month I have go back to the store. There is alwsys something that is not working, finally they gave me another phone less than a month ago and 3 weeks later the airplaine is and and I have not service. They have all thse little Metro store and no one know nothing except take the money and tell u to go to a cooporate store and they are all about the same. This will be my last month with this phone, this month would be, but I just paid the bill.

  • Had problem changing my billing date. Metro wanted me to default my payment, wait 7 days with no service, pay $5.00 AND THEN they could change my payment date. NOT!!! Googled president, ceo and cfo info and send them a very professional letter DEMANDING what I wanted. Got too phone calls. And call was very polite/professional and my request was granted. J
