Netspend, Activation. Terrible card company Netspend their actication after purchase not really activated you must go to their website and then again call card company finalize activation ridiculous for A gift card or pay Anything pay card!!🙄🙄🥺😕☹️☹️☹️

Netspend Horrible customer service

Netspend, I had to close down an old account due to unable to verify old address, I spoke to numerous agents and a few supervisors and was informed I would recieve a check in the mail in 7-10 biz days, long story short, my check was sent to my old address in Washington 3 different times, one supervisor told me he would send my VA disability compensation thru MoneyGram, that never happened. I was told 6 days ago my check would be sent out the 19, latest the 20th, and it would take approximately 7-10 business days. Today I get told my account was closed down the 20th of Nov. which is not true, it was closed down closer to the beginning of the month. I made it very clear to customer service that I had important bills to pay, and I needed my money asap. Theres no communication between agents and supervisors, no structure, NetSpend has gotten extremely worse through the years.

Netspend Customer Service Issue

Netspend, Incompetent workers. I have delt with Netspend off and on for a few years. From the service I get from the out sourced employees that they use, I feel insulted by the arrogance and just down right, rudeness I get from them. I admit at times I might have said a foul word or two. But when pointed out I atleast apologize, and refraine myself. They on the other hand become rude and arrogant and develop a holier than though attitude. They spoke to me as if everything was my fault. I would not recommend anyone use Netspend, until this issue is looked into further, and properly taken care of.
