OneMain, Manager at branch office. Horrible customer service. Unprofessional. Allowing other employees to finish up a loan when she is not present – signing ahead the papers as if she Was in fact present @ closing Screaming on the phone at myself as well as my husband more than once, each time ending in Her hanging up on the two of us.

OneMain Financial, I received an email from OneMain Financial stating that an application I submitted had been declined. This was surprising because I never submitted any application. I called their main office to clarify, and was transferred to a representative who explained that there was actually no active application on file. The representative then informed me that about a month ago, OneMain Financial had sent me a promotional loan offer via email—which I ignored and deleted. I was told that, due to regulations, they are required to send a follow-up notice stating the offer was denied, along with the reason and which credit bureau was contacted—even if I never responded to the original offer. Apparently, this is standard procedure, but it was confusing to receive a denial notice for something I never pursued. I was told to expect another email that will include details about the specific law or regulation requiring this type of notification.

OneMain, My ex-husband coerced me into a loan from OneMain. While we were married. I later got the courage to leave the marriage. I was able to get everything out of my name except OneMain. When I proved that he was the one making the payments out an account that was his only. OneMain would not do anything to help. Fast forward, he puts it through a debt collection company, my credit score takes a hit. Now that it’s been settled for less than full balance again, I’m penalized. I never agreed to the debt collection company or the settlement. I should not have to deal with more of this.

OneMain, Ridiculous. I’ve had an issue with one main taking out my loan without my consent on different dates than my contract states. Overdrawing my account and causing NSF fee charges. I have paperwork stating that it wouldn’t draft out again and it happened again this month. I’ve never dealt with this mess with anyone before.

OneMain, Loan Request already a customer. I have a current loan with One Main, called my local office and went over a plan I had. They took all the information required, they e-mailed me and told me what documents to upload, did all that they emailed me back and told me they got everything requested. That was last Friday the 17th of Jan. As of today, Tuesday the 21st of Jan I have heard not one word on my request. I e-mailed them, called them and today Tuesday I finally heard from one of the workers and she said we are just opening and Tiffany will get back to you. Well here we are Tuesday evening 7PM and nothing all day. I am going to seek out another Lender to see what I can do and take my loan and transfer to another Lender. I think it is horrible to be treated like this when you are an active customer. Location of my branch is Norristown Pa. Thank You.
