OnTrac Frustrating Delivery Experiences

OnTrac, Horrible! If your retailer is using this company to ship and deliver their products there’s a 100% chance it will be delivered to someone other than you…..Twice this week with 2 different packages. This terrible company has delivered my packages to someone’s address other than mine…..my orders are 0 for 2…..100% failure to deliver to my address twice…..Totally Inexcusable !!!

OnTrac, My package was delayed then “delivered” to a house that is not the residence or the address on the shipping label. Then I get a photo of someone else’s garage. I believe this company is a scam and are taking out packages. I bet the drive took my very expensive pants from lululemon. I will be contacting the authorities.

OnTrac Frustrating Delivery Issue

OnTrac, I ordered something from Ebay and seller used this company to ship. I have had nothing but non stop text saying item is undeliverable update address… they have had the correct address the whole time! You are not able to speak to an actual person, and the phone number you track down to call is a recording saying to go to their website to chat with an agent it then hangs up. Reporting to BBB and reporting seller to Ebay for this terrible issue.

OnTrac Disappointing Delivery Issue

OnTrac, Package not delivered. Sent me a text saying undeliverable due to no access code. My apartment complex has no access code and delivery driver did not call me when he arrived because I would have came out and saw where he really was. Driver did not deliver my packages and OnTrac has no customer service contact numbers to report delivery driver’s behavior patterns so they keep/steal our packages. How come you (OnTrac) won’t provide a customer service contact number for (US) customers to report your delivery drivers behavior patterns?

OnTrac Frustrating Delivery Issue

OnTrac, Terrible delivery service. I ordered two cases of water after the snow to ensure my driveway was clear. The water was delivered at my mailbox in the snow not even close to the front of the house. I’m disabled and can’t afford to fall in the snow. It was pure lazyness!
