OnTrac, I got a notice that my package was on its way yesterday November 26th,2024 to be delivered and it was supposedly in phoenix Arizona and then I got a notice stating my package was on delay in a whole different state on the other side of the world to and today would have been my original date of delivery and the update is still saying delayed package when it should have already been in Arizona. This company sucks. I hope nobody helped themselves to my Christmas gift to my husband. This is frustrating when tomorrow is thanksgiving.

OnTrac Delivery Issue San Antonio TX

OnTrac doesn’t know where major US cities are. On multiple occasions OnTrac has had my packages here in San Antonio and then sends them to Dallas. Makes no sense whatsoever. Additionally, on two occasions they have my package here in San Antonio and then it just disappears forever. Costs them extra money and time and causes me to wait at home for a delivery that may, or may not, be made. Vendor has to re-ship at their expense. OnTrac is next to useless.

OnTrac Disappointing Customer Service

OnTrac, Package not delivered. I received notification that my package got delivered at 8 PM on a Sunday. I have a Ring doorbell camera that tracks any and all movement at my front door and there was no delivery that day nor that time. You try to file a claim or get through to customer service and there is no solution.

OnTrac, delivery personnel. I’m disabled and live in an apartment complex my address clearly shows an apartment number on the front. As well as a south on the address. They keep delivering my packages to some House On The North Side. Now My Packages Are Lost. Don’t Use Them Also They Have No Contact Or Working Phone Number To Talk To Someone.
