NCL DIsappointing Cruise

NCL, horrible, horrible cruise – no one to help, no help available. My husband and son and I went on a cruise last Feb to the Caribbean. Our son is 55 years old, and we were told that the couch bed would be available for him in our cabin. It turns out that that bed is only good for children, and his feet hung over the edge by a foot. If the bed extension is used then you can’t get to the bathroom without climbing over his bed. My husband and I are in our late 70’s, and need to get up during the night. The other problem was that our toilet overflowed 5 times during the cruise. We have cruised often, and know that Only toilet paper goes in the toilets, which we knew and abided by that, but still it would continue to overflow 5 times. I tried to change cabins, but the front desk said they didn’t have any cabins to put us in. So not only did we have the toilet overflow – all over the rug as well all 5 times, we then had a fan in the room all the next days to dry it out. So we stopped using the toilet in the room at all – which meant that we had to go to another floor to use the toilet. It was a nightmare with not much sleep, and not much rest even during the day. I had written letters, and someone from corporate, Dylan Montefusco called and sent emails saying that the next trip, to call and have him handle it, and could be sure that it went well and give us a good price. But no one can find him, even though I got an email on Black Friday with his name on it. I can’t email him, it comes back saying it couldn’t be delivered, and his phone doesn’t work. None of the other phone numbers can get me to anyone at corporate.

NCL Customer Service Issue

NCL, bad customer service. I booked the cruise to Japan that started on 10/12/2024 from Seoul, South Korea. Yesterday, on 9/11/2024 I received e-mail from NCL with attached file regarding the visas- one month before the cruise. I called today to customer service and asked them if we need visas for our cruise. However, customer service representative refer me to website and didn’t answer my question. Usually, elderly people take cruises and need some help and some aren’t computer literate. Customer Service suppose to learn the issue related to visas in each country to prevent the problems for customers. This is a very serious issue. I am very disappoint with NCL Customer Service and probably no more book cruise with NCL.
